Finding continued proactive chiropractic care was the very first thing we did moving to Park City. My family and I have been seeing a chiropractor for about 12 years. We are very pleased when we first came to Lundstrom so we didn't shop around for other care. I like that both doctors, I've seen, are knowledgeable, and want to talk about your health and goals when considering chiropractic care. Our initial visit many years ago with a chiropractor in another town was because of my son's growing pains. The relief was so success I started to seek care for myself. Then the rest of my family. It's has made a difference in our active lifestyles. The trickiest part is finding them. Off of 224 behind the Keller Williams real estate office. The little brown building isn't marked and Lundstrom chiropractic is on the 2nd floor. But the up side is they have tons of parking. So bummed to leave a bad review, the owners are long time Park City locals (as am I) and I hoped they would resolve this issue. I had a rib out of place and went to them for treatment, I was adjusted by Dr Lundstrom and then lay on a massaging bed for 20 minutes. I did this 4 times. After receiving my bill there was a third charge for services I did not receive on every visit. I called and was told it would be removed. 2 years later they threatened to send my bill to collections if it wasn't paid. (No, this was not an issue with insurance codes) read more

Be careful... They bill out the nose for 5 minutes with one of the chiropractors. But don't worry, they'll then put you on a rolling table for 10 to try to make you feel like you've gotten more for you money. I paid $100 co-pay for the first visit, then $65 per visit after that. They then billed my insurance on top of that. After was all said and done, I get a final bill for another $45. Mind you this is on top of the $300 I already paid for 4 visits. Let's do that math on just what I paid (not including what insurance covered)... I'll be generous on the first one. $345 for 1 hour of service. A chiropractor is making $345/hour? Now let's do the math on time actually spent with a Chiro. $345 for 20 minutes. $345/0.3333 = $1,035.10/hour! That is absurd! And keep in mind, this is only off of what I personally paid. They still made even more money off of my insurance company. I've found another chiro in town that will do home visits and charges $100 and spends about an hour with you. read more

Lundstrom chiropractic is just what I needed. I recently moved to the area and went online and found them. Both Dr. Lundstrom and Dr. Sato are excellent chiropractors. The rest of the team is friendly and I've had a great experience across the board. I'm really happy with the adjustments that I've received because now I can get back on my bicycle and ride the mountains! read more

Update: It has been almost a year since this happened. I have spent thousands of dollars trying to find relief for pain that was caused by this adjustment. I now have to have surgery to fix the damaged caused by this provider. Please be aware that when seeing this provider to relieve pain, it can actually result in much more pain and surgery on top of that to fix it. read more

Dr. Lundstrom, Dr. Sato in the entire staff at this clinic are excellent in every way! I came into them with a back so bad (4 bulging discs) it was more than painful to even attempt to stand up straight. I have had four appointments and can stand upright and walk around freely because of their care. They are honest and straightforward in the diagnostic phase of their approach to treatment and will tell you the truth based on their medical background and experience which is par excellence! I was experiencing some neck pain while out of town upon returning I called Lundstrom Chiropractic early in the morning before they opened. I received a quick call back and they were able to see me in 15 minutes. Chad was great. He explained all of the procedures and began a treatment plan.3 hours later I'm headed out to play golf. I injured my back on vacation this Thanksgiving, and even though their schedule was packed and I was an out of state visitor, Dr Sato got me in on Wed. He was AMAZINGLY thorough in asking questions, engaging me directly, and ultimately gave me treatment AND advice that was essential to starting my recovery. On top of that, Dr Lundstrom got me back in on Friday despite having no openings, and once again the level of engagement, patience, and compassion was astounding to me. Chad Lundstrom is not only a great chiropractor, but a great guy. He takes the time to listen to his patients and "gets" that an active life style is important to those of us in Park City. After all, he's active himself in moto! My son, an athlete, experiences severe back pain from having "broken" 5 vertebrae in a skiing accident nine years ago. The boy continues to be athletiic, playing college lacrosse, dirtbiking, skiing, etc.,all of which can cause misalignment. Chad "straightens" him out, and takes a personal interest. Although Chad was not the first chiropractor I had taken my son to -he is the ONLY one I will take him to now. Beware the "orthodic pitch"! Before ordering & paying, make sure you have thoroughly researched & done your homework because once you order and pay, there is no cancelation or return. Passing through Park City with a colossal neck spasm-found Dr. Lundstrom on Yelp and delighted I did. He has a very modern clean space with a delightful and helpful receptionist. Rather than do an adjustment (since I was only in town for a day), he expressed caution and instead iced my neck, used stim, and turned on a modern massage couch which certainly made me feel better. He fitted me with a neck collar and prescribed some homeopathic muscle relaxant. I appreciate his professionalism and careful approach.
