When I got there, they gave me an office tour and sat me down in a waiting room. I had already filled out their intake form online. An HOUR later, an HOUR .... the Chiropractor finally comes in, we go through all the questions. She tells me that she would like to do an xray. I'd understand if I was just recovering from an accident and insurance was covering it, but I'm just there for a quick crack and dash. She tells me it's required and its an additional $99 on top of the $70 adjustment. No mention of this prior. Good customer service would've been "Hey we'll do this for free because we dropped the ball and wasted your morning.". but no. I told her my frustration and left am hour 20 after I got there. Will not return. ever.

In response to Dr Shetlin's email:…read more I don't have any ill feelings towards Dr. Shetlin although he does towards me. He's not in the right state of mind and I completely get it. I felt my review was unbiased and objective. I was only writing a review like a usually do. Dr. Shetlin did not bend over backwards for me. I merely just showed up for my appointment. I also asked questions which I did not know were not allowed and frowned upon. I also didn't know that wanting them to obtain a prior authorization and bill my insurance was "wanting everything for free." If I wanted something for free I would have taken him up on the offer of taking their collagen powder that he requested I take "for free". I also apologize for not jumping into a $9,000 package. I only told my experience and I know for a fact people like going to his office if not they wouldn't be open and they wouldn't leave 5 star reviews. I also apologized for your wife's death and told you I was very sorry for your loss. As you told me that's why the eligibility for my insurance was not checked . I've also had family pass away this year. It's hard and it sucks but life doesn't stop & you know this or you wouldn't be in the office or still have it open. You also said that your daughter did the billing and insurance verification but as soon as I showed my ID your front office was able to verify it with out your daughter being their. I was just confused as to why they hadn't done so before. I am sorry you wish me negative energy, Dr. Shetlin I wish you the best and I pray god gives you the strength to help you get through these difficult times.

Suzanne Cronin is the BEST chiropractor in the world! She solved what multiple chiropractor and…read moredoctor visits and multiple, unnecessary, ineffective prescriptions could not. I was one of her earliest patients, and a reluctant one--I even left a voicemail saying I don't believe in chiropractors but I'm coming in anyway , because I was at wit's end. After being in pain for over 6 months, I left after the first visit with 60% less pain. The second visit dropped it even more, and shortly after that I was pain free. Now I live in LA, but I still visit Dr. Cronin every time I'm in town. I wish I could clone her.

I have been warned my whole life never to see a chiropractor who doesn't start with an X-ray. Now I…read moreknow why. When I filled out the intake form and it asked why I was seeking chiropractic care I didn't actually know what to say. I had just had a baby, and we bought the family discount pack, so it seemed like a good thing to do. But other than an old shoulder injury I didn't really have any issues. The adjustment from Suzeanne felt violent. I've never experienced an adjustment like that before from the handful of other chiropractors I have seen. And afterwards I was so dizzy that I couldn't drive home for almost an hour. She said it was increased blood flow to my brain after unblocking a restriction (makes sense). But afterwards I had a headache for a week and a half, and this weird catch in my neck that would only resolve if I let my head hang down for a while. My follow-up wasn't for two weeks because we were out of town, and I almost didn't go because of my previous experience. But she came so highly recommended, and I liked her so much personally, that I thought it was worth another try. I at least wanted to discuss my experience with her. The second adjustment wasn't anywhere near as violent, but the headache came back, and I can no longer resolve the catch by hanging my head. Now it's just constant pain. Hopefully this pain will go away at some point. It's been less than a week after the second visit and it took a massage to resolve it the last time (although the massage did not resolve the catch). But what I am mad at myself about is that I took my baby to see her a half dozen times before seeing her myself. Every single time my poor baby was super fussy for the rest of the day or even a couple of days. Suzeanne kept saying "that's not necessarily a bad thing," and I know that's true. But it wasn't a good thing!! Also we noticed no improvements in her reflux or suck. The idea that I might have let her hurt my baby the way that I got hurt is really tough to take. Again, I really liked Suzeanne a lot personally. But at the end of the day, I am in quite a bit of pain now when I wasn't in any before. Shame on me for messing with what wasn't broken I guess.

I made an appointment here after being highly recommended this practice in particular by my midwife to try and get aligned/make sure I was aligned to try and get labor to begin, or in the least to help things go smoothly once labor did begin. I've been told Dr Gunn does have plenty of experience with pregnant people and i was grateful for that. It was easy to call and schedule an appointment, they do have some weird hours on Wednesday I believe, but they are open some evenings so it was nice to have that option. The office was fairly easy to find and get to, it's located in a strip mall type building. The office was clean when I arrived. I had some paperwork to do and paid the fee for 1 alignment which was only $35. (It is definitely more cost effective to do a bundle deal if you plan to be back several times, I wasn't sure if I would be back as this was my first experience with a chiropractor ever). The alignment went well as far as I know haha, there were some limitations as I was 39 weeks pregnant at the time, but Dr Gunn was accommodating to that. It sounded like he prefers to see pregnant people a few times during their pregnancy for best results, but he definitely did what he could. I did some stretching and he used the massage gun on me as well. The room felt like there was enough space, but small enough to feel private. He was very professional and because it was my first time at a chiropractor, I really appreciated him explaining exactly what he was going to do and how it would help/why he was doing it. If I ever need chiropractic care again, I would not hesitate to return!
