Horrible customer service! I am still in disbelief that these workers didn't care to provide the bare minimum in customer service I went in with my kids because they were asking for Wingstop as soon as we get there we got in front of the register and no one approached us to take our order but as soon as the phone rang they immediately went to answer! I started thinking wow I think I should have just called... so time goes by and he answers another call while still taking the order on the other phone and whispers to me to let him get everyone else taken care of First mind you I was already there waiting over 12 minutes with no one ahead of me. I'm staying positive because I know my kids really wanted it but then I start hearing this guy talking to the 2nd customer explaining that there will be a survey at the end but going back and forth talking about the order so that's when I just got fed up and left why bother eating at a place who doesn't take me being there in person in consideration. Juneteenth, (June 19, 2023, Monday), was on, "Fire", (Like one of my favorite music artist, Alicia Keys), with the food and employee GRACIE with her,"Awesome/Excellent", and Legendary customer service! She went well and beyond the call of duty with her graceful smile, calmness, patience, personality, and professionalism. In today's society maintaining extraordinary Customer Service in a fast food chain is far and in-between. Gracie, showed up, showed out with being all that and a bag of chips!! Smile. It makes me emotional because I am 63 1/2 years old and having a young lady with so much respect leaves you lost for words. Respect has been lost in the shuffle with fast food chains. Gracie, has NOT lost any. Legendary Work Ethics she definitely possess. Wingstop you need to make time to acknowledge this employee and hold on tight! Greatness, like Gracie did not stop. So disappointed with not just the delivery but with the manager on duty. After noticing missing items I called location and was told I was speaking to the manager. Never have I had the most apathetic attitude about my complaint. I ordered $60 worth of food for her answer to be "So your calling for what, just to complain?" I explained that I just got out of the hospital and really needed the sides missing to complete the meal. I paid delivery for her location given that I cannot drive. All she offered was for me to go tomorrow and pick up ranch? Why would I pick up a side or ranch for wings ordered the day prior. After going back and forth I was promised a refund however rushed off the phone because she claimed she had better things to do then stay on the phone listening to my complaint. I paid $60 dollar for cold wings that are not complete without the sides. Had they notified my the sides would not come I would have never purchased and paid for delivery. Though staff is very friendly, the restaurant was unkept and dirty. The restroom was unstocked and the sink was dirty. The tables were dirty, as well as the cashier area. The ice machine was empty and no one made an effort to fill it in 45mins. read more

I used to order from Wingstop a few times a week, but they got rid of the hot honey rub, which was the best flavor on the menu. My mobile order is never ready on time. I always have to wait at least an additional 20 minutes for my order. The restaurant is full of angry customers also waiting for their orders. The fries be a hot mess with a mixture of thick and skinny fries that have no seasoning, and the vegetables look like they're being stored at a temperature that's too cold. Since they got rid of the honey rub I haven't ordered which is saying a lot because again I would order from them a few times out of a week. Bring back the honey rub!!!! read more

So my wife and I ordered our food and a man came inside and returned his food to get it remade to his liking. The lady in the back took his wings out and put them back in the deep fryer and was gunna give it to someone. lucky a lady saw what happened and spoke up and made them throw the chicken awake and make it new. Ok. I wasnt gonna put a review on this but yeah 3 time is the charm. Ordered there and said wait time is 16-20 minutes. So yeah naturally after 20mins i went to pick it up. Once i arrived they said order is not ready and to give them 10mins. 30mins passed and asking for my order 2 more times and it wasnt nowhere ready. It took 70mins total from the order time. I wouldnt have issue if they said wait time is 45minutes or so but then this??? And no there wasnt any shortage of crew. They are staffed enough. Do not eat here if you need prompt service or hot food. i Ordered an 8 pc @ 7:15 with an expected wait time of 16-33 min . I arrived @ 7:55 Where there were 3 other ppl waiting . There were 3 cooks all laughing, joking and play over the food (And one on break).I didn't get my food until 8:30 And my fries were cold . I have tried many many times to like this specific location. Unfortunately this location has disappointed me over and over. I love wing stop and it's great food... however the service at this specific location ruins my experience here EVER TIME! I'm new to Moreno Valley. I lived in Downey for many years and the wing stop service there was amazing. I tried wing stop for the first time and quickly realized how much more different the service was. There are no responsible adults there. PERIOD. Now whether it's the owners fault or the franchise's issue, every single time I have came here it has been a disaster to say the least. The first time I went there was A LOT of disappointed customers. First red flag. People where sitting around waiting for long periods of times since their food was not yet ready. I waited one hour after the time my food was supposed to be ready. I ordered a head of time online. I showed up to the store one hour after my confirmation email and still my food was not ready. I have this location another chance. The second time I never got a confirmation email saying my food was being worked on and decided to go in and make sure my food was on the list at the store. I showed up and no one was working on my food. I had to wait another 2 hours for this but was offered a complimentary drink... yay... there was a man leaving that did mention that this was supposed to be the "better" wing stop in the city of Moreno Valley. So I have it a third try... boy was I in for a real treat. Did I mention no adult has ever worked there since I moved here. My third and final try at this store was definitely the cherry on top. I walk in and a man is yelling at what it seems to be a girl just out of high school crying at the registers because he had been waiting 2 hours there already and no one seemed to have been working on his food. She then yelled at the man while she was crying "today is my first day as manager and I only have two employees working." She walked out of the store and left her two employees working while people sat there waiting to see what would happened next. I thought for sure this girl walked out and quit on her first day. But then she made a phone call. And what it seemed to me was that the owner would not be able to come in and help her and she was to just offer a refund or soda for the error. Poor thing came in crying and offered the man a refund after 2 hours of waiting. I remember the man saying that his pregnant wife and kids had been waiting for him at home. But the man waited for his food to be done and then left very angry. After this entire scene I gave her my recipe and asked how much longer it would be for my food to be done since I had already been sitting there for an hour waiting for the man to be helped. Right away she told me it would take another hour. I quickly requested a refund but she said that she didn't know how to do that yet since it was her first day as a manager. So I waited patiently. I felt so bad for the first. Her only two employees looked like they where still in high school while she looked like she was maybe 18. She offered me drinks and a brownie. She tried her hardest poor thing but clearly she had no one to give her good training or direction. Unfortunately that was the last straw for me. It seems like management wants to pay these high school students little to no money with giving them no proper training and skills needed to run a store. I understand that this place might be understaffed and when they got my order wrong and they made me drive almost 20 min only for me to wait almost another hour, however, there was no type of apology given and never even offered me anything for giving me the wrong order. I just received my order, which was horrible! For $83.04, you would expect your order to be accurate. I understand mistakes happen, but this was no accident. My wings, well part of the order that I received, was burnt AND COLD. My celery was dark brown, flimsy with some brown and white growing on it. I didn't receive the extra large fries that I ordered, but the fries that I did receive were cold and stale. I ordered Parmesan chicken wings, which I didn't receive, and when I spoke to one of the young ladies (which I won't mention her name, I don't want anyone losing their job over chicken, but her customer service sucks and little girl you know who you are) She asked me if I picked up my order I said no it was delivered. She had the audacity to tell me that they don't deliver. Well, how in the hell did I receive my food?! It just didn't fall out of the sky! So I said well apparently Wingstop contracts with someone who delivered it. I told her, "Let's not play games." So unacceptable! I'm going to wait to post the pictures that I took of this mess!
