The Louisiana Rub had that signature savory, slightly herby flavor, while the mild kept it classic and easy to enjoy. I really love their wings. So much so that I will travel to the hood to get them. So this place... Well, the inside is nice, it was clean and the staff were friendly. The order showed delivered at about 1:45 yet was not. i called the delivery driver and the restaurant as well only to be called a liar stating that I never made an order this is even after providing an order number. Zena (the manager) then said she was not the manager and sherry was and for me to call back as she wont be able to do anything. At no time was an apology made for the order being messed up, or even stating that the third party delivery service must have goofed and they could help to resolve. Instead, deny help of any kind. We can honestly say we would never plan to eat here again. The wings were dry and flavorless...the lemon pepper had the most flavor as they tasted very lemony... Other than that they were dry and tough and the seasoning was just not there. The fries were overcooked and flavorless. The brownie was horrid, I spit it out it was so bad... This is by far my favorite place to eat when I'm on the north side of Jacksonville FL. Wings are amazing, however I do wish the has more flavors to choose from but that's a corporate issue not a store problem so I can't hold that against them at all. I have experienced the worst customer service I have ever had, and its from one of you managers. I called this locations and sat on hold for 20 minutes, and was hung up on. Called back and a manager answered the phone, told me he had another and I told him I was on hold for 20 minutes, and HUNG UP ON ME. Me thinking its my issue due to me being in the car, I call back and ask, "Can you hear me," and he replied so rudely and told me, " Your not going to speak to him in that way." Because I advised I was on hold for 20 minutes, you hang up, I am being rude to YOU? I asked him 10 times literally, will he take my order after that. Kept telling me to calm down. I asked him his name refused to give it to me I will be going to everyone about this! That was crazy! Hung up again too, I definitely went off and will be reaching out to corporate as well. I would like contact back but this has to change. This only occurred because I am in Jacksonville on the North Side. My experience at this wingstop for a to-go pick up was one of the best restaurant experiences i have had. The staff was extremely friendly and even let us fill up a water bottle w good drinking water as we were staying at a neighboring hotel. We were even offered a complimentary bottle by Tiania for my girlfriend and I, which was far too kind.
