Okay, tell me when you order extra crispy, should the skin be stretchy? Not SLIMY. The MANAGER offered to cook again after informing me they would come out exactly the same. I frequent WINGSTOP, Ive never had such a rude experience or poor wings. read more

Wingstop - NOT extra crispy. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Huntsville, Texas

Unfortunately, my experience was pretty disappointing. The fries were way too heavily seasoned, and I didn't receive the boneless wings I ordered. They were also out of Sprite and didn't have any straws available. On top of that, my order and my friend's order were mixed up, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. There were multiple issues with the order that should have been checked before handing it to us. Hopefully, these things can be improved because it made the visit much less enjoyable. read more

So on Thursday I ordered some chicken tenders and drink and some French fries but they gave me the wrong order they gave me a doordash order and I didn't know that until I came to the house and checked my bag so I called wing stop back and told home and the worker got a attuide on the phone and started cussing me out and it was very bad and I will never eat there again really bad service and really bad food my food was very cold and my drink was water down read more

Attn. Owner Kelly B.: it is disappointing that having seen the number of negative reviews on this site you would have not resolved the repeat issues that are mentioned by now. My family lived in Huntsville 11 years go and encountered poor service in this location at that point in time. Having just moved back this month, I thought I would try again. I placed an online order for pickup designating a pickup time that was 50 minutes after the time of order. When I arrived, there was one customer already waiting to be helped while an employee - that is obviously not held accountable to any positive customer service expectation - completely ignored both of us for 10 minutes after making eye contact as she filled sacks with orders and placed them on the pickup rack at the front of the store. After getting tired of waiting, the customer in front of me pointed to her sack on the rack and asked if she could have it to which the disinterested host said that she was still filling the order. Upon being told by the customer that the order was complete and had been for some time, the host gave her the sack so that she could finally take her food home to eat. Meanwhile, I too had seen a sack sitting on the rack since the time I had walked in the door 10 minutes earlier that i suspected could be my order due to the number of entries on the label. But of course the disinterested host never even spoke to me after giving the first customer her sack - no "Give me just a second", "I'll be right with you", "I hate my job and will make you pay for it", NOTHING! After making eye contact with the cook, he came and asked if I had been helped - 10 MINUTES AFTER I WALKED UP TO THE COUNTER FOR SERVICE. I gave him my name and he pulled the sack that I had been staring at since I walked in. After getting home and eating my soggy wings and fries (for which I unfortunately added a tip when I paid ahead mind you), I felt the need to come to this site to see if others had similar experiences. Kelly - I know that I am just another person that walks through the door and pays for the product supplied by a franchise that you bought into, but until you make positive changes I will certainly take my business - and advise others to do the same - to one of the other wing restaurants in town. Good luck and I will look here for improved reviews before giving you any more of my money in the future. Take care. read more

The Hispanic Manager in Spanish was talking to two guys interviewing and apparently wasn't aware that I knew Spanish and was saying some pretty bad things being prejudiced. I asked them if they spoke english in Spanish and that further led to them denying everything I know they were saying. Food takes forever and always messy read more

I'm a DoorDash driver, and I hate getting orders for this place. The staff will mark the orders "ready" even though they aren't. They're slow and will ignore you. Your employees, as of 4/20/2026, make this location the WORST business in Huntsville. I strongly encourage you to get the lead out of your behinds before the peons cost you your franchise. read more

The service of them was okay, the workers were joking around too much, it took me a hour to a hour and a half to get my food. Employees were playing around too much which makes me think that they could be working on my food for the span of that time. Not worth the 21 bucks I spent. read more

Waited 40 minutes for 5 tenders and fries, workers just stared at me as people came in before and after me, absolutely ridiculous.

Wingstop has been my favorite wing place for years. Unfortunately this location is horrible with wait, they really need a larger establishment and more workers for it being a college town. Expect to add a minimum of 20 minutes to your already long wait time. An hour Just for 1 or 2 meals! read more

Ordered online 45 minutes prior to my scheduled lunch break, arrived 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. Order was not ready. Asked for a wait time, was told I was next in line, 45 minutes go by. Order is still not ready. Ask for a refund, waited 15 minutes before I was told that my order was next, I told them I need a refund because I would not be waiting anymore. 5 minutes pass before someone tells me "You're good to go". I asked for a receipt and waited again, 5 minutes pass before they said "we don't process any refunds in store, it goes to our GM". Horrible communication between team members, Lack of competence among leadership, and indecisive communication with customers. I would have been able to cancel my order a lot earlier if I was told that they were understaffed or backed up. Never once was I told that it would take longer than 45 minutes. Now I will have to wait 15 business days before I can expect a refund. Unacceptable service. read more

Cliff gave me spectacular assistance and a solid hookup--definitely coming back soon!

Too salty for me, i couldnt enjoy the flavor due to the amount of salt. The staff were friendly beer was cold but the wings were terrible.

