I needed a complicated order fulfilled for a client who requested Wingstop specifically. I had the pleasure of speaking with Cesar Duarte who handled everything with impeccable professionalism, which is rare to find in Miami. He told me he would call me back after the restaurant rush, in which he did. He called twice until he reached me. He then placed the order for the next day and assured me it would be handled as requested. The next day 2 hours prior to the delivery time I received a notification that the order had been fulfilled. I am so used to having to chase people down and verify 1000 times before things are completed, but that was not the case with Cesar. He took the lead and gave me confirmation time and time again throughout the process. I am beyond impressed. read more

The only problem with this WingStop is that they are NEVER NEVER EVER on time as it pertains to the order pick up. In fact they are so bad, it's probably a good idea to come about 20 minutes later than the time indicated in your order. This is coming from someone who orders here many times. Unfortunately in this review I will not be able to review the food as I didn't get that far .... I dropped my car off at Firestone to get one of my tired repaired. While this was getting done I decided I wanted to grab some lunch. I see that Wing Stop is across the street - how perfect!!! As I walk up to the for with my service dog a woman comes running up to the front counter waving her hands. As I open the door the first thing she says to me is, "NO!" I was very confused. She said the dog is not allowed in there I told her he was a service dog and continued to supply her with all of his documentation. She then said that we still could not eat there. According to the Americans with Disabilities Act I cannot be turned away for having a disability. I was extremely offended and couldn't believe she would not let me in with my dog. I told her I would sit in the corner, I completely understand and respect that all people do not like dogs. If he was barking, making a mess, or doing anything besides being calm and quiet I would understand I they asked us to leave. I barely go here and the only reason I did was because my favorite wing spot "Fatboys Wings" is closed on Sundays. The service at this place is pure garbage. I walked in and I stood there for about 5 min while the staff was on their phone and having a good old time at the back of the kitchen, the only person working was the man cooking. Then when one of them saw me they were arguing about who was going to take care of me. At that point I was already annoyed. They asked for my name and said that it will be 4 more minutes. I sat down and waited 20 more minutes on top of that and remind you it was a PICK UP ORDER so it should've been done already. I went to go pay and the lady was just tossing my things in the bag. I love the wings here and the fries too. They are really really good HOwever what bothers me is the online system to place orders is always down. A few times the printer is not even on? This has happened three times where i place the order online and i get to wingstop to pick it up and they claim they never got the order? "oh someone forgot to turn the printer on or the line is down" etc....Then they tell me theres an 30-45 minute wait for wings? Its easier to order online at Hallandale and pick up there. Let's see I can't say how the food tastes because I was never able to get it! Ordered food online they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes got there in 30 was in line for another 25 minutes! All this time I saw 3 orders go out wrong and 4 people just leave. When I finally made it to the cashier she told me food would be ready in 5 min I said good are they packing it she's went back asked and they said they would start to make it now! I told her tell me the truth how long will this be another hour tomorrow when! Her only answer was I don't know so I proceeded to turn around and walk out. If your dying for chicken wings and don't feel making them at your house..then they are ok. Everytime I ordered Togo, which has been 3 times. The order is incorrect. I always end up paying for items I never receive. My chicken wings were not that great, fried so hard there was 0 meat. This happened to be the worse experience I've had at a WingStop location. I and my girlfriend stepped up to the counter looking to place our order. We didnt order online, just walked in. As we proceeded to give our name and order, Stephon the order taker assumed we ordered online based off the similarities in names between myself and an online customer. He got our order wrong and we repeated it for him for clarity. He had a customer previously and is was an older gentleman who wanted change in singles. I didnt know that the clerk didnt have it in the register but he decided to give the older gentleman change in quarters. The customer continued to as for singles and Stephon angrily shouted at customer while lifting the cash register money slot, "does it look like I have fucking singles?" I was totally taken aback by this and spoke up myself. He continued his onslaught of disrespect to the older gentleman and it was disgusting. Corporate will be contacted about this issue very soon. I'm not the person to see another black man lose his job but this guy needs to be removed from that establishment treating people like that. read more

It's been a while since I went to Wingstop. I'm a fan of Wingstop lemon pepper wings. We don't have any Wingstop restaurants in the Richmond area. I was excited to get Wingstop while visiting Miami. This location in North Miami was clean and well maintained. I ordered lemon pepper (traditional) & garlic parmesan (boneless) wings with fries. Our lemon pepper wings and fries were heavily salted. I think whoever cooked that day was heavy handed with seasonings. The garlic parmesan wings were tasty. The cashier was very friendly. Our food came out fast and hot. There's a television in the dining area. This Wingstop is located in a small strip mall. I give this Wingstop location a 3.5 rating. read more

Yay for crispy wings! I tend to get boneless wings because they're less messy & complicated to eat, but I say go for the classic wings here! I ordered some lemon pepper boneless wings & some garlic parmesan boneless wings...too much breading on them but they were fried well so it was all very crispy. And dang, they were soooo salty! I tried a classic lemon pepper wing & it was really good, nice amount of crispiness. Considering there's always a pool of oil/sauce under all the flavors of wings I've seen, I was surprised! You get a generous heap of parmesan when you order garlic parmesan wings, where you wanna scoop the rest out with fingers to eat after your wings are gone. It's in a lot of oil but yet it's still tempting & delicious, ha ha. Alright fries...hmm, probably great with the leftover parmesan though. Saw the BBQ ones, they had a thick coating of sauce on them...not my style. The wings run small though, so you'll need to order more than you would at a place with average-sized wings. That makes it a bit more expensive but they were yummy! You can get a free fries coupon with wing purchase when you sign up for their emails. You'll also get one near your birthday. read more

First time at a Wingstop! And I loved it! I'm with a crew working near by and used the online order feature through yelp. It worked perfectly. They I was two back in line and 5 mins early. Once I paid my order was maybe 5 mins past the time I was told. However, they did have a couple large to go orders in front of mine. I realize of course it's only an estimated time of course. The fries are amazing, fresh, and seasoned well. The wings were large, well coated and separated. (We got the 30 wing pack) we had more dips than needed and the veggies were fresh as well! read more

I love I love wingstop!! When this location opened up I was excited since it's so close to my house but I was quickly discouraged. I called my order in ahead of time because I had things to do. When I got there my order still wasn't ready! I waited the 17 mins before coming in and I still had to wait there another 20 minutes! The wings themselves were only okay - the flavor was there, but there wasn't a lot of meat on the bones. The fries were seasoned well, but quickly dried up and became gross.
