Terrible service I ordered a 15 piece well done and it came out RAW and when I came back the next day to talk to get corporate number the manager said "I'm not giving you the number for you to snitch" and a week before they gave us spoiled ranch and the cook was grinning when I got my food when I opened up the wings it was only 3 in the box don't come too this restaurant if your looking for customer service read more

You will be waiting till the next day for your wings. Wait is too long they need to hire more employees I never come back.

I stop to eat some chicken and fries.. chicken old and fries too. I'm wondering; what is wrong with places in Miami..? So sad to pay $22.00 for not having the food that you see in the pictures that this companies advertise. Old fries, old oil... omg! Keep yourself away from the hospital.. read more

Unfortunately in this review I will not be able to review the food as I didn't get that far .... I dropped my car off at Firestone to get one of my tired repaired. While this was getting done I decided I wanted to grab some lunch. I see that Wing Stop is across the street - how perfect!!! As I walk up to the for with my service dog a woman comes running up to the front counter waving her hands. As I open the door the first thing she says to me is, "NO!" I was very confused. She said the dog is not allowed in there I told her he was a service dog and continued to supply her with all of his documentation. She then said that we still could not eat there. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act I cannot be turned away for having a disability. I was extremely offended and couldn't believe she would not let me in with my dog. I told her I would sit in the corner, I completely understand and respect that all people do not like dogs. If he was barking, making a mess, or doing anything besides being calm and quiet I would understand I they asked us to leave. Needless to say we went to Panda Express across the street where they were very friendly and happy I accommodate my dog and myself. read more

I needed a complicated order fulfilled for a client who requested Wingstop specifically. I had the pleasure of speaking with Cesar Duarte who handled everything with impeccable professionalism, which is rare to find in Miami. He told me he would call me back after the restaurant rush, in which he did. He called twice until he reached me. He then placed the order for the next day and assured me it would be handled as requested. The next day 2 hours prior to the delivery time I received a notification that the order had been fulfilled. I am so used to having to chase people down and verify 1000 times before things are completed, but that was not the case with Cesar. He took the lead and gave me confirmation time and time again throughout the process. I am beyond impressed. read more

Lady working for the drive through is very disrespectful and when at the drive through wouldn't follow up or even repeat your order . Once you get to the window she's on her phone (on speaker ) and talking with her friends about getting her hair done just ghetto. read more

HELLO!!!! I wish so badly we had these up north!!!! I'm not even a fan of chicken wings in general. So any place that has me eating their wings says a lot. I have never had lemon pepper wings, but had only heard about them... OMG. If you haven't had them, go get them, seriously. I'm not kidding! The parmesan weren't my favorite, probably my least favorite of the 5 I tasted. The Cajun/hot wings... PERFECT! this is a place I will ALWAYS eat from whenever I come to South Florida! read more

The only problem with this WingStop is that they are NEVER NEVER EVER on time as it pertains to the order pick up. In fact they are so bad, it's probably a good idea to come about 20 minutes later than the time indicated in your order. This is coming from someone who orders here many times. It never fails, people come in, you gotta wait. I'm writing this in hopes of it reaching someone who can do something about it! Tonight's order was late by 43minutes, this is sad! read more

Yes the chicken is tasty esp the lemon pepper but if you enjoy your chicken wings sitting in a POOL OF OIL....... I really do not understand how no one else comments on the excessive oil; and no this was not my 1st try. Also the same at the 441 store as well. I'd rather deal with BWW. read more

I love the wings here and the fries too. They are really really good HOwever what bothers me is the online system to place orders is always down. A few times the printer is not even on? This has happened three times where i place the order online and i get to wingstop to pick it up and they claim they never got the order? "oh someone forgot to turn the printer on or the line is down" etc....Then they tell me theres an 30-45 minute wait for wings? Its easier to order online at Hallandale and pick up there. Ive stopped going to this location as a result. read more

Get lemon pepper Cajun was not that good. Tasted as if they just dumped Cajun seasoning on the top which I'm pretty sure they did. Also order way ahead they're always taking soooo long for to go orders read more

