Came here after a weekend of fun from Vegas! Decided to stop in to take a break from the traffic. Great location! As I walked in I was greeted with a warm cheerful welcome. It's always nice to come to a place where the staff and management are happy to be there. I was impressed that the resturant was clean and spotless. Ordered the Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Rub well done. Usually at other wing stops I ask for well done and my chicken usually comes out dry. This place cooked it to perfection. My husband loves hot wings, so I always try to give Wing Stop the benefit of the doubt. Last night pushed me over the edge. First off, it seems that among a pandemic, when business is highly desired, these Wingstop employees forgot the meaning of customer service and simple manners. The girl who took our order was incredibly short and rude, like we were bothering her, then immediately after assisting us rushed to the back to have some dramatic conversation calling her co-worker "fucker" and dropping "fuck" a handful of other times (so far as saying, "why are we so fucking busy"). Honestly? At a time where businesses are in dire need of customers- you would think these employees who be going above and beyond with quality product and customer service- this was 100% not the case at this Wing Stop. By the time we got our food, and our order was completely wrong, we wanted nothing more than to get out of there. Disappointing to say the least. Take your money somewhere else. Got my family dinner at Wing Stop last night. From start to finish everything was amazing. As soon as I walked into the door, I was greeted with an outgoing personality and a great smile. They took my order immediately and got it correct on the first try. They offered their Wing Special and were very informative about all the different types of flavors. The restaurant was very clean and organized. I was very surprised because it was so packed at that time. You would have thought it was Superbowl time. One employee named Katie was very impressive. She was very attentive to all of the customers she interacted with. My food was ready much quicker than I had expected (because it was so busy) which was awesome. I am very impressed with the staff at this location. Every time I go here it is always a pleasant experience. On top of that the food quality and taste is well above average. Not too much or not too little sauce. Just the right amount. And as everyone can agree the Ranch is always made to perfection! Seems high priced. We tried two kinds of wings. Pieces were over cooked. The medium hot type is really mild, not spicy at all.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Wings are rubbery, gooey and well undercooked. I ate 2 wings and my stomach started to hurt and found multiple pink rubbery pieces in my chicken. Wingstop was my favorite place to eat but this is my last time ever going there... I go to this wingstop quite a lot and honestly some of the employees can be super rude. They have a policy where if you pay with card you have to show ID or they can't process it which is understandable. I intended to pay with my husbands card but tried to use mine first so I didn't have to walk to an atm. And I even told her hey Im not sure if I have enough on there I'll go to the atm if not. And mine declined and the lady whose name I didn't catch yelled out SUPER loud in front of all the other customers "YOUR CARD WAS DECLINED" okay, so first of all I work at a food service place and we are trained to say thing such as, do you have another form of payment? I have been a very good customer at this local wingstop. My family goes sometimes twice a week my last visit there I got food poisoning. After calling and speaking to a manager she gave me another managers number. I explained to her that I got food poisoning from there the night before. Wingstop literally has my favorite lemon pepper wings, and their portions are always so big and you will always be satisfied. Super disappointed. I love the food here but the service tonight was TERRIBLE. We ordered our wings at 7pm and arranged our pick up time to be 8pm. We arrived right at 8pm but still had to wait 20 min for our food! When we finally got up and asked them to check on our order, they had it sitting just behind the counter! The employee claimed the order just came up, but upon checking our fries they were cold and we needed new ones. On top of that, we ordered extra seasoning on our fries and we received NONE. We told the employee who gave us our food about the issue, and instead of apologizing and just replacing our fries, she asked us "Oh, you didn't want them plain?". I went to this Wingstop today and sadly was disappointed in the quality of the wings. The customer service was great, no problem there.They were quick and got my order correct . My problem was that the boneless wings were too salty and tasted bland,like too hard and felt like something was missing. I personally love Wingstop so this is the first time I didn't enjoy the wings. The fries were ok a bit dry but tasty and like I said their customer service was great it was just the food that was disappointing.
