I need to update my review, after both someone from the franchise as well as the GM of this…read moreparticular location reached out to me to try and make things right. I was not only given credit for the original amount I was planning to order, but moreover the GM sympathized with me and let me know she's been working to turn things around (in her defense, she's not been aware of these reviews over the past 2+ years on Yelp, and therefore unless contacted directly has not really had the opportunity to correct anything). I'm still only giving this 4 out of 5 starts due to my original experience, but had I not dealt with the prior, I would be tempted to give 5. She recommended a different crew that tends to work Fri-Sun for me to have a different experience (sorry for those folks that are looking to order Mon-Thurs in the meantime), and I wasn't disappointed. Not only was the phone promptly picked up (quickly put on hold, but picked up by another team-member not too long after), but the food was prepared as ordered, ready on-time, and the staff while I was there to pick-up was courteous & professional. I was actually surprised when I got home on how GOOD the pizza tasted! Of chain restaurants, I would put the taste experience at a SOLID 5* ... very surprised, as I had worked at Pizza Hut nearly 30 years ago, and hadn't really had it since. WOW! Both hand-tossed and original deep-dish pizza were impressive. In a nut-shell, the Mon-Thurs crew needs MUCH work, but the Fri-Sun crew is well worth ordering from, and in my opinion that crew will give you everything you would expect from your pizza ordering experience, for either carry-out or delivery.

Popeyes isn't known for their stellar customer service. I have pulled up to the drive thru and…read moreliterally been greeted with "Welcome to Popeyes whatchu want" It's safe to say, the visit is about the "meat" and not the "greet". Clever, huh? While I don't expect to engage much with the staff, I do expect them to give me the right order, if not on the first try then maybe the second. Definitely the third. After several trips from the drive thru to the parking lot and inside the building we finally left with an order that looked correct, but once we got home it was still missing items and appeared that it may have been someone else's order that was kind of close to ours. The food has me waffling between 1 or 2 stars. The chicken was cooked really well and it was good, even though it wasn't exactly what we had ordered. But the sides were cold - maybe from sitting around while we tried to acquire the correct bag of food? This Popeyes is pretty good. South of the Mason-Dixon, Popeyes has to be great if it wants to stay open. This particular Vancouver, Wa Popeyes wouldn't be a contender, but it's the best on-the-bone fried chicken around these parts. It's still where I would go if I was craving some good fried chicken rather than a grocery store deli. I guess that means I'm willing to go back eventually and so I'll throw in that second star. I will say that the inside was quiet and clean. The parking lot was cramped and hard to maneuver through.

THERE WAS (NO REACHING OUT, NO REFUND OF MY MONEY AND NO APOLOGIES OR CONSEQUENCES FOR ANNA'S BEHAVIOR. BASICALLY YOUR RESPONSE MEANS NOTHING.) (Original review)-This was the worse service we have ever had!!!! We ordered from Popeyes(Popeyes uses DoorDash for delivering) we never received our order. Our order was delivered to someone else's house. I know this because the other customer used our receipt and texted saying she got our food). We never got our food after waiting hours and they kept our almost $50. When I called the store they blamed DoorDash , when I called DoorDash they told us it was Popeyes. The money that came out of my account was from Popeyes. I called Popeyes several times over several days before finally speaking to Manager Anna . Anna was the most rude person I've ever spoken to in my life and completely unprofessional. She refused to do anything not even give us a discount to come back and hung up on me. They have no customer service line where I can speak to anyone higher up. Whenever you try to contact higher ups it gives you an automated line that is AI and you can never speak to a live person DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! Anna should be fired for her awful behavior!!!
