I opted to walk out without saying anything because I don't think it would have made any difference. Some additional training is needed and a bit more oversight by management. Unfortunately the last three times I've visited this restaurant, in the past two months I have been incredibly disappointed. The first of three visits was the last time I actually got to eat a meal. The staff were short, flustered, and had poor communication with each other. It felt like a manager who didn't care trained a bunch of teens who didn't know what to do because they didn't get trained. Fast forward to the 2nd to last trip and I order then wait 15 mins only to be told they are out of the food I ordered. No big deal. But when I went to get a refund, no one knew how to do it and the manager was gone. I waited at least another 15 minutes on the manager to come and preform the refund. Lastly I walk into order and they are out of everything again. They have one more chance to serve me and I'll never return which will be so sad.

To me this place feels like a mom and pop place that went corporate took on investors, and they destroyed everything good about this place for profit margin. But the worst thing of all was the cost. 40 F$&@kin dollars for a 3 meat plate?!?!? Look at that pic! How pathetic does that look. Looks like a kids meal.
