I stopped in here for the first time the other day to try their new flavors , Carolina Gold and Jamaican Jerk. I moved to Mustang a few months ago and it's been a while since I've been to a Wingstop. I used to go the ones in Las Vegas when they first came out , but after a few years they went downhill and now the price of bone-in wings are really ridiculous. I ordered on the App and they were ready when I went to pick them up. The lady at the counter was friendly. I got the 3 Piece Carolina Gold and a 3 Piece Jamaican Jerk , both Bone-In. The Carolina Gold was pretty good , but could've used a little more kick. There is a place in Myrtle Beach , South Carolina that makes a Carolina Gold Sauce for their chicken wings that will knock your socks off , sooo good. The Jamaican Jerk was okay , but the sauce was a little dark and tart taste. After a couple bites it got better or you just got used to it. Of course Ranch helps with the flavor. The Carolina Gold you don't need Ranch. I've read several reviews that weren't good at this location , but my chicken was fine. It was cooked properly and I was only there for a minute , so service was fine and friendly. read more

We came in first thing in the morning and the manager has nothing but been nice and accommodating. Unfortunately forgot my husband's side but wasn't much of a big issue as they immediately brought it out when we told them about it. Ambiance wise, it is a typical wing stop a little bit cramped but not that bad. But as per my husband, the bathroom wasn't the best as it was really dirty. Food wise, the fries were awesome and so is my chicken tenders were crispy and it was packed with flavor. Would come back? Probably for a take out. Since it's been months to a year since the past reviews, hopefully our future pick up orders won't get butchered. Will definitely review again for that separate exp. Extra brownie points as our baby boy loved the veggies and fries. read more

We ordered 10 wings each with different flavors online and still ended up having to wait awhile for our food. Once we got home, I literally couldn't eat my cajun boneless wings because there was way too much seasoning on it making it ridiculously salty. I won't bother to go to this location ever again. Service: awful. I ordered take out and I'm glad I checked my bag. They had left out HALF my order. I was Parked right in front of the door. 2 girls standing behind counter doing absolutely nothing made no attempt to catch me. They were busy but the main person bagging the food wouldn't let them help. Two girls just stood at the front and when customers complained about the wait, the blonde one just said well they won't let me help so I don't know what to tell you. Very unprofessional. Food- good flavor WAY overcooked. Dry as a bone. I am not a wing person typically but will grab them 2-3 times a year. These were the worst I've ever had. Had the consistency of turkey jerky with either rub/sauce on it. I did get the current new flavor of Mexican Street flavor. I liked it. It is strong on lime like as strong as the lemon in the lemon pepper is. So if you don't care for lime flavor then I would pass on it. But really it's good and balanced flavor. I ordered a large container of Bleu cheese. Instead I got 3 small one which is not the same as a large container size. It wasn't worth it and I was sick of the attitude in the building. Placed an order yesterday on the app, the app told me 8-10 minutes, arrived at the store and the food wasn't ready. Mind you I live 20 minutes from the store.. when I got inside, there was no ice in the soda dispenser. The employees were picking up trash they dropped on the ground. Then proceeded to go back to filling bags with people's food without washing their hands/passing out customers to go bags. Also watched an employee go near the restrooms with a buddy and make a very suspicious "transaction". This store also didn't have any plastic silverware to eat my supper with- had to eat my food like a caveman. You'd think with this being a "newer" store they would know when/how to order silverware. read more

I usually love Wingstop but this location does not do a good job! It was full of kids standing around and I only saw 1 girl actually working. Got our order and took it home to see such a sad excuse for boneless wings and soggy fries. I ordered extra crispy for the fries and the were soggy and smashed. The boneless wings looked like popcorn chicken. The bone in wings were ok but we're not crispy. I won't order from here again! read more

Do not DoorDash drinks from this location! They have the dasher- who has been out driving and touching the door, their phones, keys, etc., with no safe serv certification, and no access to a handwashing station, fill the drink orders. They don't put any type of tamper proof stickers on the drinks, either. Dashers are supposed to pick up sealed, tamper proof orders. Having the dashers fill drink orders is unsanitary, and wastes time since they want the order confirmed prior to the drink being made. read more

