Needed to find a chiropractor. I was nervous just taking a chance with this location because they were on my insurance plan. I was very impressed. The staff there were very friendly I even got a hand shake upon signing in (who does that these days!), and the doctor was very knowledgeable. He was able to have my exam and treatment done in the first visit, he took the time to review my x-rays, explain my treatment plan and recommendations. They reviewed my insurance coverage with me before I even saw the doctor so I knew upfront what I owed for my services. I felt welcomed and comfortable from the time I walked in. The office was very clean and attractive, and they had a cool toy room "ocean themed" for my little one to play in. It is a very neighborhood friendly clinic, it had the whole package: clean office, professional staff, reasonable wait time. It exceeded my expectations! I found myself looking for a new chiropractor and decided on Elite Chiropractic & Performance Center, since the office location is convenient from both my home and office. When I arrived for my initial appointment I was pleasently surprised by the office and the staff and how friendly they were. I didn't wait very long before being seen by the doctor. He was professional as he took my information and got xrays. I was pleased that he took the time to do xrays before beginning treatment. The following Thursday I returned for my first adjustment. Again the front office staff were professional and friendly and I didn't wait long before being seen. The doctor explained the xrays and answered my questions then did the adjustment. Amazing!!! That's how I feel about the care I received from the great doctors at Elite Chiropractic! I'm an ex-athlete and paying the price of all that fun now that I'm in my 50's! Dr Harbrecht is amazing! I have chronic pain issues and sit at a computer all day long. I have seen doctors, physical therapists, and massage therapists for decades. None of these have given me the specialized treatment and long-term relief that Dr Harbrecht has been able to provide. I love the one-on-one service and attention to my particular needs. I LOVE THIS OFFICE! From the first time I walked in, the staff was friendly and personable. This office is amazing!! the staff is is incredible, you can truly feel comfortable and at home as soon as you walk in the front door. The staff always addresses each patient by name. They respect the privacy of each patient. The Dr.s are phenomenal. They take the time to listen and they take concern for my over all health not just the pain in my spine. You are welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. The staff if so friendly to each patient and knows each one by name. The doctor's are extremely helpful. I've seen both Dr. Wimmer and Dr. Layton and have referred a lot of people to this office to see both of them. Highly recommended. Went to see Dr Mousley after a minor snowboarding accident. The staff there spent extra time determining if my insurance would cover treatment. Found everyone, doctors and staff, to be very professional, helpful and answer any questions.
