The online ordering process was easy to use and I liked how you could switch off the flavors/sauces for the amount in each order. You can also choose to have your wings cooked "well done" here which we like because it makes them extra crispy! I got five medium honey barbecue wings and five of the Cajun ones, all boneless. I was actually really impressed with the quality of the meat. The meat was juicy, cooked well, and the Cajun flavor was hands-down my favorite. You have to dip them in ranch though for the best combo so make sure you have some nearby ;) The employees were working really hard here, because of how fast our order was done! My husband said that everyone in the store picking up to go orders were standing more than 6 feet away from each other and the employees were wearing gloves. I've tried this Wing Stop location twice and I was disappointed. I asked for the wings to be extra, extra well done, in some restaurants the terminology is fried hard so that the skin is extra crunchy and the inside won't be slimy, fatty and slippery. I ordered went at Wing Stop and went to get Chinese food a few doors down, came back, in total I waited 30 minutes and they weren't cooked properly. I don't think they followed the request at all. Worst wings ever. Their cooks should check out a few of the local all chicken places to see what fried hard means. The skin on the wings and all the slime in wings can take a lot of heat and can be cooked a long time to achieve a crispier texture.
