I Had gotten a flat tire and changed it myself about 20 minutes from his shop. I stopped in for him to fix the tire and put it back on the truck along with stowing the spare back under the truck. He did this all for free. All he asked in return was to let other people know about is establishment since he had recently taken it over. I don't live anywhere near his establishment as I was just passing thru. I am in the service industry and haven't witness this kind of service in a long time. I recently purchased a car in NJ, received the PA plates and needed to have a PA inspection done. I was told they would be able to be fit in. I was there almost 5 hours and finally left and went across the street and had the inspection done in 20 minutes. Sadly, I think that was my last time at KOST.
