Super friendly staff but the wait time for wings was ridiculous. Looks like they could use some training/support. Wings were ok, corn was awesome. They need a garbage can to drop off napkins or used cups on the way out. They also need a ketchup pump. Tried to scoop the ketchup from a large ladle into a tiny cup. Super messy. We placed an order online for the next day. Everything went well with the ordering and were excited to go to get them picked up. Got a call the morning of pickup and was told that their system was not working for the credit card purchase and that they refunded what was processed. We were told that we would need to pay for the order when it was picked up that afternoon. Its good customer service to let customers know when there is an issue with an order ahead of time instead of being blind sided when you pick up. The wings were good but all of the sauce had soaked into the wings and they were really dry by the time I got them home. I will have to ask for extra sauce next time. read more

My husband ordered the original hot and I ordered garlic parmesan. The original hot were dry rubbed, not what I ordered. The garlic parmesan were so salty that I couldn't take but 2 bites. Very disappointment. Wings were TERRIBLE, completely tasteless and on top of that smothered in grease. Same with the boxes they were put in, they had grease from top to bottom which I am still trying to get off my hands and stained everything. I used to love this place... however the past few times have not been good experiences. Soggy, cold, wrong order, missing items, not done all the way... There were 10 people standing in the line leading out to the curb... 7 people working, 3 sweeping nothing on the floors, 3 sitting at line moving around some napkins... where were the leads/managers??? They had one poor girl, answering the phones and cashing people out, while others stand around like damn flamingos. Chicken takes Approximately 10 MINUTES. Get your ass on the register, bust out some orders so you can get that line moving and getting those orders done throughout. Hustle your people. Multi task. Don't sit there like a clown while this girl is over whelmed. Also when I had ask if I could get my order fixed they asked for the whole order back and it would take about 45 minutes to fix my food, they said per manager request we need to put it in the back... Very disappointed with my trip tonight! Ordered food online and they still needed more than the 30 minutes we already gave them. I had a friend pick up my order up due to how far it is from my house. When she came to my house with the food they told me that they didn't offer her a cup for the combo I ordered. I called later, since I already paid online, to see if I could get a refund. Fernando attended us and gave us good recommendations on flavors and wanted to make sure things would go right to change my mind. He staff there was very friendly and hard working keeping things nice and clean inside and preparing other customers orders... as I received my order, I took a couple samples and was very pleased and happy it came out delicious. I love wings! But, it's hard to find wings that are done right in fast food. Unfortunately Wing Stop didnt hit it out of the park for me. I bought the 10pc meal with spucy asian and mango habaniro. First off, the sauces were very tasty. But, the actual chicken wing was very tough and rubbery. The sauce had a hard time staying on the wing which made it bland. The fries had potential had they not been greasy and cold. I will give this place another try someday. But, in the meantime a bag of frozen Tyson wings from Wal-Mart would be an upgrade. read more
