I ordered door dash today and called to make sure i would be getting ranch and still don't receive rany, not to mention the last time i ordered wingstop through doordash they didn't give me ranch that time either . workers are clearly incompetent .will not be ordering here anymore read more

Ridiculously long wait, over 30 minutes.. staff doesn't seem to care about anything, they definitely aren't interested in making food. The store it a mess tables stacked piles of chairs falling over go to any other location read more

Being that this is a pandemic and EVERYBODY wants to live off of these stimulus checks instead of working, I give the people who actually SHOW UP to work credit!!!! The young manager shows her positivity when the store gets VERY BUSY instead of giving attitude like the manager that used to work there!!! The food is good, I have been several times and the young lady is always there with little to no staff..which has to be frustrating!! I think I the store had more good positive staff members the store would run smoother!!! read more

Yes, cooking the wings do take time. However with a group of 6 coming out of Key West it fitted our needs fine. And I didn't find the wait too long. The Wings were good, the Korean spice is sweet and spicey and tastes great. I recommend spending the extra $1 to cover your fries with cheese sauce or they have a healthier option in the form of cut vegetables. I spent the extra 69 cents and bought the dinner roll as filler, which in the end wasn't needed between the ten wings and fries I had to eat. The only negative experience I had was me killing a cockroach I saw on the floor, we were seated by the door so wether or not this place has roaches remains to be determined read more

Worst wings ever I ordered 15 wings half mango habanero and half garlic Parmesan and what I got was 10 wings half garlic Parmesan and half I don't know what. Maybe the host ate the other 5 she sure was busy on the work phone trying to convince someone to be her room mate and she was serious she needed to know by tonight well back to wings they were the worst wings ever. bad service that took for ever but enough about that they must fry the wings for like 20 minutes cause I have never seen chicken so dry in my life horrible worst wings ever they got one star cause to write a review you need to give at least one star what a piece of s%=t this place is read more

Went in on a Saturday night to order wings to go for a last minute dinner craving. They were busy with a full restaurant and the phone ringing off the hook with to go orders. We'd read reviews about long wait times and anticipated the wait (which was worth it anyway for us to get our lemon pepper fix.) The staff was very nice, expeditiously pushing through the orders. We had our food in hand within 15 minutes. Tried a fry once we got in the car which were disappointingly cold. Luckily the wings were FIRE (really really good ) Crispy outside, juicy inside, and the flavor...mmmm. Better than some of the other locations! read more

We ordered online for our kids. When I arrived, the rude girl at the front said she didn't have my naem, with no explanation. I then went to get the confirmation email from my phone in the car. When I came back, her rude tone was worse, and she then explained that all online orders were down. I would have been cool with that if she explained nicely the first time, and ordered again, but her attitude makes it where I don't want to ever go back. Customer service goes almost as far as the food. No more WingStop for our family read more

Wing stop in Florida City is a joke! As well as the employees, managers included. Every time I order there (which is very often) the staff is always rude! I placed an online order at 7:40, where it said my order would be ready in 21-26 minutes. I arrived at 8:00, it wasn't ready, fine. I'm waiting 5 minutes when the MANAGER YELLS OUT "everybody needs to wait outside y'all order isn't ready yet". So I wait. Come back @ 8:15 the employee at the front tells me 15 more minutes and I said well why if I placed my order a long time ago. They told me themselves an order of chicken takes 8 minutes to prepare/cook. So why was my order not being prepared even after I had already ordered and paid 40 min ago. I wait. Come back in @ 8:40 and magically no1 knows what happened to my order. Obviously annoyed by this point I told them to just give me a refund because they had already wasted an hour of my time and my order wasn't even being made yet! They proceeded to give me a refund without saying anything, no apology or anything. None of these people should be working in customer service! And yesssss I had time today for this long review because I don't play about my chicken wings! read more

We order take out at least every other week. At first the food was way too greasy. Lately it's gotten way better. Unfortunately, sometimes the wings are slacking, there's no meat & I did notice they give a smaller order of fries with the combos. Not good! In regards to their service, we've never had a problem, we order on line and there's never an issue . Good customer service when we order over the phone & when we come in. My family & I will continue eating here.... read more

Worst customer service I have ever ever experienced. And that was from the management so at this level of incompetence how do they even stay open... Was on hold for over an 45 minutes and call back and was on hold for 30 minutes so I decided to drive to the Wingstop location while on hold and they where just ignoring the calls on hold.. I let the manager know how long I was on hold and the customer to my left said she had called 14 times, the lady on my right told me she had been standing there waiting for over an hour.. All while the manager stood there listening with the and so what look on her face... This place needs new management, training and an owner that cares because this type of stuff has gone on for three sets of management...not even gonna get into the delivery or how if you order to close to closing they magically run out of Bread rolls.... One point they where out of them for like three weeks supposedly... Failed WingStop!!!! read more

My favorite wings from here are the Lemon Pepper. Clean restaurant, nice employees, and prices are okay. A tip for my fellow yelpers though, call in and order before showing up, if not you will wait 15-20 minutes. On the plus side, you will always get fresh wings! read more

Got home and my order was not correct I ordered 15 classics combo received 8- lemon pepper 7- plain with soak in OIL I order Louisiana rub. Flavorful wings, ordered the Lemon Pepper wings like Rick Ross... very good maybe the best boneless wing I've had to be honest

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The employee at the front was on a PERSONAL phone call on her Bluetooth. I had to repeat my order atleast 4 times. It's literally the worst location. It stinks and I'm never coming here again. read more

Ok I have came a few times and each time the wings were the same and if you tell the lady at the register to cook them well done she will make sure they are right. I love the service and I like the vibe. I have ordered so much I think they beginning to know me up in there! lol read more

giving it one star because I can't give it any less. Waited over 30 minutes for wings.