I barely go here and the only reason I did was because my favorite wing spot "Fatboys Wings" is closed on Sundays. The service at this place is pure garbage. I walked in and I stood there for about 5 min while the staff was on their phone and having a good old time at the back of the kitchen, the only person working was the man cooking. Then when one of them saw me they were arguing about who was going to take care of me. At that point I was already annoyed. They asked for my name and said that it will be 4 more minutes. I sat down and waited 20 more minutes on top of that and remind you it was a PICK UP ORDER so it should've been done already. I went to go pay and the lady was just tossing my things in the bag. The staff was playing around the whole time that she shorted my change and closed the register, I just told her to keep it. read more

this place sucks i ordered food for delivery and the driver never delivered it. thanks for making me waste $35 on mediocre wings that i never received. read more

Kevin was kindly enough to take my order right before closing so kind and sweet I appreciate you boo food was also popping

Let's see I can't say how the food tastes because I was never able to get it! Ordered food online they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes got there in 30 was in line for another 25 minutes! All this time I saw 3 orders go out wrong and 4 people just leave. When I finally made it to the cashier she told me food would be ready in 5 min I said good are they packing it she's went back asked and they said they would start to make it now! I told her tell me the truth how long will this be another hour tomorrow when! Her only answer was I don't know so I proceeded to turn around and walk out. Really guys you have so many stores and can't get the service right sad. read more

If your dying for chicken wings and don't feel making them at your house..then they are ok. Everytime I ordered Togo, which has been 3 times. The order is incorrect. I always end up paying for items I never receive. My chicken wings were not that great, fried so hard there was 0 meat. My French fries were good, but I ordered carrots and celery that is extra 1.00 charge was not in bag. If I want wings, I'm ordering from buffalo wild wings next time. read more

Realllly slow. Give yourself an extra 20 min on top of whatever time they tell you. The employees are SLOWWWW and somewhat airhead. They dont really care about anything. Just there to get a check. Lots of attitude. The quality is not great either. I love wingstop but I would not come back to this location again. read more

It's been a while since I went to Wingstop. I'm a fan of Wingstop lemon pepper wings. We don't have any Wingstop restaurants in the Richmond area. I was excited to get Wingstop while visiting Miami. This location in North Miami was clean and well maintained. I ordered lemon pepper (traditional) & garlic parmesan (boneless) wings with fries. Our lemon pepper wings and fries were heavily salted. I think whoever cooked that day was heavy handed with seasonings. The garlic parmesan wings were tasty. The cashier was very friendly. Our food came out fast and hot. There's a television in the dining area. This Wingstop is located in a small strip mall. I give this Wingstop location a 3.5 rating. read more

Yay for crispy wings! I tend to get boneless wings because they're less messy & complicated to eat, but I say go for the classic wings here! I ordered some lemon pepper boneless wings & some garlic parmesan boneless wings...too much breading on them but they were fried well so it was all very crispy. And dang, they were soooo salty! I tried a classic lemon pepper wing & it was really good, nice amount of crispiness. Considering there's always a pool of oil/sauce under all the flavors of wings I've seen, I was surprised! You get a generous heap of parmesan when you order garlic parmesan wings, where you wanna scoop the rest out with fingers to eat after your wings are gone. It's in a lot of oil but yet it's still tempting & delicious, ha ha. Alright fries...hmm, probably great with the leftover parmesan though. Saw the BBQ ones, they had a thick coating of sauce on them...not my style. The wings run small though, so you'll need to order more than you would at a place with average-sized wings. That makes it a bit more expensive but they were yummy! You can get a free fries coupon with wing purchase when you sign up for their emails. You'll also get one near your birthday. read more

First time at a Wingstop! And I loved it! I'm with a crew working near by and used the online order feature through yelp. It worked perfectly. They I was two back in line and 5 mins early. Once I paid my order was maybe 5 mins past the time I was told. However, they did have a couple large to go orders in front of mine. I realize of course it's only an estimated time of course. The fries are amazing, fresh, and seasoned well. The wings were large, well coated and separated. (We got the 30 wing pack) we had more dips than needed and the veggies were fresh as well! read more

This happened to be the worse experience I've had at a WingStop location. I and my girlfriend stepped up to the counter looking to place our order. We didnt order online, just walked in. As we proceeded to give our name and order, Stephon the order taker assumed we ordered online based off the similarities in names between myself and an online customer. He got our order wrong and we repeated it for him for clarity. He had a customer previously and is was an older gentleman who wanted change in singles. I didnt know that the clerk didnt have it in the register but he decided to give the older gentleman change in quarters. The customer continued to as for singles and Stephon angrily shouted at customer while lifting the cash register money slot, "does it look like I have fucking singles?" I was totally taken aback by this and spoke up myself. He continued his onslaught of disrespect to the older gentleman and it was disgusting. Corporate will be contacted about this issue very soon. I'm not the person to see another black man lose his job but this guy needs to be removed from that establishment treating people like that. read more

Very good service, fresh food (no cap that's why it takes a little while to make), clean atmosphere. Highly recommend.

