So I go to the store and they tell me I cannot use it on the store to please order online because the system at the store doesn't allow for them to add any discount codes. Although the fries were very well done, the chicken was poorly made and it seemed to me the staff didn't care that night. This was a take out order of 30 wings in three flavors: Teriyaki Classic, Mango Habanero, and Hickory Smoked BBQ Lite. Plus a bleu cheese dip. A couple of bucks under $30, which I think is a more than fair prize for a three person dinner. According to the check, the cashier's name is Sheila, who was just lovely and nice and kept the smile throughout the transaction. Now, I will describe the good before the bad: Overall: the chicken (all flavors) was fresh, juicy, perfectly cooked. Just great. As for the flavors: I'm generally not a fan of teriyaki wings. I don't dislike them, I even used to like them a lot until for some reason everything started coming in teriyaki flavor and I think I just got over saturated by it... the same thing happened to me with jalapeños, but that's irrelevant for this review. Even so, these teriyaki wings in particular were so good I was about to keep them to myself (we got the three flavors to share, but each one of us had a choice of flavor, mine were the mango habanero). Second in goodness, the bbq sauce. If I'm going to be honest, I've had a few better, but I've also had a lot worse. I didn't like them as much as the teriyaki, but they were very good too. The Mango habanero ones were kind of a disappointment. They weren't bad, but they definitely weren't good. Just not up to expectations. Now the really bad thing wasn't the food. I don't know if it is the paper bag, or the foam containers or what, but on my way home the car was filled with an odor that came from that bag, and it wasn't the chicken. Once home, in the plates, all the wings smelled perfectly well to either barbecue, teriyaki, or hot sauce smell. I'm pretty sure the paper of the paper bags is what smelled awfully. It reminded me a bit to the smell - a couple of decades back- ham got from the deli paper if you didn't remove it as soon as you got home. Anyway. The food was mostly great, the service was very nice, but they need to change providers of the to-go bag (I think), if that's what smells. read more

Terrible experience. Let's start with the three phone calls it took for someone to actually pick up the phone, followed by a 10 minute wait to only have them hang up on me. I ended up driving there to order while I was on hold. The store was a mess, the kitchen disorganized, the waiting area littered with cup lids. The staff was clearly out of synch with each other and it showed in the way they acted and spoke to one another. After placing my order, I waited about 15 minutes. Fair enough. As the employee handed me my bag she noticed the cup lids on the floor and proceeded to ask me if I could pick them up. "Grab some paper towels", she said. I turned around and walked out kind of shocked that she would ask me to literally do her job.
