The staff member was having a difficult time understanding me but we got my order in and everything seemed clear! When we went to pick up our food, we noticed the inside wasn't super clean and they had fans on in both eating areas. The woman at the register helped a couple of others before calling me up so I could pay for our order. There was no confirmation of items just my name. When our food was ready, they were missing the small french fry. She immediately got defensive saying she didn't charge me for it and I could pay still. Another staff from the back came out and also chimed in. I was happy to pay for the fry but everything is made to order so we had to wait a bit. The food here is very good. The wings weren't as crispy as normal but that could have been from the wait. Overall, there could be some service improvements made and better communication among staff.

The bathroom was clean, but there is only one shared restroom. They were accommodating with substitutions on the egg rolls, which I appreciated. If you substitute, I recommend asking for it light. They added a lot of jalapeños, which was too much for my wife. The boneless wings were good overall, though one piece tasted like a gizzard. The buffalo sauce and ranch were both solid. The fries were good, but be aware they charge $1 for seasoning. We chose garlic seasoning, and it was literally just a few sprinkles. It tasted fine, but the upcharge didn't feel worth it. The catfish was lightly fried. I personally prefer it more crispy, so I'd suggest asking them to cook it longer if that's your preference. The garlic bread was soaked in olive oil. You could actually squeeze it and see oil come out. I asked for a remake. At first, the young lady said that's how it's made, but another gentleman, possibly the owner, stepped in and offered to remake it. I appreciated that. The bread itself was soft and good, but the garlic powder flavor was still pretty strong. The lemonade tasted more like the green bottled lemon juice than fresh lemonade. It wasn't terrible, just not what I expected. There was and chemical aftertaste. Overall, the food was fresh and service was fairly quick. They were willing to fix issues, which I respect. But flavor-wise, it was just okay. I've definitely had better, and it's not a spot I'd personally return to. TikTok reviews had me expecting more, so I was surprised. They are new to Joliet, so it may be worth trying for yourself. This is just my opinion.

The place is difficult to get into the parking lot. Crazy three way intersection and a really tight parking lot. Once inside the place is supper small and very difficult to even stand inside. They are really busy with tons of business though. The service was friendly and professional once you could get their attention to place your order. I had the small shrimp dinner with mashed potato's. The shrimp were small, I thought small meant quantity. The shrimp were soggy and not tasty at all. The mashed potato's were good. My wife had 4 chicken strips with mashed potato's. Her chicken was over cooked and dry. The order took way to long to get. Food/Drinks: I ordered my usual, the Caniac combo (No coleslaw and sub for a Texas toast) with a Sprite light ice. It was very delicious! Tip to customers: I highly recommend asking for light ask because at some locations, they will fill the big cup with ice and not so much of your drink. By the way, Cane's ice hits different.
