Just cancelled my order I ordered 20 wings mild sauce on the side and a side of blue cheese. The total came to $27 plus change It was the exact same order last week which came to $22 and change. When I asked about the prices difference I was told I was being charged for sauce. He told me the wings always came plain and they charge for sauce. If ordering delivery, do not bother ordering fries - I got two large baskets and felt guilty for totally wasting several good potatoes. Also, I made the mistake of ordering the bundles and wound up with boneless wings which were nothing more than flavored chicken nuggets. I found a coupon online, but the online ordering site didn't have a place to add it. So I call it in, the guy was very adamant that coupon must be printed. Absolutely adore this place. This is where I went mostly during my senior year. The cheese fries are hands down, the tastiest fries ive ever eaten. The amount of times I go here in a week is frightening lol. I was pretty afraid of the weight I was gaining due to the amount of food I ate from here, but I was able to limit myself and get back to the gym and have my cheat days here. Love this place! Wings are always cooked to order and they seriously have the best fries ever! The seasoning on their fries is some kind of hidden magical secret that I'm totally addicted to.... I'd like to mention though that you can also ask for the wing seasoning on your fries too like the garlic Parmesan and cajun seasonings! I've never had a flavor I didn't like and the staff here is always so friendly and helpful! We visit pretty regularly and have never had a bad experience! The one thing I wouldn't recommend is getting your order to go because the fries (and wings too) do get soggy pretty quickly. read more

Horrible fu***ng place. I deliver for DoorDash and have over 500 deliveries. I've been at it for a long time and I've dealt with bad restaurants but this is by far the worse embarrassment of a restaurant ive ever dealt with. I might possibly lose my job because of them. When I arrived I was cussed out and told to wait in my car and that the food would be out in a couple minutes. Keep in mind I never once even stepped foot in the restaurant. I waited over 40 minutes for the food and then I tried talking to them again multiple times and they completely ignored me tending to other people and when nobody else was there they'd go inside and lock the doors. I watched 2 customers cuss them out and leave angry and the man at the door just laughed and cussed back even telling a woman "she didn't need any more food anyways". I ended up wasting my entire shift waiting for the order and finally realized they weren't going to bring it out and now I'm being threatened of losing my job because I wasn't able to complete the order. This is a horrible place and I will do everything in my power to have them shut down. read more

Gabriel is a terrible manager and provides terrible customer service. He has no knowledge of what a good manager should do to provide good customer service when a complaint is made. He seemed very inexperienced and his response to my complaint was proof of his lack of experience. I'm a very loyal customer but because of his lack of experience I will take my business elsewhere. The associate working handed us the wings incorrectly. Needless to say all the grease got the bag soiled and when I got out of my car they fell out of the bag. Even though the person representing the business caused the problem Gabriel stated that it was our fault that the wings fell out and refused to replace them. In my opinion it was not worth losing a loyal customer over $12 worth of wings. Someone in charge and concerned about the business's reputation should have better customer service experience and do what they have to do to provide good customer service rather than telling the customer it was their fault and they have to pay for a new order of wings. He kept referring to his superiors. A manager on-duty is the superior and should have enough authority to make a good judgement call. Gabriel is a terrible manager. read more