I ordered my food online (like normal) and it said my order was going to be done at 11:26. we went in there at 11:30 and they said that the food was gonna take 10 minutes. which was already my first red flag because it was already supposed to be done. THEN when it had became 11:45 i went back up to the counter and the lady grabbed the order off the shelf and said that it had already been done. my food was cold, soggy, and you could just tell it had been sitting there for a while. even when they said it wasn't done. bad service. then we went to go get our drinks and the dr pepper was out, there was no ice. and now i feel like vomiting after i consumed that. read more

Worst order experience ever. Placed order online with a 45 minute wait. After a hour and a half they couldn't tell me when my order would be ready. Asked for a refund and was told it would be three business days. Had to raise my voice to get them to give me a receipt with a managers signature stating they would actually process the refund. Funny thing was not one doordash driver that came in waited for more than 10 minutes. Guess those orders are more profitable because they were clearly getting prioritized. read more

Visited this past Sunday, bought meals for myself, my fiance and my 2 sons. Got home to realize there was not one ranch in any of the bags(I had paid for 3 extra on top of what I should've gotten) and I was missing a 10 piece and a fry. I contacted Wingstop and they got back to me Tuesday afternoon and told me they could either refund me for the missing 10 piece if I drove back to the store(it's about 25 minutes from my house) or they could remake my whole order and deliver it. They remade my whole order, delivered it to my door, and even threw in 4 brownies, and some coupons for 5 free wings. Top tier customer service and amazing at rectifying the situation. The staff there went above and beyond for my family to make it right. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Wingstop has always been one of my favorites but I guess the franchisee didn't anticipate the volume they would see in Yukon!! The kitchen is full of employees but getting your food is extremely slow. Tonite waited 20 minutes at the store AFTER waiting 20 minutes for our online order--only to discover it was sitting on the shelf ready the whole time . Do better Yukon!!! This wing-stop is absolutely without a doubt revolting in every way possible. Waited 2 HOURS to have soggy cold fries, cold teeny tiny wings, hardly any seasoning. it was $30.00 for 2 people to eat. I've never left a review on ANYTHING before. I'm gonna leave one now lol. I placed an order on November 15th (the Paul vs Tyson fight) at 6:19 the app says food will be ready at 7:07. I roll in at 7:15 cause I figured they would be busy so give them a little extra time. I walk up and there is about 6-7 sitting outside and some were around 35 people standing around the counter. So I said ok manager fucked up they weren't prepared for this large of a surge I'll wait around they'll call my name they're just very busy. No names were being called other than by customers who are at this point basically behind the counter cause the employees are just setting food up there because they're so overwhelmed. Finally at like 8:10ish I give up and I finally walk up there because at this point I have noticed I don't recognize anyway in the crowd of people from when I first walked in (I had been waiting the longest in the crowd basically). I get up to the person on the counter and ask where my order is in line. The poor guy comes back 20 min later and says "you're at the bottom of the stack" I said I shouldn't be I ordered like 2 hours ago and he just blankly starred and said sorry because he was so overwhelmed. So I said I would just like a refund and he said ok and put my order in a different stack. I told the guy I'd like you to process my refund now because I don't want my receipt to be lost after I leave (I think that's what happened originally because I watched one of them drop the STACK of tickets). He said he would process all of them at the end of the night. I asked more sternly if he could process my refund while I was there to make sure it gets done. He said no and promised it would not be lost. Here I am a month later, 2 calls to corporate and 4 calls to the store location later still no wings and still no refund. Sick I hate it here. This location was disappointing for 3 reasons. 1. We ordered online and after waiting our 43 minute online wait time we showed up to this location and was told it was still being made. after waiting 30 minutes after our order was supposedly being still made . My husband asked if it was ready and the guy grabbed our order and we realized it was sitting there for over 10 minutes with no one calling out our order. 2. The food was very disappointing. Fries were soggy and over seasoned. Our wings were sat on top of each other leaving my husbands wings soggy. Wings were awful. Bdubs does way better. They were butter flavored with sauce that was not that great. How do you mess up buffalo wings? 3. They had up to 20 employees running around and crammed in one kitchen yet there was over an hour wait. The employees were overwhelmed with business. One was being a bit dramatic saying "I can't do this anymore" during a busy dinner service and cursing in front of kids. That employee went home. Very unprofessional and bitchin to the managers. This is not how you train your employees. They obviously were not prepared for Yukons high traffic flow. read more

I have never seen such portions in my. Life my wife and I order combo 6 wings and 6 boneless wings. They were the smallest wings we ever had , the boneless wings were 1/2 a bite very small . The French fries were soggy and cold. If you want great food don't go here bad!!! read more
