I usually come here because it's close to my house , I've had problems in the past but never expressed my complaint. But tonight they pissed me off , I ordered at 11 15 or so for my order to be ready at 11 30 or so . They are open till midnight so what's the problem with that right ? I sent my husband in to get the food and something on the way home told me check the food ( especially since the bag was on my lap and the food was Luke warm and Not hot ) but it was raining and I'm tired . I get home , seperate boxes and I opened mine( I ordered the 10 pcs half lemon pepper wings other half mild boneless ) and my mild boneless are broken up chicken strips mixed in mild sauce WTF ! You are that lazy that you had to cut up chicken strips and not fry what I paid for ? I ignored the fact that the food was luke warm but my foods not even correct . Nope ! I'm going to complain tomorrow to the manager . read more

The great people at this Wing Stop took it upon themselves to complete my order of 100 wings, when I accidentally ordered them for the next day. They went above and beyond to deliver my order as quickly as possible. They were kind and supportive. I appreciated them doing this as it was sudden and a huge order. read more

The girl that works the register alway encourages you not to order and is always making excuses as to why she can't take orders. They never pick up the phone at night and only if you order online will they take your order. read more

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. The kitchen floor looked like the inside of a port-a-potty, food looked atrocious, and the workers looked like they were trained by dogs. Don't eat here it's disgusting. They don't even deserve 1 star. - read more

Unbelievably rude. Terrible customer service. I called to place an order. I was put on hold for twenty minutes to then be hung up on. When I called back to complain-- I received no apology nor reasoning for what had occurred. The woman over the phone was being rude and had an attitude towards me. When I arrived shortly after, the place was practically empty. read more

The customer service was so good that it didn't matter how the food tasted, but the wings were great. The rolls were dripping with butter, (that I don't need) lol. Place was surprisingly clean and well kept and the unsweetened tea-to die for Great place for lunch read more

Horrible costumer service. Ordered delivery lemon pepper wings last night. They sent all buffalo wings. Called the restaurant they said I would have to return the wings and pick up the right order WTF??? Returned wings seriously? What are they doing with these wings? We're are in a pandemic people? Horrible service, not from whole staff just one man who was being rude for no reason, they got our order wrong and I came back to tell them it was wrong not in a rude way and the man treated us horribly like we did something, extremely rude, might as well throw the bag of food at us. I love Wing Stop I've never met anybody who doesn't like it.But I've read some bad reviews on Yelp about but I disagree with the bad reviews in my opinion Wing Stop is the place to get Wings. This location is on Old Cutler Rd in Cutler Bay this is one of the best locations I've ever been to.My favorite Wing Stop location is in Kendall the one on 120th St and 127th Ave in a plaza with a Bonefish Grill. But this location is my second favorite. The staff here is really nice we ordered the Parmesan Chicken Wings,The Teriyaki Chicken Wings and the Lemon Pepper Wings with fries the wings are all delicious and good but the Parmesan Chicken are the best because of all the garlic and it's fattening but I love junk food even if it's not good for u.The fries are delicious like really u should go here read more

The wings were straight crap. They tasted like way too SALTY. If it wasn't out of the way, I would have driven back and asked for a refund. I ended up throwing away over 90 percent of what I ordered. This was the first time and definitely the last time I will ever waste my money at this place. I recommend you avoid this restaurant at all costs, unless you like wasting your hard earned money. read more

Terrible. This store is horrible. It's under staffed, not clean, the wait is over 45 minutes . Never coming back

I love wing stops wingettes. Not too big just the right size. Cooked to crispy perfection. However the customer service at this location is horrible. I placed a simple order of wings over the phone and then decided 1 minute later that I wanted to add fries and a drink making it a combo. Why did I do this? I was called annoying because I wanted to change my prior order (not by that much). Then they said its bc their system does not allow a void. Well a customer can't be annoying bc a company system isn't working or functioning like the rest of the world. Wing stop get your act together. read more

The wings are good. The fries are awesome. The service is terrible. Don't bother placing an order to pick up they say it'll be ready in 20-30 minutes and then when you get there it takes even longer. I ordered online and that's even worse. They actually told me "we just couldn't get to online orders we we're too busy" that's just POOR SERVICE. My order was set for pick up at 10:20 and its past 11 and I'm still waiting. read more

I live so close to this wing stop, and actually enjoyed going pretty often. But all of a sudden some of there friendly staff got replaced with not so friendly staff. This wing stop has become a nightmare to me. Some of there new employees don't even know the menu and try to over charge you on things that's already included. I've also had to turn around after arguing about sauces, yes sauces. Because I had the wrong Order all along. I would recommend wing stop, I do enjoy their food but I DONT RECOMMEND this location. Trust me save your money. read more

Tonight I decided to go this restaurant to order dinner for my family. The young girl at the front was new so I didn't expect her to know the menu;but the lady supervising her could not tell me which family deal was more affordable. As I was trying to explain the supervisor, she signs to me to hurry up because there are other customers waiting. There was only 1 customer behind me but that's besides the point. I was a customer how ended up spending more money and not getting the amount of food that I needed. Please please please stay away from this Wingstop location. I am sorry to say that because I always support smaller food chains but I will not be returning here. To make matters worst my son placed his ice on the corner and when the supervisor was handing me the food she dropped my son's ice cream. A simply mistake but she didn't even take a moment to say sorry or even acknowledged what she just did. I had to pick up the ice cream off the floor. Again stay away. Not adult or kid friendly. read more

The manager is off the chain. So nice and tries to accommodate everyone. Food has been good and hot on both visits.

