Dr. Ortiz Saved another trip to the emergency room or something worse. I would take a good doctor even if it meant having to deal with some issues with the staff, it might just be uncomfortable to be in that position if you are in need of efficient staff. If you are, the manager resolved my issues when they were escalated, she was kind and made sure everything was okay.

I had to leave after an hour so I could get to work. I posted a google review saying this, they called me a liar and billed me $80 for leaving. At no point did anyone reach out to personally speak with me, and they keep sending me bills. Do not waste your time with these people, they are not serious about providing medical care. There is no apology when they drop the ball. They just expect you to wait all day until they deign to call you back.
