She was immediately taken back for a CT scan and was provided zofran for her nausea. The provider spent a great amount of time discussing symptoms and plan of care with me. A skull fracture couldn't be ruled out, but a follow up x-ray once we got home did indeed confirm a skull fracture. I'm so thankful for the nurses and doctor who were working this day and took great care of my girl! Her situation could've been so much worse, but with the quick thinking of the professionals on site, she was ready to go home a few hours later. I would also like to add that the facility was very clean. If you are there awhile, they also have an area to grab a small snack for you or your loved one.

NP Michelle completed a thorough assessment, and Dr. Harrison did an excellent job placing sutures while ensuring my daughter was as comfortable as possible. My daughter was extremely anxious, but every member of the team showed patience, kindness, and reassurance throughout the visit. A special thank you to Nurse Sam, who went above and beyond to help my daughter take her antibiotics, something that was not easy given her anxiety. We were also very impressed with how quickly everything was handled; we were in and out within an hour, which is rare for any emergency care setting. Overall, an outstanding experience during a stressful situation. We are very grateful for the level of care and compassion we received.

They are a very young couple in their early 20's and my son just rushed her to the first RR he knew that had been good to me in the past. It was the most traumatic experience they have ever had and no new mother at 35 weeks pregnant ahould ever have to encounter. Some of the people were nice, but, unfortunately, I had to go to this ER today for a cery painful chronic condition and the nurses and doctor were so rude to my son saying very sarcastic and nasty things about them and about them coming to their er in labor and then they said things to me about it that were very unprofessional also. Then the doctor that made the comment that she was so glad she wasn't on shift when my son saying very and daughter In law came in with their stress looked at me and made me feel like a "seeker of pain meds" because I was "back with my usual pain." Again another disgusting statement from an employee. Avoid this ER at all fost if you have to go more than once for severe pain from a legitimate medical condition because they will label you a seeker or frequent flyer and treat you poorly and judge you and talk about you behind your back at the nurses station (which I heard and you will hear all of the negative and judgemental things they say about you) and to your face because they don't care. Surgery with Dr. Cajas was swift and precise with my surgery and all went great (nurses in there were great too along with Paul my anesthesiologist). Dr. Akonye is my OBGYN and despite not having her do my surgery, she's amazing and I would let her birth my kids again! Nurse team in labor & delivery made a positive, calm, fun experience for us! McKenna, Gwen, Erika, and Virgina, were all phenomenal and helpful! The pediatric nurses were so loving and gentle when caring and observing our daughter. We will always remember them and the love they gave to our little angel! We appreciate the team here!

When I started to look for emergency clinics I noticed this location had a CT scan, plus I had already visit them in the past and had a wonderful experience. I was quickly seen by Dr. Zeballos and he was super attentive and professional. During my time there I also interacted with three other nurses and they were all wonderful people. After just a few hours here, I left feeling 10 times better and with the right diagnose and help that I needed. Besides the amazing people working here, the clinic itself is so clean and modern. Even though they've been opened for a few years now, I swear the clinic looks exactly the same as when I first visit them four years ago.
