Horrific wait time. They said it takes roughly 10-15 for a sandwich. It took 28 minutes to make a single sandwich. Be honest with your wait time and not waste people's time. A small update regarding my original order. After they finally got me my food it was cold and uncooked. When I asked for a refund they refused. Weird way to advertise "fresh to order" when the shift manager Michael said they forgot to reheat my sandwich and that's why it was cold. read more

The food is great and the service is friendly and fast. Service with a smile here at this place.

Fast and super friendly staff . Wings are always cooked to perfection. No long wait.

LaTanya was great, took our order right away once we were ready, asked all the right questions. Food was good, place was nice n clean. Way better than the wing stop in perris read more

I've ordered from this location before and went for a pick up on October 1st 2022. Ordered some wings and a order of fries. When we got home and began to eat we could taste that the fries were extremely salty and when we took a closer look, we could see Just how much seasoning was added to the fries. They were inedible and the drive back was too far to get another batch. This is not the first time we've gotten some over salted fries from this location but usually they're still edible. These were terrible. Our order was got regular amount of seasoning and this is in no way a regular amount of seasoning batch of fries. read more

Wingstop - Fries with immense amount of seasoning - Chicken Wings Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

This location must pay extra for the meatier wings. They're larger wings than the other locations and the bones aren't all broken leaving needles of bones in your wings like the other location. Also they're always on time with my order. I've been to the location on Alessandro and I swear they've given my order to another party and left me waiting. This location is also clean and the employees shirts are tucked in, they're polite, and they're hair is covered. 5 stars! read more

Omg best . The customer service was amazing feels like home they always welcome u

I pointed at this girl and I asked her please can I know her name (HER NAME WAS RYAN)so I can complain how rude she was and I asked can I please know your name she said why???with the rude face I said YOU NEED TO PRACTICE ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS NOT ONLY WERE YOU RUDE TO ME BUT THE OTHER CUSTOMER THAT WAS HERE!!they complained about her as well!!her response was she shrugged and turned around and WALKED AWAY!!She went to whisper something to the other employee I said excuse me WHAT WAS THAT DO YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY??she walked to the back was talking bs & FLIPPED ME OFF??? Great service best wings in town always helpful and nice whenever I come in management is great

It's always the experience that makes everything worth wild. I haven't had Wingstop in a while for some reason I had the urge. I walked in and I was pleasantly surprised how clean and tidy everything was almost looked like the store just opened the same day it had that new feel vibe to it. As I walked in Kennedy greater me but I was on the phone I quickly hung off and apologized I think it's rude to anyone in customer service to be on the phone when they try to talk to you. I apologize and she said no worries it's okay. She asked me if it was a pick up or was I ordering now. I let her know it was a pick up she said follow me. I haven't been in a while so I was delightfully surprised she went to the window and showed me my fries the first thing I said was oh no it's a to go. She smiled and let me know she was just showing me the order that's when the manager jumped in and let me know that's their procedures. She let me know they want to make sure everyone's order is correct and to satisfaction. I thought that was cool, we started to converse and then I meet Lorena who helped get my sauces and Jose who is the cooked asked if the fries were to my light well specifications. The team work and customer care was pleasantly amazing. You know what you get when you go for fast food, you always hope the taste is right on target with the usually quality but you never expect a high level of customer service, the group lead by Maria was the epitome of caring about the customer you could see the smiles even with the masks on. They made my day and most importantly made the 5 min experience in their store worth coming back. read more

Might I say I was pleasantly surprised by my experience ordering from this Wingstop. I've had plenty of bad experiences at the Alessandro location with the long wait times, cold food & never being ready at the time it says. This Wingstop on Moreno Beach exceeded my expectations for Wingstop as a whole lol. For being a Saturday night, my expectations were pretty low; however, my food was ready on time, it was warm nice & crispy & the atmosphere was friendly. Will definitely be ordering from this location from now on. read more

Marcus was a great help! This location is amazing, they greet you with a smile loves the service here !

The food was Amazing and the workers there were supper nice bt. I will definitely come back for sure

The manager Crystal is very rude, extremely disrespectful and number one reason why black women can not get ahead and are viewed in such a negative light. I'm not sure who owns this restaurant but you should seriously rethink your hiring strategies. I observed her treat a young African American girl so poorly today when the young lady arrived for her interview. She made fun of the young lady's voice openly in front of staff and patrons as well as made fun of her hair. That was unacceptable and I will never patronize this business again. The young lady over heard her and began to cry and to add insult to injury she refused to conduct the interview telling one of the other staff members "since y'all called her y'all can interview her" she is an awful individual and I pray she is never treated they way she treated that young lady today. These issues need to be resolved immediately read more

Marcus is the man you want taking care of your orders best experience at a wingstop easily.

This location is the worst around our area. Always making mistakes on our order. I once asked the manager with help refilling the beverage machine with coke and never bothered to change it while we were there. Always under staffed. I would recommend heading to another location nearby then this one. read more

Just be honest about the time. I always wait an additional 30-45 minutes for my order.

Ordered my food online. Says 16-21 minutes, but i always know to wait longer than that. I get to the store 35 minutes after placing my order and they dont have my order started. WTF they had to "reprint" my ticket and im here waiting again. 1 hour later and still dont have my food. SMH DO NOT BUY HERE read more

My kids love wing stop... but I don't think I can order from this wing stop on Moreno Beach anymore. They used to be fast and the current employees they have now I'm amazed at how slow they are.. there just messing around chatting and can't seem to multitask and get people out. It's koo to fuck around and laugh and talk at work.. but shit.. get your job done too! A new group of workers would help this location out. P.S and they got my order wrong... a side of corn instead of my seasoned fries for my kid. ‍.. thank God I like corn. read more

The service at this brand new location is downright the best! The food is constantly fresh, the crew helps right away, everyone is in constant communication and everyone in the kitchen works as a team. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. It's super convenient as well and in a nice part of town. The management is the glue because she runs a great team and did I mention how respectful and polite everyone is! Oh yes highly recommend read more

For one, I would like to state that usually people would think to be nice to costumers, but the manager Keyba was anything but friendly. Me and my boyfriend had came in and put our order in at 3:58 PM where there was only four other customers inside of this Wingstop with us. From there people come, and stating that they have mobile pick up orders and they would like to pick up. From that time of 3 people coming in to pick up mobile pick up orders, now there is 12 people inside the vicinity, outside of the workers there, and we now are waiting for the food to come out. She proceeded to push everyone who ordered inside the buildings order to the back burner and work on all the mobile pick up orders. A woman came inside stating that her son had been standing there for over 20 minutes waiting for his food that he has placed an online pick up order for and keyba decided to be rude with the customer stating that she can't pull a miracle out her ass and that she has to wait like the rest of us, when the lady was just asking how much longer the food was going to take. I went up and ask for a timeframe of when the food should be done because me and my boyfriend had already been waiting for 30 minutes at this point, for said food and she looks at me and walks away. Another customer who was there when I got there had came in with her mom who was waiting outside and the mom had asked where was the manager because she would like to speak to them about how long it had took for her daughter to get her food. She told the mother she was the manager and it was taking long because everybody else ordered just like her daughter. So the mom asked for the number for corporate and she looks at the Mom and says well we don't have the number inside store find it online, but it won't matter anyways. Me and my bf didn't get our food until 4:44 pm. Overall, it was an upsetting experience, especially listening to her be very disrespectful towards customers when we just trying to figure out a timeframe of when they were going to get their food. read more
