I called in an order from the parking lot and saw who picked up the phone and took my order. That lady got off her shift when my food was "ready". I walked in to see if my order was ready and a red haired lady asked me if I was picked I told her my name and she said there was no one under that name. I told her my order and she still said no. Finally I ask her to name the pick up orders and she had my name under something that still rhymed with my name. If it seems like the person took my order messed up on my name just give me the food.. The wings I've tried before are not impressive and totally not worth it. Go somewhere else. There are larger wing places with three times the amount of orders and you don't wait this long. I understand that Wingstop is busy on a Friday night. When I arrived originally it was 20 minutes after I ordered. My order says 18-24 min. When I asked the guy at the counter how much longer he tells me "maybe 30 min I don't know." I go outside and waited about 20 more minutes and go back in he tells me no we haven't got to them yet. I then tell him I want a refund. He gives me attitude and tells me you're not going to get any money back for 2 to 3 weeks. I told him that's fine. My middle daughter wanted Wingstop for her birthday in Aug. 2021, so we visited knowing things might not be "normal" based on past experience and Our order took 30+ mins to be ready and it came as a takeout order even though ours was dine in. We were also told the soft drink machine was unavailable, but found out while we were there it wasnt broken, they just didnt want customers using it. All sodas were served in cans and we were told 2 cans per order - 1 up front and a 2nd one if needed. About midway through our meal our drinks were low, so I went back to ask for our 2nd sodas, to which a lady who looked like the manager said, "Well I hope we have enough for other customers" before begrudgingly handing them over. Cashier was texting on her phone, prices were ridiculous high, wings were mediocre tasting, wait time for 14 wings was 1.5 hours with only 8 other people in the place. Saw 2 people ask for a refund because the service was too slow. Saw 2 people get the wrong food. Saw a customer waiting in line to get a soda and an employee jumped in front of her and her family to fill his personal cup. We were put on "hold" for over 15 minutes and when I say hold I mean they literally laid the phone on the counter the entire time and we listened to them take order after order. Finally gave up on the soda station and went for the tea; sweetened tea came out as tap water, unsweetened tea was actually the sweetened tea, the button labeled raspberry tea came out peach tea and the peach button actually came out peach tea. While sitting waiting for the food I noticed that NO ONE else had their food either. Just close this place already.
