I don't know what it is about these guys, they just hit different and I don't mind getting a little messy for some delicious wings. They have a new beer that I have fallen in love with too called Hoop Tea, very dangerous, you can't even tell it's alcohol. We ate at the bar the other night and the waitress/bartender was incredibly friendly, quick service, and everything came out perfect. The arcade is fun and they even have a little ride on machine for the younger kids, our daughter is going to love it next time. But the winner for me is they let you combine them...if you enjoy the heat from Original Hot and love the Zest of Lemon Pepper...why not combine both? The prices are just right... currently, some places charge about $14 for 10 wings...here you can order Family packs...one example is 20 wings for $18, comes with large fries and 2 soda cans. They're nice and plump.... there's no breading on it nor are they just bone. The ONLY knock is the location. Did I mention it's a hole in the wall? I arrive to the restaurant to see 2 employees working. The cook was having to handle the cashier duties while she just stood off to the side observing. It seemed as though a customer was unhappy with his dine in order and 2 large trays full of uneaten wings and fries were thrown in the trash and the man was given cash back. Customers were all standing around the front desk quietly observing when anyone was gonna approach them and ask what they needed. There was no communication what so ever! The cashier didn't greet anyone nor make eye contact with anyone. As if there wasn't 6 people waiting around for who knows what. If Mobile orders are in such high demand, they should have a sign in sheet like they do for the doordashers. The cashier had no idea who was there to pick up their orders. She didn't ask for names of the customers and what they are there to pick up. She wouldn't acknowledge the customers that were there physically but she had no problem answering the ringing telephone to take additional phone orders. The cook looked extremely frustrated trying to handle the tickets coming in knowing all eyes were on him. It took an hour and a half to receive three wing combos. Their fountain drink machine was also out of order and 1 out of 2 cooks was making a store run for canned soda to give in place of fountain drinks. This Wingstop lacks communication amongst themselves as employees as well as communication with their customers. There was no structure and they were very disorganized. Upon entering I would appreciate a "Hello!" You wanna make your customers feel welcomed! I think they should have 2 cashiers handling the front, Cashier #1 can be in charge of taking phone orders and dine-in orders and keeping an eye on orders coming out of the kitchen and have Cashier #2 to be taking customers who are there to sign in to pick up their mobile orders, review their order, give them their cups to get drinks if they have any and to please have a seat while waiting patiently for their order to be made meanwhile also keeping track of the orders coming out and distributing them in a timely manners to the customers to have hot fresh food.
