Wingstop April 14, 2026 First time ever visiting a Wingstop and we absolutely loved it. Had the BBQ and buffalo boneless wings -- the BBQ was perfectly sauced and the buffalo had just the right level of heat. Can't believe it took this long to try it. We're already fans and will definitely be back. read more

Worst wingstop, management sucks and food is always late and cold needs new management asap

Hit or miss with every Wingstop. Corporate needs to figure it out. Why do they keep pumping out those giant wings that are weird when you bite into them & why do the wings always sit in grease? Maybe pay the employees more so they care about their job and cook the food right. read more

My wings were very under seasoned and very greasy. It's happened with my last 3 orders hoping it would get better but it hasn't..

The past 5 times I've ordered food to go has been extremely under seasoned. I try to not order from this place bc of this reason. I didn't have time to check today before I left the store and regret it. The previous time I ordered fries with extra seasonings and the clerk and I went around and about asking me to pay for the seasoning that was supposed to be put on the fries. My Cajun wings today had sauce no seasoning. It's repetitive with this place. $25 for 15 wings and 2ranch and below acceptable quality. I'm done with location and I see why the rating is so low now that I checked it read more

I made an order around 9:40 pm. Later, around 10:01, I got a message from my DoorDash driver saying they were waiting on the order. Then at 10:05 I got another message saying someone had already picked up the order, which was not the case. I never got my order at all. Hence, I looked through the app, and I saw that a new DoorDash driver is picking up my order; mind you, I hadn't been notified of any progress of my order being cooked or anything. So I'm already annoyed because it's been almost half an hour atp, and I look and see that my order was canceled at 10:30. 50 minutes after I placed my original order; that is ridiculous. read more

We've been ordering here for a year now and all but one order has been perfect. Definitely our fav go to location. Forever customers. read more

Wingstop - Outside 200 s beauchamp - Chicken Wings Near Me - Princeton, Texas

Slow left items off the to go order didn't know my food was ready I ask 3 times since my name was checked as complete

Exceptional service! I had an incredible experience at this Wingstop thanks to Re'Gina, who went above and beyond. She was incredibly friendly, energetic, and works hard being I always see her every time I come in. A true asset to the team! read more

The customer service at this location is pretty bad. The food itself is good and consistent with most Wingstops I've been to. This review is mostly about the customer service. I always order online then go in to pick it up. The most recent time I was there, it looked like the guy who helped me was on something. Looked extremely sedated, wouldn't really look up and make eye contact. He asked for my name and I gave it to him. He then walked to the busy kitchen, looked around a bit, seemed overwhelmed/confused, then proceeded to stuff the trash can down with one of the trays that people eat on. After that he walked to a table and cleaned it off. The entire time I'm standing at the front just watching him. Guy from the kitchen noticed me standing there, looked at me several times but didn't approach or acknowledge (I'm guessing because it was the other guy's job to take care of the front of house). When he's done cleaning the table, he sees me standing, reapproaches me and asks me if I'm picking up. I said yes and he asks me for my name again! I give it to him and it finally hits him and he tells me "oh, it'll be about 10min, they're still working on it". The entire thing was hilarious. If he wasn't either drunk or high, then he was definitely mentally checked out! The food ended up being good, typical of Wingstop, but customer service here can be lacking depending on who you get. This isn't always my experience, sometimes the customer service is just fine, but I did want to highlight this experience I had. read more

It is always hit or miss with wingstop and tonight I was a miss again. I ordered online- quick easy, gives timeframe. We arrive with about 5 minutes left. My friend goes inside gives my name comes out with the cups all to say "they have no drinks". The self service drive machine was completely out of everything except diet drinks. This is NOT the first time this has happened. He was furious and wanted to speak to the manager for a refund but the number of people in line to order and/or pick wasn't worth it. He did let the cashier know and the response was "yea, we know, sorry". There wasn't an offer for another drink they may have had in the cooler or anything to compensate for the loss of 2 L drinks. Which means the other customers (5-8) waiting didn't get drinks either. Bad customer service. Our food was a little over cooked, chicken was tough and dry. They just have to be alert to this happening too often. They may need to go with another option . read more