This location is horrible! I ordered online at 1pm, I walked in when it said it would be ready (1:23p) and they haven't even printed out my order and started it. The manager had her hand in the back of her pants not working or even worried about orders. They had nobody cooking, all employees were just standing around. We waited an hour to get our food, absolutely unacceptable. Whoever the General Manager or owner is should be ashamed. Never again will I come back!! read more

This is the only wing stop available and it sucks because they take forever. I mean forever to make food, almost an hour. The service is not so good either. They need to do something about this restaurant. read more

There is a short lady manager that works at night. Anytime she works the orders take ridiculously long to come out. She's not proactive at all. There'll be staff just standing around waiting on one another to do something. She is the only one we have this problem with. She is not fit to run a shift. Something must be done about this lady since it's a consistent problem with her. read more

This place is horrible! Wingstop needs to take this franchise back! It's poorly managed and poorly trained staff! Before you go there. I'm informing you that you're going to have an issue with something! The manager instructs employees to only give out a maximum of 3 sauces. Employees are doing their best to make owners and managers happy but they're pricks! People love Wingstop but these owners have made up new rules for this location! I lacken this place to men telling women what they are and are not going to do with their bodies! Except they think they can do it to customers and so far it must be working. I've done alot of reviews but this place is my top three worst places to come! Save your money and go to the grocery store and buy yourself some chicken and cook it. This place is not worth the aggravation! This place really needs new managers or owners or both! What they're working with now is horrible! I could go on about this place but just get yourself a burger, a sub or cook the chicken yourself but don't accept the grief they're going to give you from this joint! read more

The problem with this place is not the employees. It's the management and owners. We ordered about 120 wings and of course, some people couldn't eat spicy or hot. Some people had high blood pressure and on and on. The manager instructed the employee to inform us that we could only pick 3 sauces. They didn't care. We let the employee know that the money for the company was in the chicken, not the sauce! He agreed but his manager wouldn't allow anyone to have more than 3 sauces. They want your money but they believe they can tell you what and how to spend your money! read more

Stopped at the Colony location and orded 12 boneless wings . I was I'm hurry to eat and get to 1pm appointment. I ordered Lemon Pepper and Cajun . The order came out wrong with Garlic parm instead if Lemon pepper. The girl at the cash register said the would reseason them. I told it I was in a hurry and just to give me a refund . Wingstop is a great place if you are trying to get full for cheap. I always get the meal for 2 with a side of loaded fries and carrots with ranch. My total is about 28$ And there's usually a lot left between my fiancee and myself for leftovers later that day. I recommend them. Especially if you're having a bunch of friends over just to watch the game or trying to fill your family up for cheap! Cause they always give you so much food. read more

slow service, takes over an hour for food to come out even on relatively relaxed days

First and Last time. They take your money before they tell you the wait time, I was late back to work. The staff is nice but the food is merely so-so, especially for the price. I have eaten better wings out of my air fryer. Even in just the time it took to get it home (5 min?) it was cold, hard and crusty. I ate it cause as I said I was already late, I will not be making this mistake again. read more

Poor customer service. attitude from staff. First walked in and a girl named jaiden was unwelcoming & unpleasant to talk to with an ugly attitude. I waited 40 minutes for fries, they still weren't done... and I called 20 minutes before arriving to the wing stop. When I asked for refund the guy named Hunter gave me attitude because I was literally waiting for 1 regular size fries for 40 minutes while they were all on their phones. No gloves. I love Wingstop but I would NOT recommend this Wingstop. I MEAN, if you hate your job, you can always find a new one. No need to take your ugly attitude out on everyone else. read more

I wish there was a lower rating to give. 1. I paid for extra seasoning and this is what I got. 2. They NEVER answer the phone 3. My friend and I went this weekend and we both got the worst food poisoning of our lives. I'm still nauseous 2 days later.

This store not only forgot my drink on an order but handled a situation poorly. I order Louisiana voodoo fries which retail for 3.49, instead of calling me, they wrote on the box "ran out of fries" they subbed for a large corn which is 2.19. I not only did not get my complete order but it was handled in a unprofessional manner. I then called the store and explained what happened and they hung up on me. read more

I'm sitting here in your restaurant, extremely dissatisfied. First, it took 30 minutes from the time our order was placed until we received it. This is with 3 other parties of two people dining in...not what I would consider busy by any stretch of the imagination. Then, once my order arrived, the fries were tepid (probably because they sat on the counter in a basket for 10 minutes before the wings were done) and the boneless wings served to me were small, over-cooked pieces of chicken. Two bites in and I lost my appetite. The last straw was speaking with the manager, who offered only to replace my order - that I no longer wanted - because the owners don't permit refunds. As a restaurant manager here in Huntsville, this speaks volumes about the caliber of service provided at Wing Stop and the level of concern the ownership has for the guests that walk in the doors. Thanks for a wonderful birthday dinner... read more

How someone can attempt to run a business with the crew they have in place at this location is astonishing! Ordered online was charged for the combo. Pick up order to be told they don't have any drinks in the entire establishment. So i asked to be refunded for what I did not receive, and they said they could not. After a long day at work I choose to let it go and just cut my losses. Go to wash my hands and they have no running water! Seriously I don't think I've ever given a review, but thous place stole my money, then didn't have any running water to atleast allow me to clean myself up after getting screwed! .01 star read more

So I called in to wing stop huntsville about six times with no answer. I figured maybe the phones weren't working so I go up there to check it out myself. I come in and the whole kitchen staff is sitting on the counters in the back with headphones on just laughing. I wait at the counter...the girl finally comes to take my order. I sit and wait. Now I'm curious if the phone work. So as I'm sitting here waiting for my food, I call the restaurant. I'm sitting listening to the phone ring as the staff laughs in the back saying "damn who keeps calling." And now I'm watching a guy come in and get his free food from his buddy who works here after I paid $15 for my meal:) read more
