Updated review: district manager called, unfortunately I ordered through a 3rd party delivery…read moreservice so they do not guarantee freshness it's a different policy unless you order from their website or app. So I won't order via 3rd parties again. And John credited me $50 to my member account which I appreciated although I'm not one to ask for favors, along with a phone call explanation. I would highly recommend ordering directly from Snap so when there's issues, they can resolve them adequately. Updated rating since they really tried their best. I ordered $101 to be exact, worth of meals for the week online. And then I realize today (the very next day) they all expire the DAY I ordered them. Every single one of them. So I paid to take their scraps off their hands I guess. Just terribly rude and not considerate to a paying customer to give them what should have gone in the trash. I get maybe giving me one meal that expired the day I ordered but my whole order...

I have nothing positive to say about Snap Kitchen. 1st - my…read moredelivery box arrived completely open/untapped. (And when I mentioned to customer support they didn't care.) 2nd - my meals expired within 4-5 days of delivery. 3rd - my meals were small and not satisfying ...All of this can be looked over, but... 4th - there was a RUBBERBAND in one of my meals. Mistakes happen, but when I reached out to customer service there was nothing genuine about their response. Instead I got offered $20 credit next order. Who in their right mind would even consider this a reasonable response. There are sooo many better delivery options out there that taste better, are better reasonably priced and have better customer service.

I was impressed with the presentation, the food selections, and the thoughtfulness they put into the box. Also, the portions are generous, I didn't even finish my box, which is fun because I got to share it! But this place is so much more! They cater. They offer board making classes the next one is 9/10/26. They rent out their space for events and parties, and will even cater on site parties. You can drop in and pick up boards of various sizes at anytime. This would be a great date night spot. The classes look like so much fun! I would recommend their boards for a picnic, a party, a quick dinner, a fun snack for the office, the list goes on. Y'all, go show Art of Grazing some love it is truly a hidden gem!

Charcuterie boards can be so boring and stale if not thoughtfully designed, and obviously the freshness of the ingredients is of utmost importance. Too often with charcuterie boards you get that refrigerated taste/smell from something that's been sitting uncovered in a fridge for too long. But these boards were super-well-wrapped until time to eat. There is clearly a lot of care put into each board, and so many beautiful, quality ingredients. These particular grazing boards had a variety of 4 cheeses (like a pistachio crusted goat cheese, sharp cheddars, brie, and habanero pepper), 2 meats (salami arranged like a rose and capicola on the side), a handful of nuts (pistachios or almonds), salty cornichons or olives, plump fruit (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and grapes), wafer-y crackers, a piece of foil-wrapped chocolate, and a tiny glass jar of local honey or jam. And a sprinkling of vibrant, edible flower petals. It's really very pretty, bountiful, and colorful. See my photos! I'd say these specific boards are a great size for 2-4 people to share. The Art of Grazing's website has all the info on their different boards.. lots of sizes, crudités or cheeses or meats or combos, holiday themes and specials. Looks like they host classes and events, too. Flight nights, brunch boards with mimosas, that sort of thing. Love it. They're in a cute little spot in Southside Fort Worth. And a women-owned business!

"The Gastro Bomber is serving up traditional pub grub with a Texas twist and the customary pub…read moreculture...good music and friendly conversation!" - From GB's FB page. So yesterday (10/3/2012) Keller had it's first pop-up food truck event. I was very happy to catch wind of it, for I'm usually late to the party when it comes to events. In attendance were Gastro Bomber and So-Cal Tacos (http://www.yelp.com/biz/so-cal-tacos-fort-worth). My plan was to order something from each truck, one as a way to show support, and two, well because I'm a glutton and wanted to try both. I looked over both menus and came to a decision. From GB it was going to be the Chicken and Waffle Sandwich. I've been wanting C&Ws forever, from anywhere, and tonight was finally my night to try this item. The first thing to point out is it was not really a "sandwich" unless you want to stretch it and call it an open-faced sandwich. Second, it was not a full-sized waffle, but rather something rectangular. It consisted of three pieces of boneless chicken and a drizzle of maple syrup. Cost, $8. It was very good. The chicken was tender and the waffle delicious. What I noticed, and confirmed, is that there is corn meal in the waffle batter. I was told this is the Southern twist they like to add to there food. It was like Belgian cornbread. Yummy! Now I will add my wife's comment, which seem to be true of all food trucks, is that the cost to quantity ratio seems to be a little high. Three large tenders on essentially half a waffle for 8 bucks seems a bit much. Now I came up with a new take on the cost and that is this; One, your getting to try something new and somewhat unique. Two, and here's the kicker, your bottom line cost is perhaps a bit less than if you sat down in a restaurant. If tips are expected at food trucks, I did not see any obvious vessel for the cash to go in. You can bring your own drinks, and thus your bottom line for a unique dining experience really is not bad. I for one am glad this came together. I was excited when I learned that Keller might be getting it's own food truck park, and was disappointed when I learned the plans were not approved. Somehow I think Keller's loss will be Roanoke's gain (Actually Corina T., aka the "shark lady", who I met at this event said that). From this point forward I will keep track of food trucks coming to Keller, and there are definitely a few more items on GB's menu I would like to try (Irish Nachos, Shepherd's Pie Croquettes, Fish and Chips, Picanha Sandwich). PS. If you missed it, they will be back in the same spot (at the CVS at the NE corner of 1709 and Rufe Snow) next week, 10/10/2012 from 5 to 8PM. One quick tip: Do bring your own chairs!