Expectation vs reality Service was okay but the way they made the food was not. Their soda machine was also broken and didn't offer to refund for the drink we bought online. read more

The horrible rating scared me but I was desperate so I went here anyways. BEST Wingstop I've ever had LOL. They even threw in an extra fry???? (Totally an accident but I'll take it) read more

If you enjoy eating in a filthy restaurant then this is the place for you. Dining area and restrooms were horrible. I'd hate to see what the kitchen looks like. Sad the owner of this place has let it get this bad SMH read more

Our host, Dalay, was a bit rude & talking about costumers as they walked out. She continuously called customers broke.

As my kids would say, "the wings are bussin!" Excellent!!!! It doesn't always take the amount of time I think it should take and we end up waiting often, but the food is delicious! I also think they should give more dipping sauce before charging, but that's my opinion! read more

The girl at the front today around 4 pm with a long ponytail, needs to get her ears checked, I asked for just a large drink, and proceeded to charge me for a large fry. I let someone have the large fry but she needs to learn to listen to the customers read more

We lived here for a year and we love wings but don't plan to go here anymore. I've tried reaching out to customer service with zero response. Every single time our order is WRONG or has no sauce undercooked wings or the wrong sauce ect. Unfortunately customer service sucks and we won't be returning. read more

Forgot items two days in a row, called and said they would "put our name in the book for a free meal" went to the next day and the workers said they had no idea what we were talking about Always takes forever and food isn't correct Leaves you on hold for 20 min at a time Cmon I'm pregnant At least give me what I paid for read more

I had a craving for wings and this is the nearest place nearest to my work that sells wings. Pretty underwhelming. Overcooked, dry, nearly inedible. Probably sat under a heat lamp for way too long. I'm having a tough time understanding why because the place was busy. I threw away over half of the wings and called it a loss. The only positive thing about my visit was the very sweet cashier. The stars are for her efforts. read more

disgusting food, not edible. Very bad image for their company. Service was fast, ordered takeout. Warm ambiance.

If I could give negative stars I would, seems like a store full of young kids with no sense of order and running around chaotically. Every-time we order, the wings are dry and over cooked. I tried to place an order today for my husband since for whatever reason he still eats here and I was placed on hold for 10 mins and then hung up on. This was around 9:30 pm, 30 mins before closing. I drive to the store only to be told they are out of everything funny enough. Basically they are ready to go and I understand that but working in fast food you work until close unfortunately. My problem is when I call let me know that over the phone instead of hanging up hoping I go away but instead me waisting my time coming in. read more

I know this is fast food so i dont expect much but, puts me on hold for 5 minutes so, i can call to see if they just forgot. Puts me on hold for 12 minutes and hangs up. Last time i was there i told them the soda was flat and if they could replace it. They said no. Lol wings were alright but they are trash as customer service. Im not asking for much! Again i know its fast food but competence is low read more

Well, Wingstop I want to thank you for responding to my issue and I am very appreciative of the gift card you sent me. But come on guys, $5.00 REALLY? You don't even have anything on your menu for $5.00! Lesson Learned... read more

I won't even waste my time detailing everything we've experienced just know every single 1 star review is true. They hang up on you when they don't want to take your order. Leave you on hold forever hoping that you hang up. It's always dirty on the inside. The little fridge in the front next to the fryers has cases of chicken not fully covered falling all over the place. Gross! We've seen it left open with chicken just falling out. They pick it up and throw it in the fryer... I've seen this with no gloves on and it's disgusting. They are too comfortable being unprofessional to customers. Young, rude, entitled, nonchalant attitudes. They just don't care. We've seen someone get ignored while standing at the register trying to place an order. They just walked over to the other register and started closing it down. Never acknowledged anyone. I was flabbergasted! I'm not sure how this place passes inspection, or how it's still getting business. It's soo inconsistent. The food is good one day, then cold, dry, or your order is completely wrong the next visit. It needs to be cleaned throughly, new staff that can at least pretend they want to be there, or just shut it down. Let something else come to life here. It's such a good location for something else to be better! I'm hoping Princeton can get another wing spot to dominate this end asap!! Entrepreneur's this is your time!! We'll take any wing spot at this point! read more

Meh. Dry wings and greasy fries. My friends love this place so we thought we should try it... meh!

