Omg! I don't even know where to start! This has been the best Wingstop I've had in years! Takes me back to when they first started. I've had issues with food quality before from this location. But! Now I'm not sure if there's new management or new cooks. But I can't stress enough how delicious everything was. I ordered a combo fries and chicken wings classic ate it all! It was finger licking. I did get my order and sit down inside and ate right when the food was done. Idk if that makes a difference but the wings were crispy! Fries were crispy! And the coke was crispy lol! It was a chill vibe inside music playing in the background to not have you bored. I really loved the food and enjoyed it. Thanks will be coming back! read more

I gave it one more chance after the last time I ordered which was over a year ago. Unfortunately, nothing has changed actually gotten worse! The same freezer burned wings , ordered them "extra done" but they were not and the smell of the wings when I bit into them was DISGUSTING just look at the bone in the pic. Not fresh they are going to make someone sick! The cost for this order outrageous ! I ended up throwing out the order having the fries only ! Never again! read more

I received this coupon on the mail and the coupon clearly states that you can use on store or online. So I go to the store and they tell me I cannot use it on the store to please order online because the system at the store doesn't allow for them to add any discount codes. So I go home to order online for later pick up and to my surprise the codes on the coupon don't work, I get an error message that say invalid code, so I proceed to try each code just to make sure but none of them work. False advertisement, made me waste my time twice, not the customer experience you are looking for. Please Wing Stop do not clutter my mail box with garbage and make me waste anybody's time read more

Horrible for walk in. You can clearly tell the staff prioritizes online order. We came in for 8 lemon pepper wings and waited 45 MINUTES for them to come out. While online orders were walking in and out. When we asked the staff they kept saying "it's gonna come out" and they clearly didn't care. Absolutely don't recommend. read more

Nasty, nasty nasty! My lemon pepper wings were wet and tasted like nothing. I asked for extra seasoning on my fries and got no seasoning. I asked for a fruit punch and received a sprite. Money wasted because I ate nothing. read more

Great customer service , food is always fresh , close too my house so I come in all the time , been coming here for years

I absolutely love this Wingstop! The customer service is always amazing-- everyone is so nice, welcoming, and makes you feel appreciated every time you walk in. The food is always fresh and made right, never disappointing. I come here all the time, and this is by far my favorite Wingstop location, even though I live all the way in Princeton. That alone says a lot. Keep up the great work! read more

RICK ROSS NEED TO COME AND POP UP AND CHECK HIS MANAGEMENT. Tell me how the MANAGER gets a whole ass order wrong.? And then just sits on his a$$. Getting paid to do nothing. Employees slaving away and his a$$ sitting on his phone talking to whoever. I originally gave this place 3 starts because the ppl behind the counter were very helpful. But then I got home and tried the food. DISGUSTING!!!!!! Idk how ppl like to eat this food. I know I'm a nobody to these ppl but my family and I will not be returning to this place. Best wings ever! My food was ready upon approval. This place has an amazing selection of flavors and the customer service it's really great. The lemon wings were fresh and delicious, fries were on point. Staff was very helpful and friendly. read more

I really like Wingstop. I buy from there often. Every order I get is well done and the people are friendly, which is why I didn't give it a one star rating. My last online order there was the worst. Although the fries were very well done, the chicken was poorly made and it seemed to me the staff didn't care that night. I ordered at around 11:30pm and when I went to pick up the order, it felt like the staff just did not care about the customers and looked like they were goofing around. Tell me why my chicken had little to no sauce? I thought they mixed it in a huge pot by hand, how was it not drenched in sauce like every other time? Then the amount of utensils and straws was hysterical. They gave me like 6 pairs of fork and knives and 10 straws when I didn't even order a drink. They need to be more careful next time. read more

Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they messed up the wing flavor but otherwise my son who was craving wings was pleasantly surprised on the size of the fries which are now wedge style but seasoning is still on point and tasty. The fries when thin and small tended to be soggy by the time you got them home, so glad the fries are larger. read more

Ordered my food online so that it would be ready for pickup. It was not ready, I was told to wait 10 minutes it was coming up. I waited and had to leave with my order with no time check. I opened order at the stop sign my fries and chicken were cold. So why did I have to wait for my food? I called and no one answered the phone. They didn't even get my flavors right. read more

