From toasters to vacuums if you've got a mess to clean up, these guys will sort you out so good. I experienced the most bussin customer service this side of of the Mississippi and i would not hesitate to bring the boys round for a product demo any day of the week. However, it is with the most heartfelt sadness i must explain, the only reason i cannot bestow five stars upon this prestigious establishment is i believe the good guys should rename to "the good people" as show of solidarity and to bring much needed inclusiveness to the franchise. Overall i would rate the store for being as fully sick as they are but with the discriminatory naming practices i can not fully recommend the "good guys" as it turns out they are just "bad boys". PS. Last week a 50inch TV was delivered to my flat. I assumed it was a mistake, until my husband came…read morehome and proudly declared it as "a surprise for me, so that I wouldn't have to watch Mad Men on my tiny computer screen". (Note to men everywhere: we see right through this s**t, just like you see through our 'oh, it's a neck massager' schtick. It also didn't help that he purchased an NBA all-access pass.) The biggest problem was, well, its bigness. It was embarrassing. It was larger than the couch we would have watched it from. He didn't seem to mind this, but could see in my eyes (and the telltale steam coming from my ears) that it wasn't worth the domestic disturbance it was about to ignite, so we agreed to return it and potentially *potentially* get something smaller at a later date. Despite the horror stories we read online, The Good Guys were incredible about returning it. Sure we had to drive out to Chatswood, but when we arrived they took it back without question, refunded the amount we paid, and even refunded the $50 charge for shipping. I couldn't believe it - it was like returning something to Nordstrom and it made me go from very, very, very upset to wanting to return it for store credit and buy a few more unnecessarily large appliances that we don't need for our tiny flat. We didn't end up doing that, but I'm sure that if/when we decide on that 40inch, The Good Guys will definitely be the place we head first.

After not a lot of deliberation we finally decided on a Falcon upright stove a Professional FXP 90 duel fuel in stainless steel with pyrolytic self-cleaning ( you guessed it! I hate cleaning ovens). It has a gas hob- five burner (including a teppanyaki griddle plate and wok burner) and an electric oven, which can be switched from a full size 115ltr oven to a 49ltr oven. my dream come true... this is an investment for the kitchen that will pay off with many delicious meals for all. . ps: parking is behind the building with the entrance from Boundry St.

It was very refreshing to deal with somebody who valued my time, as well as his business reputation. I received a text to confirm the booking on an out of warranty repair to my 12 year old Smeg oven and gas cooktop. I also received a call when Glenn was 30 minutes away, and he arrived on time. Asking lots of questions, he was able to diagnose the faults efficiently and gave me different repair options according to cost. He saved me from having to replace a $300 (oven clock) part by suggesting a work-around solution.
