Food was so good the wings are good and fries everything good I would like to do more reviews

Miami Gardens location (21317 NW 2nd Ave) on National Wing Day. I placed an order at 9:30 PM and was shocked to see a 68-minute wait time. When I arrived, the store was overcrowded and chaotic. I returned later, but still couldn't get my order. Staff couldn't give a clear timeframe, and many customers were complaining about 2+ hour waits. After waiting nearly 2 hours of confusion, I left without my food. I called several times and no answer. The next day, I visited the store, and while the cashier was very kind and professional, the manager refused to fulfill my order and only offered a refund, which I was told would take 3-5 business days. Though the cashier followed up and confirmed the refund was processed, I am still dissatisfied. No apology, no attempt to honor the promotion ( or at least fill the order for the food I paid for), just poor planning and leadership. This is their 2nd year doing this and it is still an unorganized hot mess because of management. read more

I don't eat chicken, but my son and husband said their wings were fresh, seasoned well and delicious. The fries were seasoned well and delicious too. My son selected the lemon pepper wings, French fries and a soda. My Husband selected the Mango Habanero and Lemon Pepper wings along with fries and a soda. The prices here are reasonable and the employees are nice. They also have a bench here to sit at when you're waiting on your wings along with a television to watch. Many different flavored wings to select, but just to name a few, they have lemon pepper which taste just like the name, Cajun, Atomic and Mango Habanera, if you like hot and Hawaiian if you want sweet and tangy. Many people were selecting the lemon pepper which is extremely popular and I know when I used to eat chicken, it was a delicious lemony and tangy flavor. My husband and son got the bone-in wings which my son usually get the boneless, but tonight he chose the bone in. The fries here I did try with ranch dressing. I only ate about two. They were really delicious in my opinion as well. I know I will be back to pick up wings for my family. read more

After showing my email confirmation 100 times finally the cook realized the order was given to the wrong customer. The front worker states we can make it over but it will be put to the back. The service was decent however when DoorDash picked up my Order it was incorrect. For the time that it took to receive the food and to be incorrect it was just not a good experience. I actually called the restaurant to inform them of the error with my daughters selections, the young lady was really nice and helpful and understanding, and let me know to just come up tomorrow the next day to receive the correct order. However, the next day when I went in the evening, it was super crowded and I waited almost another 40 to 55 minutes to receive one order, this location is super crowded. The food is tasty. I placed an order online for 15 boneless wings with cheese fries. When I get to the place I check my food before leaving and they never added cheese. I confront the attendant and she charges me an extra dollar to put cheese on my fries, and says that they don't do that anymore and the website is wrong.(Check the image in the main yelp page) Once I get back to the office after feeling upset with her for her lack of professionalism, I realize that they gave me bone-in-the-wing instead of boneless. The only reason they get two stars is because even though it was NOT WHAT I ORDERED, they were still good wings. I'm not ordering from here again. Any reviews that say anything positive about this location is absolutely full of shit. The service is horrible, the women working there are horrible and slow, they give you a certain time and it ends up being 3x the amount they originally said. I ordered my food and they told me 20 minutes, i show up 50 minutes later and they still havent completed the order, then i sit for another 10 minutes and althought they charged me they didnt even hand me the food yet. Around 7:30 p.m. this evening, I went to pick up my 10 wings and corn. While there I saw a guy cooking food with his face mask below his mouth, exposing his nose and mouth. I immediately complained to the cashier and she walked over and told him. Moments later, he went into the back and came back with a face mask properly covering his face. As usual, doordash comes with no soda, it's in the receipt, but wasn't given to the driver. Calling them back it either goes to voicemail or they pick up and put you on external hold. Customer service might as well be an episode of world star, over it. Grocery store has better wings frozen. Don't even get me started on those soggy greasy excuse for fries. read more

This wingstop can't get a order right if there life depended on it. I love the way the "give" you a roll or a drink to apologize for their incompetence. I like wingstop but this location needs new personal. The other location don't have this issue. Today I was charged for a combo when all I ordered were wings and a roll. They gave me my wings and no roll, when I asked for my roll the cashier told me they were out of rolls. Sometimes my order is cold when I pick it up because it's ready before my pick up time. This particular location is just OK in my opinion; I more frequently visit the Countyline Road location which taste slightly better to me. Wingstop is my 1st go to place when in the mood for some good Lemon Pepper Wings... The wings are not very large but the wings are cooked well done and that's what I like, nothing worse than soggy wings. They have a variety of flavors, which include hot, mild, teriyaki, lemon pepper, and garlic Parmesan, just to name a few, and much much more... They also serve sides like fries, coleslaw, and potato salad. All an all I give them 4 stars and would recommend if your ever in the area or in the mood for some wings to give them a try... read more

This place is literally the worst. Don't expect anything to your way when eating here - something will always have to be incorrect or just terrible. They take so long (think the busiest WingStop ever, but worse) even when they aren't busy. The food is rarely warm. The portions/proportions are always trash - you get more breading than actual chicken, plus the overall quality of the food is trash, even by fast food standards. And to top it off, the employees always have the nastiest attitude. I don't know what it is, maybe they're underpaid or if they just hate their job but it's just always how it is... Also, don't bother ordering delivery from this location. Everything I listed here will be 10 times worse/more likely to happen if you do. I really hope someone in the right position sees reviews like this and takes action because it really sucks that this is the WingStop that is closest to my house. read more
