Hi my name is British I order the 8 piece combo Hawaii and lemon pepper. I was very dissatisfied the chicken was greasy and old the grease was burnt. So I decided to go back into the store and speak with the manage and this is where thing got even worse. So I ask a young gentleman that was sitting in the front who is the manager he replied he was. So I said the grease the chicken was cooked in was old and burnt out , he replied " I been here all day and no I didn't see the grease " with a lil attitude. So I then said oh ok well the grease is old and I will like a refund, he then replied "you not getting a refund". So I replied yes I will be getting a refund. He said I won't be giving you S**t. Then he also said it's only $8 to $15 I can buy you some chicken I then replied I can buy my own food I want a refund and I will not leave until I get one. Then he decided to walk around to get the phone and said you need to leave I replied and said I will not leave until I get a refund. He then said I bet you leave and started calling the police. As he start calling I advise him I still want a refund. He then come back in front of the store in get on my face ready to hit me and I am pregnant. So the lady co worker advised him to chill out she is a female what are you doing. He still get going off and words are being exchanged. He then decided to go to the back again now I see him in the front of store took off his uniform and said come outside watch I beat your a**. I told him I'm not going nowhere he goes back to the back of stores comes back in the store and said leave I advise him I will not leave he said he will put me out. I advise him to do so he continue name calling and the male co worker told him to calm down he did not. The other male worker then ask me to step outside. I walked outside then waited on the police. I will be filing a lawsuit asap. read more

This place is a joke and hope there región supervisor shows up they say it's open till midnight spent half an hour calling and no answer. Got here around 10:40pm and they already shut the kitchen down and turned off the grill when it's suppose to be open till midnight. Food is consistently good. Best bet is always to order online. I've never actually gotten through in the phone but have never had a problem with my order online. The place didn't feel very clean which was a little concerning given I would hope they've increased their cleaning protocols since COVID. I've been here a few times, the food has always been on point, bathrooms are always clean which is a big plus. When you get one of the combos beware of the fries, they are huge! The prices however could be a little more reasonable (for the individual combos). read more

I forgot to ask for wet (a lil extra juice) so I called the store right after I ordered online and Rose took care of me. When I told the girl who still had her mouth full that I have been on hold and still on hold she have me an attitude and said o well I it wasn't me. I ordered takeout for 20 wings with 3 different sauces for my family. It took about 20 minutes and when I got to the house, they put the sweet sauce wings in the same box as the spicy wings. Who does that? Well let's just say that my family wasn't too happy with that and couldn't even touch the sweet wings because of all the hot sauce that was poured over the other ones. Recommendations - please separate the wings with different sauces. Especially for orders that are takeout, it will only drown out the taste on the other wings. I don't know what's the deal with these Wingstops, but this one is pathetic! The wings are ALWAYS over cooked, madd dry! They never clean their drink machine properly because I always get the black spots in the drinks or they never have the tank right because the sodas taste like seltzer water and the lemonade like water. This particular Wing Stop is located in a shopping center with a Publix, BK, liquor store etc. It is a cute small place to grab some grub, and watch some sports. (No first date kind of thing!) We ordered our food to go because we wanted to go eat by the lake (corny i know but we are a corny couple lol). We ordered Chicken strips with fries, with mild dressing on the side, honey mustard, and ranch dressing. I ordered the veggie sticks as well. Everything was great, flavor was off the change! The mild sauce was not mild at all, but for me that is a good thing because i loveeeeeeeeeeeeee spicy foods! I just thank god I didn't order the spicy sauce! My mouth would have been on fire!! =O The veggies sticks which were carrots and celery were fresh & crisp yum yum! I thought everything was great but the hubs thought the fries could have been better, but he eats everything plain, I always spice it up a notch, with dressing and whatnot, so they were great for me. I had a terrible experience last night. I came into the store to order dinner for my family and the girl at the counter only asked me for my name probably thinking i was there to pick up an order. I told her I haven't placed an order yet and would like to and she gave me the most disgusting attitude and said " then place your order" and gave me the look like i'm stupid. I couldn't even stand to look her way anymore so i went and placed my order with the other girl who was working and didn't give me any issues. She told me the wait was 20 minutes, which was fine so I went outside to my car to wait. 20 minutes later, I came back in to check and the moment I stepped in I felt soo uncomfortable! The girl with the attitude saw me and gave me wide crazy eyes and stared me down like she wanted hurt me or something and at this point I was thinking that she's not mentally stable. This is just true classic fried chicken. The quality has never disappointed. I like to stick to a small portion of the menu, namely the chicken strips with hickory smoked barbecue sauce, and sometimes either french fries or baked beans. Out of the 3 locations I can choose to go to, the Old Cutler location is by far my favorite! The staff here is always pleasant, no matter the time of day you visit & the wings are always FRESH. I love that the staff is extremely big on providing the best customer service (also as of lately, the turn around tome for pickup has been exceptional)! Though the shopping plaza does have its peak hours of business, there is always parking readily available. If you're ever traveling down Old Cutler, PLEASE be sure to visit this location. I always pretty much had the same thing, 10 piece wing combo, with the Cajun and the other half the mango habanero sauce. I really do like the sauces for the wings, but the quality of the wings is HORRIBLE. So bad, that the wing sauce doesn't even help it anymore. The fries were great before, and just like the wings, they have changed for the worst. Soggy, and taste like bad oil. It was one of my go to spots for wings on football Sunday, now I won't go there if it was my last resort. On top of the quality being horrible, they don't have the greatest hiring capabilities either it seems. I usually come here because it's close to my house , I've had problems in the past but never expressed my complaint. But tonight they pissed me off , I ordered at 11 15 or so for my order to be ready at 11 30 or so . They are open till midnight so what's the problem with that right ?