A welcome addition to an area covered in so-so fast food places. Good wings, served several different ways, and I always appreciate when a restaurant says "yes" when you ask for "just flats". I had someone pick my order up, so I'm not reviewing the physical location, just the food. read more

I love I love wingstop!! When this location opened up I was excited since it's so close to my house but I was quickly discouraged. I called my order in ahead of time because I had things to do. When I got there my order still wasn't ready! I waited the 17 mins before coming in and I still had to wait there another 20 minutes! The workers were very polite and the food was good but the communication was definitely not there. I wish I had a better experience there. read more

Great wings and food, but horrible communication skills... Ordered by phone 25 minutes earlier, still had to wait 20 minutes more when picking up, they told me 5 minutes... horrible customer service and logistics.. hope they get better management of time and service read more

Friendly staff, nice food, will definitely visit again when in next in Miami, not sure if the drinks instore are bottomless but we were getting a take away and constantly refilling our cups and the staff didn't say anything about it read more

Terrible service. I placed my order online and I arrived at the estimated time. When I get here they tell me they havent even started making it because I have to pay first...um...then what is the point of ordering online? Then they take over 40 minutes to get my simple order of 8 wings and fries. I do not recommend this wingstop what so ever. read more

Stopped by for ten wings; lemon pepper and teriyaki. Pretty solid wings. In a strip mall, but once you walk in it's pretty nice. Staff was nice and worked well together. I'd go back for wings. read more

This review is not for the food but the custmer service, I just called to place an order and the girl that answered the phone was so ghetto, so rude, so unprofessional she should not be working in anyone's establishment until she goes and learn the skill and the importance of good customer service, people like that causes business to loose money behind their lack of skills and education. This definitely has to be a franchised location because the girls at the Countyline Road location are nothing like this rude hot mess that I just spoke with. I was placing a large orderat that, I feel like canceling and taking my business elsewhere. read more

Fries are always pretty good. The lemon pepper wings are EXTREMELY oily. The BBQ wings are pretty good. I recommend ordering on site, the fries are always a tad cold if orders ahead of time. read more

Ordered online and wings were ready when I got there!! Wings and fries were hot, fresh and tasty even at 11:45pm!! And the staff was amazingly friendly!! read more

2.5 stars. We got the 50 wing family special, which came with 50 wings (we could choose 4 different types), 2 large sides, veggie sticks, and lots of dips. The wings themselves were only okay - the flavor was there, but there wasn't a lot of meat on the bones. The fries were seasoned well, but quickly dried up and became gross. The dips were the best part of the whole meal. read more

The service there was slow and horrible, i placed my order online and when i got there i had to wait an extra hour to get my food. The employees were arguing with each other in-front of the customers and using foul languages. read more

Ordered online. Came at the requested time, 20 mins after and I'm still waiting. It's taking forever. I placed my order 40 mins ago!

Not only do they have the best wings around, but they have such a great team. They are professional, courteous, friendly, and pretty much everything one would reasonably expect from a service provider. Every time I have stepped foot in this location I leave with a smile on my face and great food. Just can't beat that! read more

Food is really good but ordering online did not help at all. We waited 25 extra mins after the estimated time that was given online.

Can't go wrong with wings. Prices are fine and the wings taste good. I was surprised by the number of people inside. It definitely took me back to my old college days seeing everyone in there. I'd go back. read more

Best location!!! Wings are plump, cooked and flavored right! I drive past the location near me to get the wings here. 4 stars because it takes a little longer even if I order pick up. read more

Best wings ever I love the mango habanero N the Louisiana hot cuz I like hot I go there almost every day to satisfy my wings craving

I give Wingstop one star, because their customer service is aggravating. The food is good, this is my favorite place to buy wings from. Although, they seem to not put exactly everything you ask for in the bag. I've been paying an extra $2 for ranch and my money goes to waste because they don't even give me my extra ranch. I would literally ask them "hey, you know I ordered two ranch, right" and they would say "yeah, it's in there. Go home to find out it's not really in there. read more