Customer service is awful , particular employe awful, with a nasty attitude she made us wait 1 hr for a wrong order after all day of work it was 12:30 am I went home with no food she couldn't even refund us it took her half an hour to do the refund it was the worst customer service I ever had , I would never go back to any wing stop ever !! very bad experience read more

This is by FAR the worst wing place I've ever been. It's disgusting, I saw flies everywhere, there's no trash can by the drink area. The employees are rude and couldn't care less about their jobs or helping you order and they can't ever get my order right. I've spent a good amount of money there already and when I go somewhere for wings and they NEVER get the wings right, I can't find it in myself to go there. This place needs to get it together read more

If could I would give this location minus 20 stars. Horrible place, staff was very rude with no customer service skills. They were even working in slice sandals. We wait more that 30 min for 16 BBQ wings and fries. Never come back to this place again. Really dirty floors and disorganized, no ice in the soda machine. See all the amount of sauce that they put to my wings, it was like a pool of sauce. read more

I don't understand how this place has not closed every time is a worse experience one after another. No one ever picks up the phone, there's always a ton of people waiting I side and outside, you can't place orders online due to the lack of people working there. After my first experience wanted to give it another try and it was insane, customers screaming about there orders and there wait time only two employees working it was ridiculous. I must really love these wings cause the third and last time I went and by the way will not be back after this nothing change where is the owner or manger of this place. There is no one ever there to take charge or responsibility for the horrible staff. Do not waste your time and save your money. read more

Of all the Wing Stops I've been to, this has to be the worst one by far. Staff is BEYOND rude and orders are often wrong. Employees seem genuinely bothered when you ask for anything. Happy a location opened off 160th St. I'll gladly drive a bit further to not have to deal with this location. read more

Placed an order for delivery. First the boneless wings were barely bite sized. Looks like they were cut in half and then cooked. Next. Specifically stated in the order NO Seasoning on Fries. Of course the fries came with salt. And finally two diet Coke's. What shows up? No two diet Coke's, but one Diet Coke and a Spite. We are all human. We all make mistakes. Tried to call and see if they were having an off night. No answer. Hubby and I called about 4 times. No answer. Disappointing. Drove down. I was armed. But they took care of me. Very pleasant all fixed. Annoyed I had to drive down. But happy it worked out read more

Everything was cooked to perfection and very nice people when I went to go pick up my order

Worst customer service and quality of food is horrendous. The people/cashier taking orders are always rude and don't look like they want to work. They got my order wrong. And also it looked and tasted like everything was fried in old oil. I've given this place plenty of chances, and every-time I have come it's gotten worse. I don't recommend If you are looking for good wings within the same area, go to Sandbar across the street and order their wings and fries. It's a bit more pricey but so way worth it! read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees have no drive to work. Every time we order same crap, never ordering again here was my experience today ... Order through uber wats for pick up, get message saying "your order is ready for pick up" come to pock up, "your order is not ready" wait another 50 minutes. Get home with order, missing food. Go back and explain and wait for food. Older cook lady looks at me and says to co worker nice and loud "wtf he doing over there standing by the register, like the food gone jump over to him". No consideration for customers, no customer service they suck. read more

Customer service not the greatest, the lady at the register looked miserable and seemed annoyed. Placed an online order that was estimated 16-21 minutes I received my food 35 minutes after placing the order. Some of the wings in the order were cold so its not like I received everything hot and ready. They drown the wings in sauce here so they are overly salty or spicy. I've had wingstop before at other locations and it was nothing like this. Your better off getting wings at the nearest Publix and applying a sauce yourself, don't trust these guys. read more

Worst service ever. Tells you the order is complete on the website. You show up and have to wait 40+ minutes. 0 stars

Packaging is terrible 20 wings in one box tape was literally on its last breathe trying hold the box together.

