After arriving at 5 on a Friday they were clearly still busy and had no problem waiting since they were up front about it. The repair was completed free of charge because I had purchased my tires from another Kost location and I was on my way. (Aside: This is something all business owners should take note of. If something is going to take some time and cause a customer to have to wait, just tell them. Don't try to hide it, don't make excuses and don't pretend you didn't know it was going to take time. Most of us are willing to wait for anything as long as you make it clear up front. If we aren't willing to wait, we'll just leave and go elsewhere. If you don't tell us and we have to wait, we won't come back.)

We kept trying to turn it on until the battery died and also the key lost connection to the car. We called a tow truck and took it to Pure Euro Motorsport which was the nearest mechanic shop with the best reviews and I couldn't believe the way they spoke to us, extremely polite, very helpful and honest. It was something I never saw because I live in NYC and everyone is upset in the big Apple lol. In about 2 hours they registered the key back and were able to change the part that didn't let the car from turning on. I been to mechanic shops where the people working look like they don't know what they're doing and you don't see that in this place. The mechanics have so much confidence and always looked happy. Now that I got a new car I will be driving 1 hour and a half from NYC to see them for all my car needs. I have a lot of respect for this place and their employees. Thanks again. -Juliano