This wingstop deserves every bit of 1.5 stars & I'm sure they only have that because you have to give them at least one. Not the first issue I've had here. I placed a to go order, my son went to pick it up. No ranch in the bag, sandwich has no pickles. I call, and they want me to make sure I bring the food back "so they can confirm" it's missing what it's missing. Now why on earth would I be driving back up there if it wasn't missing and how are you going to confirm it?! No apologies for forgetting to put what I paid for in the bag, you just want to make sure you have the old food.....ooooook. read more

This place is terrible. We have ordered from this place 3 times and guess how many times our order was correct...ZERO!!! The staff is terrible and the food is ridiculously gross and over priced. I just moved here and will not eat here again! read more

Put in an order to go at the counter. Asked for traditional wings. When we got home we discovered that they gave us boneless wings instead. They fixed the order but it was an hour and I had to drive there twice. Customer Service was terrible. Wings were good. read more

Ordered my food and waiting 20 minutes to pick it up. Got there was told there would be an additional 10. After an additional 15 mins I received my food. I thought, "At least my food will be hot." Wrong, everything was barely warm. Not sure what I was waiting for if the food isn't even hot. This has been my experience the past 2 times I've come here.... Choose elsewhere if you can. read more

Ordered ahead to avoid game time rush at 430 for 715 pickup. Arrived a couple minutes before 7 just to make sure we'd get everything as it came out and fresh. "we don't have an order for you" paid online got confirmation. Showed them confirmation. Find the order 10 minutes later. Arrive home at 712pm (I can see the store from my house) Order is cold..... Did they make it at 430 when I ordered it!? This place is in business because of limited options in town. Awful. Last time ordered at the counter and waited 45 minutes and order was wrong. For $50 I'd rather heat up wings from the freezer section at the grocery store. read more

I placed my order at 7:27 pm and got there 16 minutes after expecting to wait inside for my order because the estimated time was between 33 to 38 minutes, not a problem. I walked in to pay and they stated my order was ready, again, not a problem. I went back to my car to check my food and it was COLD. I knew it was too good to be true and then my cowboy lemon hot was online hot. I went back inside and let them know. The young lady proceeded to sprinkle the lemon pepper onto the buffalo sauce because "that is how they do it." I usually don't have issues with this location but I will never be coming back here again. I only gave them one star because there wasn't an option to put zero. read more

The only wingstop on earth that closes at 10 PM on a Saturday. Please don't cite a work shortage to me. Raising wages to allow for normal business operations will not put you in the red. Store in some states have the same product prices, pay a min wage of $15/hr, and manage to stay open during actual operating hours. read more

This is the Wingstop in Princeton you might check your order for freshness and correctness there's still a work in progress!

My order was placed online, and when I got back home the order was not correct. Had I not lived 8 miles away I would have went back to get my order corrected. I had ordered all drumsticks, cooked extra crispy, and I received all boneless cooked hard like jerky. From now on I will be checking my order before walking out the door. read more

This business needs management to step up! Pre ordered online and when I got there order was not ready waited additional 25 minutes! This is bad service. read more

We got here at 9:25 pm to get dinner. Put are order in at 9:35 pm. Cashier told my family that they be closing but we could stay and eat our dinner. Ten minutes before our food was done the cashier said the Manager said we had to leave. In my opinion should have the manger came and told us instead of the cashier. When my family member asked for the Manager the supposedly manger and cashier look at each other and ignored my family. First off that was rude ! The worst experience I have ever gotten. On top of that my kids ages 5&6 are questioning me why did they tell us to leave the way they did. read more

Wings were soggy and not fresh at all. Last time I ordered, order took over an hour and I had to call several time because no one would tell me what was going on. I eventually got the story from the door dash driver. Worst part was they told me they would refund me my money and never did. read more

can't order online some days and they send the calls straight to voicemail! just close the dang place down!
