Although, I didn't catch the name of the hostess, who led us to a corner booths, she was very polite, and welcoming. The place was truly busy as several TVs were on with several NFL football games going. Even then the restaurant was not noisy and we could easily communicate with each other and our waitress. Our waitress, was Ms. Erin, a very polite, very welcoming, and with a warm smile. She took our drink and food orders. We started with an appetizer the ultimate sampler which consisted of 4 chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, onion rings and pretzel knots individual sauces for $16.99. I got habanero mango sauce big mistake it melted the taste buds off my tongue. The onion rings were well seasoned, and crispy, the mozzarella stic werf delicious, as were the pretzel knots. I ordered 10 bone in chicken wings lemon pepper sauce, for $15.49 and tater tots for $4.99 the wings were very delicious. The tots were crispy and well seasoned. My sister got 6 bone in honey bbq for $10.49 with potato wedges for $4.99. The wings were too spicy for sister's liking bug really liked the potato wedges which were very well seasoned. She also got a Pepsi for $3.99. Overall I was very satisfied with the food and services. I will be coming here anytime soon since I am visiting from out of state. read more

The manager Ashley at this location is actually so rude. My fiancés wings were wrong and she came to the table and was persistent on saying the wings were correct and we were wrong. They remade them and lo and behold the wings were correct this time. She huffed and puffed on the way to go tell the kitchen to remake them. Just plain rude. We are the ones paying for the food and we should get what we asked for. We weren't rude when saying the order wasn't right. But besides all the negative our server Hannah was amazing and super apologetic when it wasn't even her fault. We made sure to leave her a nice tip. Our waitress, Tamara("Red"), single-handedly ruined what should have been a simple night out. From the moment we sat down, she acted like we were a burden for existing. When we were giving our order, she literally walked away mid-order without saying a single word. No "anything else?" No acknowledgment. Just gone. It was so awkward we weren't even sure if she heard us or if she know if we were done ordering. When she dropped off our drinks, I said "thank you" and she didn't respond at all. No eye contact. No words. Nothing. At that point it was clear we were being treated like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Someone else eventually brought our food, but we had no silverware, no napkins, and Tamara("Red") was nowhere to be found. We waited 15 minutes before she finally appeared and said, "Oh, I didn't realize you guys got your food." How does a server not realize their table has been eating for that long? Then she disappeared again, even after we were done eating. No check-in, no refill, no offer to help--just completely absent. Going out to eat shouldn't feel uncomfortable or awkward. We weren't asking for special treatment--just basic courtesy and attention. Instead, we were treated like we were annoying her by being there. But, it has has one of the best and most underrated burgers around...the All-American Burger -- two hand-smashed patties, perfectly seared yet still juicy, with craggly edges of beef spilling over bun edges. Then toppings perfectly layered. It's so buttery and cheesy and juicy without being overly greasy. And the challah bun is perfect. A quality chef HAD to come up with this recipe. It's big and just wonderful, and comes with a side of fries for only $11.99. They also serve a very good, large, fried chicken sandwich for only $8.99. Both are two of the better chain restaurant deals around. You can also get mediocre wings if you prefer. Tonight, I had a craving for some chicken! So, we decided to order BWW. Overall the food was great. We used Delivery through the BWW website. BWW has partnered with Doordash for their deliveries. We ordered 30 boneless wings and a regular onion ring. First, ordering delivery through the BWW website does not give you a great estimated delivery time as it would through the doordash app. They do not update the ETA but only update you on where the dasher is. As far as our order goes, everything tastes great. My only complaint is regarding the Spicy Garlic, Spicy BBQ, and the Lemon Pepper (Dry Seasoning). The spicy sauces we ordered both tasted like buffalo sauce but spicier. The lemon pepper seasoning wings did not have enough seasoning on them. Regardless, the chicken was fully cooked and tasty. This location is absolutely terrible. The last two times I've placed an online order, I've been given just blatantly half-correct orders. The service is less than bare minimum. Standing there waiting for your order, no one walking in and out of the kitchen will even make eye contact with you. You've got to stop someone else to see if they can ask where your food is, and it's always 20min passed the time given online. The best part is you get to then wait an additional 15min for them to remake your order because it was wrong. What a Great BWWs! Every time we have been in this location it is always clean and we have been seated at a fairly decent time. I've always been a BWWs fan and this location does not disappoint! This location has a problem with taking FOREVER to get your order at your table and picking up your check for processing. I've been here about 20 times and most times this is our major issue. The food is fine. They usually are wiping down tables right before we sit. Good to see a BWW right in the middle of Yukon. I've been to this location a few times now and have been fairly satisfied. I normally only come on Tuesdays and Thursdays because beyond that, you'll find yourself paying ridiculous prices for subpar food. Nothing else on the menu fills me up except for all the wings I usually get on a Tuesday or Thursday. I've had their burgers (eh), nachos and salsa (gross), wraps (good but tiny and expensive), tacos, (eh but expensive), etc. You get the point. If you come here, you come for the discounted wings. This location has been pretty good when I've visited late nights but the first time I came, it took 40 minutes on a slow night for my 3 friends and I to get food. The 2nd time I was here was definitely better although they always forget to bring something, or mess up an order. I don't mind it very much since waiting tables can be hectic sometimes but keep in mind, it happens frequently when the staff member has to remember who got what from all the assortments of wings. Two other things worth mentioning is that sometimes the wings have plenty of sauce or rub, and sometimes they don't have nearly enough. They also seem to randomly charge for ranch and bleu cheese. You either get lucky and get it for free, or you're charged a dollar something.
