Was surprised at the wait to be greeted, I walked in, stood at the counter while an employee (male), leaning on a counter in the kitchen, made eye contact and quickly looked away. Eventually a guy walked in the front door, apologized for the delay, I told him who I was and I was here to pick up my online order, he yelled to the Kitchen, "order for Robb", and the same guy (dark complexion), got up from leaning on the counter, turned and tossed a basket into the hot oil... apparently they hadn't even started my order yet. It took another 8 to 10 minutes before my order was ready. I say I was surprised, because normally the service is much better. The guy that came in and apologized for delay, I believe was helping a customer outside, not sure though, because I think he was looking in a Target plastic bag, but he was at least apologetic and was kind when handing my order to me. I guess my dissatisfaction points to the guy in the kitchen... oh, and the Fries, which until today have always been my favorite part of the meal, were overly seasoned, I couldn't eat even a third of them... which is strange, because I love salt, these had too much seasoning. Not sure if they're chicken thighs, or Cornish hen thighs, but again, they were tasty. Just as tasty as their wings. I got the three piece combo with no drink, and I am stuffed, so the size didn't matter. I ate the thighs first, then I got about half the fries down, and I was full. Within a 35 minute time span I get told that my order is in route for delivery, then that it was delivered. However, I never received said delivery, Instead I received a text stating that my order had been canceled.
