Wow! Amazing service, amazing food amazing value…read more My son and I thought it would be a good idea to try the all you can eat boneless chicken wings, since we really enjoyed the all you can eat ribs this past fall. So we went together last Friday. What a pleasant surprise! The wings were fantastic. Keep in mind that these are boneless wings, so all meat! And they're the "good kind" of boneless chicken that's real meat rather than the reconstituted "nuggets" that many places serve. Cooked perfectly and the breading on them was enough to be tasty and to hold the sauce but not so much that you cant find the meat. What else was notable about the food experience? The fries!! They were notably superior. Lots of fries on the order, a good size, and not over-cooked. They also have a decent selection of beers on tap and the pint I ordered was only $7.49, which is pretty good for the area. The service was also top-notch. We were seated right away our server Todd was at the table within the first minute. He was pleasant and sociable and it was very obvious that he wanted our experience to be a good one. He took our orders, answered our dumb questions with a smile, and was quick with service. All throughout the meal he kept checking on us and was quick with the "next beer" and in keeping the table cleared. What a great difference to feel like you're truly welcome and your experience matters, unlike other places where I often feel like I'm more like an inconvenience to waiting staff. Thanks so much Todd, you did great!

Don't get me wrong, very nice and friendly but htey always seem to be looking over my shoulder to see who else is coming in. Anyway, on to the food. Gravy is GREAT! Taters have way, way, way too much slat but are still good. Chicken is fried chicken. Not quite Popeyes, but still good if you are craving grease and well basically, Fried Chicken.

Okay, let's update this place, shipwreck that it is…read more.. I was in that mall one day with hubby and sure enough he wanted chicken. Might as well try this one again as there was no other chicken nearby. Went in, checked out the menu board. I can't remember the exact prices but it was very expensive for a similar-to-KFC kind of meal. Settled for one piece and if I remember rightly it was about $10 with tax. Way too much. For heaven's sake, a medium order of fries is about $7, correct me if I am wrong and I will gladly change this. Hubby lost his appetite, since he was paying. They are still smelly spraying cleaning solutions on the tables right in front of your food so we had to cover it, but that hardly matters after what I am going to tell you. But, as we were waiting, things went from bad to really bad. A girl came bouncing out of the cooking area, wearing rubber gloves, to greet what I think was her boyfriend. She touched him, her surroundings, and her own hair with those gloves. Back to the kitchen she went and returned shortly after, carrying a box of food for the boyfriend and still wearing the rubber gloves. I am quite sure she didn't change those gloves in the kitchen after the first little visit. The dirty gloves should have been removed before she left the kitchen, and certainly not worn back into the kitchen once they were out and about being contaminated. They both sat down, and she kept the gloves on, and touched everything she could. Then she returned to the kitchen to make more food, and again I am quite sure she didn't change the gloves. UGH UGH UGH. This may be a new winner for the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. REMOVE YOUR DIRTY GLOVES WHEN YOU LEAVE THE KITCHEN. DON'T TOUCH YOUR HAIR OR YOUR BOYFRIEND'S HAIR OR ANY PART OF ANYBODY'S BODY WHILE WEARING KITCHEN GLOVES. WASH YOUR HANDS AND PUT NEW GLOVES ON WHEN YOU RETURN TO THE KITCHEN. GOT IT? We left, never to return again.

The walls of the venue folds down so the breeze flows through space as you are dining. However, you have to be patient in order to get a table or to get food. There is often a line and the host cannot predict how long patrons will be there, so you are not given an estimate time. Service is trying hard to keep up, but you can tell they are exhausted. I feel like this place originally was meant for a quick drink by the water. The food items were added as an afterthought, as they are mostly fried pub items. Think chicken fingers, wings, fries and burgers. Also, the kitchen gets backlogged so bring something to do as you wait with your beer. The food is good when it shows up, but it be because you are starving by that point. Come for the view and a beer.

It's nice to be here for drinks. The bad: our food took over an hour and twenty minutes to arrive. And all we ordered was fish tacos, Caesar salad and boneless chicken wings The ugly: the food was terrible. My boyfriend said it's the worst food he's ever tasted from a restaurant. The Caesar salad was soggy, the fish tacos, just like the salad, had soggy coleslaw. The "chicken wings/ chicken nuggets" had a weird smell. The worst part was they accidentally mixed in "fish chicken wings" in our batch. If someone had a seafood allergy, that would be a serious concern. Our server was nice enough to take off the nuggets off of our bill but I really wish the food tasted better after a long wait.

I came here to grab some dinner. I wanted to head back to my hotel room and have it, along with a couple of alcoholic beverages that I had picked up. It wasn't all that busy around 5:30 pm. There was plenty of parking. I decided to park and order inside. There is a drive-thru if you are in a rush or don't want to walk in. I saw my favourite poster of the orange cream shake. It is my favourite shake at Arby's! I had to wait a bit before someone came to the counter. There was a couple who had ordered something like ten roast beef sandwiches. When the woman came over, I ordered two medium roast beef sandwiches, a large orange cream shake without whipped cream, and a salted caramel and chocolate chip cookie. It didn't take long for me to get my order. I was impressed after seeing the two folks carry a ton of food out the door. She was nice. I thanked her and left. I got back to my hotel room to chow down. The orange cream shake was consistent with my past experiences. It was thick, orangy, and yummy. I was happy. The roast beef sandwiches were a disappointment. Arby's offers gyros these days. I got the gyros-cut roast beef in my sandwiches. Not cool. They were tough and thicker than what you'd expect. It had a ton of tough bits that I had to toss aside. No wonder I got my sandwiches so quickly. The place was either too lazy to shave the roast beef the way that it should be, or it ran out and decided to sub in the gyros beef without telling me. Ugh! My salted caramel and chocolate chip cookie made me happy again. I don't normally love caramel, but it works well when it's salted. The chocolate chips balance the cookie out nicely. This cookie is so good! I'm not sure if I'd come back to give the roast beef sandwich a go again. If I do have a hankering for a cookie or my favourite orange cream shake, I'm here. (355)