I placed an order over the phone on Saturday night. The associate informed me it would be 30 minutes. When I arrived after 30 mins., my order was not ready. After waiting an additional 20 min, I inquired on how longer would be my order. They could not find it and wanted to give me an order for someone else. After waiting a total of 50 mins for a call in order, I had my dinner. Definitely poor customer service. Only one person on the register for a Saturday night. I would have rather they tell me a hour wait up front, then I could have decided whether or not to order. It will be a long time before I go back to this Wing Stop. read more

Great staff and great food, I come here bi-weekly. They accommodate well, always have a clean lobby and they're all really nice.

I really hope someone opens another wingstop nearby so I don't have to go to this one. 2 out of 3 orders are always INCORRECT. The employees suck and obviously don't care. Store is not being run properly. read more

So this is my first review. Im kindly greeted by a sweet girl over the phone, I apologize I missed your name since you spoke like that hot wheels commercial guy back in the 80s. But I digress, she promptly took my order efficiently like a drill Sargeant and kept me in check. I enjoyed that. Must be a dominatix thing, anywho. She was great. I arrive at the location. Happily greeted at the door. Promptly pay. Receive my order I confirm with the wing commander if there's sawce for them wingz. She taps the side of the bag like a BOSS and says yup, you're good. I take this as good as gold and this was my screw up. How in the hell are you going to give me 1 ranch for an order of 30 damn wings. You've got my baby scraping ranch from the bottom of the cup for her little wing. I love the wings sure but damn come on Rick Ross, at least 2 3 sauces playa!!!!!!! Have a good one. read more

Very good wings! Love the garlic Parmesan! The lunch special is great. This wing stop is somewhat small and it can get loud and crowded quickly. No utensils so you have to eat with your fingers. But no problem! The fries are different and somewhat sweet, which I like! read more

So much for ordering online -_- I place an order online for 15 wings and I am asked to arrive 20 minutes later okay..... But after waiting 20 minutes I arrive at Wingstop to be told I have about 4 more tickets ahead of me and I would have to wait an additional 20 minutes told my employee Mari (I believe). This really sucks and defeats the purpose of ordering online. I am know sitting here in my car bored as heck wishing I hadn't paid so I can just go home :( Come on Rick Ross - Rozay - Black bottle boys Let's get this show together PORFAVOR. I will update you on whenever I get outta this mess . Update 11:40 PA after going back in to find out what's going on with my food I am treated so rudely by this little Mari or Marie or Mary or whatever because she didn't have a name tag I heard some one call her name. Wingstop - 11:21 still outside waiting.... - Chicken Wings Near Me - Miami, Florida

Ok I'm sorry rose' ok here we go. First time I went I was hooked!! lemon pepper my wings baby!! please. Well I went back maybe 2 months later craving that same taste. UGH!!!!! I could tell the cook was not the same the service was not the same and that is sad. In a restaurant you must have a cook book and follow the same steps with the ingredients. the Lemon pepper was no where as good as the first time I had them. I do not go anymore, oh how I wish they had that same taste to those wings as the first time I went. when a business has been there a minute sometimes the service declines and the food follows. This is one of those business I can say to the owner you can do better. sadly enough they probably want. read more

Wingstop has great food overall it has great customer service. This location is unrecognizable to all other locations. I can not comment on the customer service because there was none the cashier was not friendly one bit. I placed my order at 1159 I received it at 1230. It was 3 lunch specials to go seven people got their order before I did three were online orders so I understood that but the other four were lunch specials that were after me. They all ate and left before I got my order. I like Wingstop but this location has missed its mark and lost a customer. I have it two stars because the food is good but do not visit this location unless you absolutely have to. read more

The best wings ever!!! The lemon pepper here is the absolute best! The food is always fresh! The best wings around!

Ugh. That's the only thing that comes to mind after my most recent visit to Wing Stop. I ordered a dozen wings (half medium and half hot) with a side of fries. My wings were pretty damn greasy which I could have overlooked if everything else was in place the way it should be...but my fries had to be the greasiest, worst excuse for french fries that I've ever had. I thought that perhaps it was only a few of them so I tried some more with the same result. I thought maybe they're better at the bottom of the basket....nope...just as greasy if not worse. I didn't even come anywhere close to finishing them. The basket of fries looked like I hadn't even touched it when I threw it out. I hate having to waste money like that and the fact that I tried to give the food multiple chances and still failed to get anything good is what prompted such a low review. I would rather drive a few minutes farther to Buffalo Wild Wings and actually enjoy my meal instead of come here again. read more

This wingstop sucks compared to the one in Kendall . The wings hardly had any sauce on them and the fries were crispy almost burnt .

Let me start by saying the service on this particular visit was excellent. I placed my order online (a 30 piece family meal with 3 flavors) and it was ready as soon as I arrived. The manager & the cashier were extremely friendly. Both very kind & pleasant. I paid for my food & was out the door in a matter of minutes. No wait whatsoever. My quickest transaction with them thus far. I was very pleased. The part that I was not pleased about was the food. Months back the wings increased in size. Now, all of a sudden, they are back to being these tiny unfulfilling nothings. Which, might I add, now make them not only smaller but much less juicy as normal & a tad hard and overcooked. Wingstop you need to go back to the larger versions you once promoted & served. Going back to the smaller wings was a bad idea. My family & I did not enjoy our Wingstop dinner as we normally do as Wingstop WAS one of our favorite spots. In addition, the amount of veggies given with the meal decreased greatly as well. Extremely disappointing! Especially for a family meal. The amount given would be the amount for a single person. And it was wrapped around in cheesy paper when they normally come in the same carton as the fries. Customer service great... food horrible. read more

Didn't start making my online order till I arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes later. Good food though.
