A skull fracture couldn't be ruled out, but a follow up x-ray once we got home did indeed confirm a skull fracture. I'm so thankful for the nurses and doctor who were working this day and took great care of my girl! Her situation could've been so much worse, but with the quick thinking of the professionals on site, she was ready to go home a few hours later. I would also like to add that the facility was very clean. If you are there awhile, they also have an area to grab a small snack for you or your loved one.

From the moment we walked in, the entire team was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. The staff made the check-in process smooth and efficient, quickly getting us into a room. NP Michelle completed a thorough assessment, and Dr. Harrison did an excellent job placing sutures while ensuring my daughter was as comfortable as possible. My daughter was extremely anxious, but every member of the team showed patience, kindness, and reassurance throughout the visit. A special thank you to Nurse Sam, who went above and beyond to help my daughter take her antibiotics, something that was not easy given her anxiety. We were also very impressed with how quickly everything was handled; we were in and out within an hour, which is rare for any emergency care setting. Overall, an outstanding experience during a stressful situation. We are very grateful for the level of care and compassion we received.

The doctor visits are done thru video conference and were surprisingly better than if they would have come in person, the doctors did not seem rushed, very explanatory for my situation with time for my questions and concerns. I have not received any financial obligations at this time, so I cant comment on that side yet. But I will when it all catches up to me. They quickly realized they weren't equipped to care for his needs and transferred him to Christus across the street which worked out perfect because that's where we were headed for a referral from the VA. My mother visited the ER due to a severe allergic reaction while traveling out of state without…read moreaccess to her prescribed EpiPen from California. When we arrived, her symptoms were visibly worsening. Her face was swelling, her legs were becoming swollen, her chest felt increasingly tight, and she reported that her throat felt like it was closing. Anyone familiar with severe allergic reactions knows how frightening and dangerous these symptoms can be. After being admitted to the ER and answering an extensive number of questions, we were informed that an EpiPen could not be administered until a doctor evaluated her and entered an order. When the physician finally arrived, she appeared to minimize my mother's symptoms, stating that her throat seemed fine and that she did not appear swollen, despite the fact that the swelling was visibly noticeable and continuing to worsen. Instead of promptly treating what we believed to be an active allergic reaction, the discussion quickly shifted toward admitting her for observation, placing an IV, running multiple tests, and monitoring her for several hours. At that point, it felt as though the focus was on additional procedures rather than addressing the immediate issue that brought us to the ER. Concerned about the delay in treatment, we left and went to another hospital nearby. The staff there evaluated her quickly, recognized that her allergic reaction was progressing, and administered an EpiPen immediately. Her symptoms improved rapidly, and she returned to normal shortly afterward. I understand that emergency physicians must follow protocols and exercise caution. However, when someone is reporting a tightening throat, worsening swelling, and other signs of a severe allergic reaction, prompt assessment and treatment should be the priority. Based on our experience, this ER failed to provide the urgency and responsiveness that the situation required.

Threatening and coercive language...I wouldn't return to this emergency clinic even if my life depended on it. The physician on staff (my family and I can't even remember her name because she was not involved in hardly any of my care) and the RN Magdiel were completely incompetent and condescending. I ended up being transferred by ems to another hospital for emergency gallbladder removal and while under the care of this staff I've never been so untreated and uncared for by medical personnel in my 41 years. I will never return to this establishment and I will never refer any family or friends to this clinic either. Period. Unsafe wheelchair handling - Mr. Magdiel RN repeatedly ran my wheelchair into doorways and furniture, creating unnecessary discomfort and risk of injury. Violation of privacy - Upon taking me to the restroom, Mr. Magdiel RN told my father to remain in the bathroom to help me urinate, despite my clear statement that I did not need assistance. I am 41 years old, and this was both inappropriate and unnecessary. Lack of competency - He did not appear to know how to start an IV. When I expressed that starting one in my hand would cause significant pain due to my condition, he disregarded my concerns. And I already had a working IV another female nurse started in my right AC Threatening and coercive language - When I declined the IV in my hand, he stated, "Well, I guess I'll have to tape your arms down straight then." I refused, to which he replied, "Well, I guess you don't want your medication for pain then." This was manipulative, unethical, and unacceptable. Because I already had a working IV to my right AC. For the amount of effort this clinic puts into patient service and satisfaction scores you would think they would have better hired staff. When I started to look for emergency clinics I noticed this location had a CT scan, plus I had already visit them in the past and had a wonderful experience. I was quickly seen by Dr. Zeballos and he was super attentive and professional. During my time there I also interacted with three other nurses and they were all wonderful people. After just a few hours here, I left feeling 10 times better and with the right diagnose and help that I needed. Besides the amazing people working here, the clinic itself is so clean and modern. Even though they've been opened for a few years now, I swear the clinic looks exactly the same as when I first visit them four years ago.