0 stars. If you want to get treated like you don't exist this is the place to come waste your time & rack up hunger. Cashier Lashae has no customer service decor or experience, I asked for the bathroom key because they were both locked. The bathrooms are ONLY for employees, If your the manager of this place you might as well remove the dining tables and chairs because what kind of food industry that involves FINGER eating doesn't allow it's paying customers access to the bathroom!!! YALL DONT EVEN HAVE GOOD NAPKINS TO CLEAN YOUR HANDS HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE? Terrible experience all around. Wings barely had any sauce tossed in them. read more

We ordered a 50 wing delivery with sides from here. The delivery came and everything was in the bag... EXCEPT the 50 wings. We tried to call several times and got a busy tone. I figured the store was super busy so I went in person. When I got there I realized the store was EMPTY and the workers were just talking. As I walked in I was greeted by one of the employees who sighed and shrugged as she saw costumers entering. She said it was an error and handed me my wings. Mind you I PAID for delivery. Anyways I was happy I finally got what I paid for. When I got home and opened the wingstop bag I noticed the blue cheese that I was given was filled with MOLD. I attached the pictures below. If you are indecisive about visiting this location I urge to to not visit. The staff are a bunch of 20 year olds with attitude and the food is horrendous. This was a take out order of 30 wings in three flavors: Teriyaki Classic, Mango Habanero, and Hickory Smoked BBQ Lite. Plus a bleu cheese dip. A couple of bucks under $30, which I think is a more than fair prize for a three person dinner. According to the check, the cashier's name is Sheila, who was just lovely and nice and kept the smile throughout the transaction. Now, I will describe the good before the bad: Overall: the chicken (all flavors) was fresh, juicy, perfectly cooked. Just great. As for the flavors: I'm generally not a fan of teriyaki wings. I don't dislike them, I even used to like them a lot until for some reason everything started coming in teriyaki flavor and I think I just got over saturated by it... the same thing happened to me with jalapeños, but that's irrelevant for this review. Even so, these teriyaki wings in particular were so good I was about to keep them to myself (we got the three flavors to share, but each one of us had a choice of flavor, mine were the mango habanero). Second in goodness, the bbq sauce. If I'm going to be honest, I've had a few better, but I've also had a lot worse. I didn't like them as much as the teriyaki, but they were very good too. The Mango habanero ones were kind of a disappointment. They weren't bad, but they definitely weren't good. Just not up to expectations. Now the really bad thing wasn't the food. I don't know if it is the paper bag, or the foam containers or what, but on my way home the car was filled with an odor that came from that bag, and it wasn't the chicken. Once home, in the plates, all the wings smelled perfectly well to either barbecue, teriyaki, or hot sauce smell. I'm pretty sure the paper of the paper bags is what smelled awfully. It reminded me a bit to the smell - a couple of decades back- ham got from the deli paper if you didn't remove it as soon as you got home. Anyway. The food was mostly great, the service was very nice, but they need to change providers of the to-go bag (I think), if that's what smells. read more

I wish there was not even one star. I have been coming to this Wingstop for years now. I've been patient before doing a review, however, it had only gotten worse within time. Which makes me feel really disappointed. There's no ice in the soda machine and as the customer is letting the staff know about they issue they replied with an 'ok'. The place looks dirty. Disorganized. Poor customer service. Horrible attention to detail. Needs a new manager ASAP. read more

If u could give no stars I would. What a terrible experience. I will never order from there again. I ordered our food on 5/6 at 8:18 and we waited till 10 pm for our food and still didn't receive it. Terrible experience. Let's start with the three phone calls it took for someone to actually pick up the phone, followed by a 10 minute wait to only have them hang up on me. I ended up driving there to order while I was on hold. The store was a mess, the kitchen disorganized, the waiting area littered with cup lids. The staff was clearly out of synch with each other and it showed in the way they acted and spoke to one another. After placing my order, I waited about 15 minutes. Fair enough. As the employee handed me my bag she noticed the cup lids on the floor and proceeded to ask me if I could pick them up. "Grab some paper towels", she said. I turned around and walked out kind of shocked that she would ask me to literally do her job. I got home, a little bothered by the whole thing, only to discover that they gave me the wrong dipping sauce. Icing on the cake. Don't think I'll be going back to this location again. I'm giving it two stars because, despite the inadequacies of the entire operation, the wings are still tasty. read more
