Always a great place to stop for wings. It was close to closing time but grabbed quick 6 piece meal. The wings of my choice was the Spicy Lemmon pepper l, my favorite sauce.. it came out within 10 minutes and my wings were warm and super tasty.. I placed an order online and realized it was placed at the wrong location. I immediately called the store and was after a long wait time, the manager said she would cancel the order. My order online still showed it was being prepared so I called back and was out on a long hold for a manager, then I would get hung up on. This happened multiple times. When I finally spoke with the manager again, she said she hasn't canceled it because she's waiting for another manager because she wasn't able to do it. When I asked for this specific locations owners name, I was given Ronnie Norcross. The reason I canceled my order from this location was because the food is never cooked to perfection and your staff. read more

I wish I can give a negative review. All the employees are clueless and super rude. When the manager took my form of payment she had an attitude about taking my order and did not want to give me my credit card back. Gave me a vibe that she wanted to copy my card numbers and steal from me. Over all customer service is terrible. Haven't even got my food yet and I'm honestly scared to even try it. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!! It's pretty pathetic how the owner of this location, replies To every negative review with literally the same response the last negative review got, while only changing the name of the person he responds to. I hope we are on the back end of this horrible pandemic. Primarily because of the devastating effects on families and loved ones. Restaurants take out is hurting in Far East El Paso. The quality is diminishing in some places and it is hard to keep supporting these places if they don't care. Our order did not have the correct amount of wings ordered, the fries were soggy and definitely not jalapeño cheese, extra well done was not apparent, and the large ranch was no where to be found. Right now it is hard to recommend this place with only take out or delivery being offered. I know things will be better when patrons can once again dine inside, God willing sometime soon. read more

My family and I came in tonight and it was the worst. I usually love wing stop the fries are my favorite. Our fries had way too much salt and the wings were drowning in sauce. It looked like they just dumped the sauces on careless. I had to take the wings out and put them in a separate plate to take off some sauce. It was not enjoyable once so ever and all the staff was just there playing around blasting their own music. I have never had an experience like this and would highly recommend any other location but this one. read more

The wings are good. 4 star on the wings but the employees a 1 star. The staff there is in need of training on customer service and productivity. Too many of the employees are socializing instead of working when customers are waiting for their order. Knowing this is the only one in Horizon City- two cashiers should be attending customers, one bus boy cleaning up and a helper to the cashiers to pass orders out. Honestly, how hard is it to make wings? I had to drive 30 minutes to and from this location the first time. Got home to find out that my ENTIRE ORDER WAS WRONG. I called and was told to drive back. Arrived and asked for the correct order, AND IT WAS STILL WRONG. Overheard the lady in the front telling an employee that they have been getting all of the take out orders incorrect on this specific day. SRSLY!? Once they FINALLY "CORRECTED" my order, it looked like they just got the seasoning and dumped it on top rather than taking the time to perfect my order. I think an almost $50 worth order would get some decent attention.. smh. read more

$50 worth of wings and they were all over cooked to the point they could not be eaten. The fries were also over cooked. This is the 2nd time visiting Wingstop in hopes service would be better. I would like to start this post by making it clear that I like the food & service at this wingstop. They are always fast & courteous. I have always found the food hits the spot. I love the fry seasoning & the garlic parm is the best for the wings. My one complaint with this location is that the soda machine always has issues. On the many occasions I've tried to use it I've had the drink I want run out, the carbonation bust, or this last time the machine wasn't working at all. They had 3 L bottles for people to get drinks from. I really was not into sharing with strangers & would have appreciated being told about this before I purchased a fountain drink. TLDR: Food & service are great but soda machine is tempermental. read more

The service is horrible and the staff does NOT care at all. Makes sense with the poor management. The last time my family and I went (few months ago) a manager named Aurora was extremely rude and with a lot of attitude. Not only that but she yells at her employees pretty bad like she wants the customers to hear (the dine in area was extremely packed. My family and I were trying to work with them just wanting a remake of the wings due to them being cold and not cooked completely and the fries being soggy already. The older ladies (cooks) were just grab as*ing in the back. This was around 4 a bit before 5pm. We had to wait till, I guess was the shift change to try our luck again as we have been regular customers (weekly) since the location opened. A young bulky blonde manager named Fernando was extremely nice and understanding about the situation. He brought out another manager (which was I guess above him) some young pretty young lady named Kimberly fixed the issue right away without hesitation. I just wonder why the manager named Aurora couldn't do it like they did and made it so difficult. She was extremely unprofessional. When we asked to speak to her manager, I guess the general manager, she refused as she said they don't deal with customers directly (which I know is a lie) she shouldn't be part of management, especially the way she treats her employees. It's no wonder her shift was extremely horrible. Now if we do return, we are going to make sure to go when she is not in as we can't stand her and her rudeness. If it wasn't for her, I would of gave a higher rating for the way the other shift handled the situation. That horrible first shift also had the music blasting pretty loud. Whoever the owners or higher management are (well if they do have any district or general managers or something of that nature) aren't doing a good job of how some of their managers are performing. I came to visit my family and we had game night and decided to order wings. Now I'm a big Wingstop fan. I usually order boneless but they wanted bone in. We order several different flavors. Some of the wings still had feathers on them! At that point I got so disgusted I was done. I would expect the restaurant to realize the wings had feathers before they went through the process of seasoning them. Totally unacceptable. read more
