Everyone loves Roman! There were so many order orders pending, pick up or carryout and Roman manned the cashier so soo well where he was calm, welcoming, and responsible. I am also the most indecisive person when it comes to three flavors and 20 wings for $20 so he gave recommendations that I absolutely appreciated including mango habanero which he described to be tangy and spicy alongside KBBQ and lemon pepper with are of course classic. This Wingstop is just so bad. Lol. Please, I know you probably have the money to purchase your own franchise in such a great location.... But I'd rather drive 15 minutes away to the spring mountain or Tropicana location than TWO MINUTES down the street from my house. I left an unhappy review when they first opened, but my son wanted Wingstop... we ordered lemon pepper & hot honey (STILL LACKING seasoning!) also, the FRIES are NOT WINGSTOP FRIES, I can tell they're either bagged frozen fries AND NOT the usual Wingstop fries & there was NO FRY SEASONING. I've eaten at this location on 1-2 previous occasions with no issues, but unfortunately last night the food made my family and I sick. The quality that we're used to was not there, the food did not taste fresh, wings tasted old, and unfortunately my family and have been sick since eating the food! I'm not sure what went wrong last night but I would not be surprised if others also got sick last night, I'm hoping this was just a bad night for the restaurant and that there isn't a much deeper issue when it comes to quality and being sanitary! Just got home from eating during their grand opening! It was not that busy when we walked in, but they were getting a lot more busier as we were eating and a lot of online order pick ups! Service was extremely friendly and there were many workers who were all welcoming guests in! They were giving out sunglasses for being their first day which was cool! What a nightmare! Went back for a remake of the order after being contacted by corporate and the district manager. Was told to go into the store and ask for a remake and it would be taken care of. The exact instructions given were to say I was there for a remake - which I did. When I went back for the remake, no one knew what was going on (no one communicated regarding the remake of my original order). Shift lead Isabella was very rude & did not want to process the remake. However Miguel Rose & Donna insisted on helping & remaking the order no matter what (these 3 employees really do deserve recognition for superb customer service). They remade the order & there were still items missing and received incorrect items as well (after waiting 40 mins) ........ I was told by the lead on duty and district manager that I'd receive my refunds for the 2 incorrect orders within 5 business days. It was such a hassle to receive my refund. I was told the refunds had been processed on their end and I'd receive it within 5 business days back to my bank account. I was THEN told the refund needed to be processed at the store, & was told by the DM that I could return to the store to receive that. I went to the store around 12pm & the manager on duty said she could not process the refund and I needed to wait until other manager Juan was there. Was told he'd arrive at 2pm. I returned to the store at 2:25pm - Juan was not there & I was told to wait and that he'd be in at 2:30pm. (No one communicated this with me and they all have my phone number). I waited around until 2:35pm and Juan never showed up! I then contacted the district manager and was told to meet up with her at a different location to get my refund. She refunded me for the 2 orders that were incorrect. The miscommunication, unprofessionalism & incompetence shown by management is by far the worst I've ever experienced. I'm glad I got my refund (FINALLY) and will not be returning to the Durango & Sunset location what so ever. The food is never correct. Way too many clueless employees standing around + the food handling laws & regulations are not being followed. Inside the restaurant, there's always someone at the counter saying their order is missing something or they didn't receive something which causes chaos and confusion. The customer service is below standards (besides ROSE) she is AWESOME & should be recognized for that. This location really needs a new set of management & crew ASAP! Writing this review pains me, but it simply has to be done. We gave multiple chances to this Wingstop, but we were met more with disappointment than satisfaction. As of recently, my family and I were met with sub-optimal service from the staff of this Wingstop during dinner hours. We did not receive our order of veggie sticks and our sauces (4 ranches and a cheese sauce). When we asked for our sauces, the service provided was suboptimal. The staff did not bother to look into our pick-up bag, touched the sides of the bag and firmly told us the sauces were in the bag. Only after we showed the staff that we in fact did not receive our sauces, they just gave us the four ranches we were missing, but not the cheese sauce. We were going to ask about the veggie sticks, but dealing with the staff was too much of a hassle at this point. On a separate occasion months back, we had another bad experience regarding the product itself rather than the staff during dinner hours. We ordered bone-in wings and found raw chicken skin and hair within the bone-in wings. You could imagine the disgust we had on our faces during this time. However, we did have one single great experience at this chain and it was when we dined in during lunch hours. The service during lunch was phenomenal and the product was delicious.
