Wingstop is one of the few places that doesn't put dairy in everything, which I appreciate and makes ordering convenient. However this particular location is without fail one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been inside. The drink station is always a mess and not stocked with lids or straws. The tables are always sticky feeling and the floors and overall feel is grimy. Typically, I'd chalk this up to understaffed like most places take my food to-go and carry on. However, it seems like there is no one properly running this location. There were teenage customers behind the counter chatting with their friends working there and walking around near the food prep area. It's no wonder there was a line of people waiting for orders and a dirty dining room. My husband and I were shopping nearby and stumbled upon Wingstop. This is a brand new location so upon arrival, we saw many employees inside that looked like they were receiving training. We ordered the combo for two (flavors: mango habanero and lemon pepper) and it came with a side of some delicious fries. Everything came out fresh and hot. The only suggestion I would give would be to put some wet wipes next to the condiments as it gets quite messy eating wings. This was our first time here and won't be our last. read more

I have been yo Wingstop a few times now for game day wings. I have tried a few flavors and liked them all, but my biggest issue is the lack of flavor options. There are many various hot flavors, but only a few interesting mild flavors. I wish the garlic parmesan was a sauce vs dry as it did not have much flavor. The classic buffalo is perfectly spicy and actually has flavor. The mild buffalo is also a great option if you're not into spicy. I enjoyed the hickory smoke bbq, it was a stick sauce and on the sweet side. I have only placed my orders in the app and picked up and I have to say the service is very average. The people are always nice enough but you can tell they're wishing to be anywhere else. I also tried the chicken sandwich and it was not anything special. It was just a piece of chicken on soggy bread with a pickle. I think it'd really benefit from toppings like lettuce, tomato, cheese, and onions. It was way too plain. My biggest issue is the parking situation. The location of the restaurant in the strip is right by the entry/exit driveway. The parking is off to the side and you have to cross the street near the driveway where the cars are whipping in and out way too fast for a parking lot. Don't waste your time with this place. It took over over 40 minutes to get my order. Other customers came in ordered and left with there food before we got ours. After waiting over 40 minutes for our order a simple ten minute drive home hungry and ready to call it a day, only to get home to find out the order was wrong and cold. It's only the second time I've been to Wingstop, I went to the wrong location after ordering on the app (my mistake) when I went to the one in the village, they had beer and wine and was super clean... this one, the (I'm assuming owners sons) were wearing sweats and a wife beater and a tracksuit, not one person wearing anything that resembles that they work there. There were fruit flies, both trash can were overflowing with garbage and the entire staff had their friends up there dropping F bombs every other word, with Dora the explorer BLASTING on the 2 tvs... then there's the food... my wings were in a literal pool of grease, so much so that 4 of my wings didn't even have the lemon pepper seasoning. The wings were sooooo dry and even though I ordered 2 different sauces I only got one... absolute trash... Whether I am there as a door dash, Uber eats or grub hub driver, or I am ordering for myself; they are never fast. It could be an hour wait, but the untrained teenage staff will always tell you 5 more minutes. The last time I walked in to pick up my food, there was nobody at the counter. All the staff were sitting in the dining room watching South Park on the tv. Adding insult to injury, there was a lot of blood/graphic violence in the episode that my daughter was truly not yet meant to see, at 6 years old! I'm pretty laid back but the brutal murder of Kenny was not on my list of things to show her. Also not appreciated is the regular yelling of profanity amongst employees. Placed food order on mobile app and given a 16 to 20 minute pickup time. Walk in 25 minutes after order placed to 3 kids (16-17) playing in the back of the kitchen and a dude with a man-bun (manager I assume) running the place. 2 people in the dining room and 2 to go orders waiting to be picked up. 8:00 pm on a Monday so basically dead. Manager Man-Bun asks for our order at which time I informed him it was a pickup. He immediately summoned the minions, Ren, Stimpy and Carl from the back. They dropped our food 5 minutes after we walked in the door. Try Wing Snob....quicker service!. Edited to add as we were leaving Manager Man-Bun ran out to my car as I was pulling off to bring out the remainder of my order..so there's that plus . In addition, I would add the food was good.