WELL I ORDERED 10 wings and when the2y came there was only 8 the order taker said she misunderstood me .and offered to bring me 2 more wings .I told her I was not going to sit and wait .Also do not order the veg sticks a hamster gets more to eat than they give you here read more

Walked in. The cashier chick was somewhat rude with attitude because it was our first time there. Ordered a combo which came with 15 wings, basket of fries and 2 sodas (soda fountain was flat). Food came out within minutes and was good. Only other downfall place is somewhat small and there was garbage left behind by other customers on the tables and the floors. Also, it's a bit chilly if you eat there, bring a jacket. read more

I've ordered from Wing Stop for years at another location. The service here has been good so far. I gave them a 200 wing order walking in and they made it quickly and correctly. They have a ton of different sauces. You can order them plain and put the sauces on the side so everyone in your group gets what they want. Even that one who wants atomic! read more

The service was good and the people were attentive to us as soon as I walked in. I ordered a mixed 20pc half boneless and half classic. When we got back to the hotel to eat them, they were tasteless and soaked in grease. They were supposed to be mild flavored and they weren't even close. Definitely won't eat at Wingstop again. read more

This was the worst experience ever! The cashier tried to get me to pay for water from the machine said that it was not free it would cost me!? I had ordered a 30 piece she started cursing at me because I said if I have to pay for water I need a refund. She told the Manager on Duty -Mika "you need to give this man his damn money back!" She proceeded to cuss and take phone calls while making another customers food. So unprofessional !! I will never return. Shawn read more

My favorite WingStop. Cooks are wonderful and the cashier's are always very friendly and polite.

the worst wings ever at$1.00 each you would expect a big juicy wing not bone with skin and tiny pice of meat. I won't go back and suggest that if you want go some place else. read more

Not good. Food took 15 minutes to be ready. Way too long. The staff was sitting waiting for the fryers. Wings came out greasy and saturated the bottom of the dish. Fries sat on the counter for 15 minutes waiting for wings. Fries got cold and soggy. Fry basket was to big for a single order. Side sauce was watery. No garbage cans in the restaurant. The whole product was a mess. It appeared the manager was at the back table doing paperwork. He was not interacting with the customers and staff. On a positive side, they had limes with the soda, and wait staff was good at the till and friendly. When the new cashier was struggling through an order, another employee helped her respectfully and took my order. Summary: Not sure how what is going on here. This place obviously gets busy and has had positive reviews. But some major management faults and poorly trained staff. I wouldn't waste calories on this franchise again. read more

Great place great wings and fries wing sauces a lil bit on the spicy side but great food a lil bit slow but fresh

Employees, not just one, mgrs too are horrible. Can't get orders right and when confronted accuse customers instead. Very rude, hateful, and actually call customers names! I called legal dept in Texas. 877-411-9464. Waiting for response. Who cares about the food? People there are inept! read more

I love wing stop. We are in homestead not a lot of wings to pick from in this area. So, yes I really enjoy wing stop. There fries are good as well. Thank you for bringing this place down south. read more

Manager Kelly was awesome! This was our first time here and will definitely be back. The establishment is clean, well kept, customer service was quick and precise. Smoke 9 is a new flavor and the manager brought a sample to try, excellent!!!! read more

Spent over $30 & BAD customer service, they took 37 minutes for a to-go order we walked in to order to take out. To get home and find that we did NOT get the flavor we ordered we got something else and that was soaked in grease.. Then I ask why this is taking so long and get a nasty attitude and then the bag tossed to me. I can say that the one star is for the food was hot! read more

Today I decided to try Wing Stop for lunch. I used the on-line ordering and it said my order would be ready at 12:01. I was pulling in at 11:58 when my phone rang and it was Wingstop wanting to know if I was picking up..... uh, I'm just parking..... I ordered both the boneless and the bone-in wing combo with fries and a drink. The boneless were sized from the size of a nickel to the size of a silver dollar. I ordered the mango habanaro sauce and it was ok. I ordered the bone-in with Louisiana rub and they were better, but quite a bit of oil under them. The fries I ordered with Cajun seasoning and they were cold and limp even though I ordered them extra crispy. I opened the bag in the car and sampled them and didn't wait until I got back to work to to do it, so they were definitely served that way. Maybe it was the bottom of the old fries because there were lots of bits and pieces, but very few whole fries. The unsweetened tea was more like water, it was so weak. I didn't like that I could not make any additional comments/instructions on the website when I ordered because I like my wings very, very well done and I was only able to check a box that said "well done". All in all, I tried it because I wasn't starving and figured I could at least get enough to satisfy me and I did. But, I still don't think I will be back any time soon. Guys, you never get a second chance to make a first impression and you consider that when serving sub-par food. On a positive note, the staff seemed very nice. read more
