This is the spot in Homestead! Delicious, tender, white meat chicken. Juicy and plump tenders. I got the mango habanero and it was sweet and spicy at the same time. I'm sad i only ordered two. The trick is to order ahead of time so you don't have to wait. We also had the sweet chili, it didn't really taste like sweet chili. But definitely prefer the mango habanero. The food was hot and tasted fresh! Their ranch was also out-of-this world. Coming back ASAP. read more

Wingstop! My all time favourite Chicken Wings restaurant. I like their logo, the colors, the restaurant sizes, Chicken Wings sizes...plump, nice and tasty! The Chicken sandwiches are mediocre, just bland. But the Wings! read more

My experience was very welcoming and excellent. The manager Nae was amazing and her crew. Not too happy with wingstop today ordered online and went to pick up order and older lady said there was processing issue and payment did not go through . She was expecting payment and I said I was going to check the bank on the phone to see if it posted because I am not going to pay twice and she saying she does not expect me to pay twice . She then was on phone with support even walking away for few minutes . She then told me payment bounced back and I stated to her there is no credit , just processed payment . She finally gave me my food 15-20 minutes while this was going on and I stated to her that my food is sitting there getting cold while. read more

I will give this wingstop 0 stars!! I made a order online and I arrive they said they didn't have chicken. Waiting on a refund on a order I never received and I was charged. Horrible lady at front desk not just her everyone up in there. Shut this spot down ASAP read more

Absolutely atrocious service here. I put in an online order and got there when it said it would be done 5:23. I didn't get my order until 6:01. While waiting for my food, all five of the workers were out from behind the counter and off to the side not working and eating their own food. I also ordered extra carrots for $1.89 and received a SINGLE cut of a carrot. Once I finally got my food and ate it, it was cold. Don't waste your time or money going here. I'd rather eat Little Cesar's from the parking lot floor than deal with this place again. Not only was the service horrible but the place was dirty. The floors were sticky and so were the counters. Stay far away from this place. read more

Was pretty disappointed with this Wing Stop. My son's fries were smashed up even though he says he liked them. They looked like remnants from the bottom of the bag. My boneless wings had grizzle parts, ranch dressing for my veggie sticks we had to ask twice for. There was also no paper towels on the counter and when I asked for a new roll they had none. Who goes to a finger food eating place and does not have paper towels? I retrieved mine from the restroom. The Wing Stop on Old Cutler is much better to be in and get our food from than this Wing Stop in Homestead. read more

This place is a joke and hope there región supervisor shows up they say it's open till midnight spent half an hour calling and no answer. Got here around 10:40pm and they already shut the kitchen down and turned off the grill when it's suppose to be open till midnight. I showed up and they said they shut the kitchen down at 10 to start cleaning when they should still be open for another two hours. read more

I'm from California and am just visiting Florida for a while. Back home, I always go to Wingstop as it's my favorite fastfood restaurant. So naturally, I decided to give this particular Wingstop a try. I never realized how much I took my local Wingstop foregranted until I tried this shit. The wings were noticeably smaller, after waiting over 30 minutes on the food all they did was slap the sauce on without even giving an effort to cover the entire wing. And the bleu cheese extremely watery and had a weird taste to it, rather than being chunky and flavorful like the one at my home restaurant. I definitely would not go here again. read more

We decided to try this wing establishment on a lazy Friday evening. We choose the Door Dash option and it was a disaster. The driver never came and we had to order the food all over again. This time we went to pick up the food. The food was good but I was disappointed how I had to argue twice with the store manager about my refund. The shift manager did refund the driver fee and tip but I had to argue which shouldn't have been necessary. Next time I'll just pick up the food and forget the delivery option. read more

Cashiers very nasty and they only do web orders. Maybe if they paid better they'll get better attitudes. They make enough to also hire more employees read more

So look, I love Wingstop's wings! Like absolutely LOVE them however this location in Florida City is straight garbage y'all. They are extremely inconsistent with their orders. Sometimes I come and they season the chicken real well and then he meat is tender and cooked well. Other times the meat is lightly seasoned, overcooked, and dry like paper. Sometimes the servers here have great attitudes other times these people act and look like they would rather be somewhere else. I've had moments when I go pick up my food and they would rather avoid eye contact or just plain ignore me instead of asking about my order. I've come to the door expecting it to open and it's still locked. Again...love the food from Wingstop just not from this location!!!!!!! I would suggest going to a different location versus the one in Florida City. read more

This place needs to be health audited asap. Rude employees and very disrespectful manager. They don't wear gloves or hair net. Nasty smell and even one of the employees said "I DO NOT EAT HERE BUT IT IS UP TO YOU IF YOU WANT TO EAT" if I was you I would stay away from this place. read more

It is unacceptable that a restaurant has tables and chairs , has a "employees only restroom ". I only found out because I used it not paying attention to the sign . When I was inside I almost fell because of how slippery it was. I found someone who I reported the incident to and her response was " employees only restroom " . My question to her was , how do patrons wash their hands ? She handed two wipes . Are you kidding me ? I will make sure to report to Florida Department of Health as well . read more

Never again! Ordered through Uber Eats, and they couldn't even bother to get the order right after it took FOREVER to get here. Was missing my tenders, drink, and sauce. So basically, my meal for the night was fries and a brownie. Funny how they could get my husband's order correct, but apparently tenders were too difficult for them. Called them up just to be told I could get a refund or go pick them up myself. No apology or anything. I ordered delivery for a reason. Maybe next time do your jobs right. I shouldn't be left without a meal because of their incompetence. I'd give them a zero if I could. read more

I've ordered from here a few times, it has been 50/50 on whether they felt like going into work that day and doing their damn job. Lately though, I've had a horrible experience. To begin with, staff is always rude, never answers the phone, and aren't attentive at all. I could start taking a dookie on the counters and they probably wouldn't even notice. Anyways, ordered two chicken sandwiches today and some wings for my family. I took a huge bite of the chicken sandwich only to find out it was raw, as raw as it gets, the chicken was still clucking. My brother ate his entire sandwich but lord knows if it was raw as well. They also gave me plain fries instead of the voodoo fries I paid a ridiculous extra $4 for, for just a few squirts of cheese and a sprinkle of seasoning. Last time I went in person, I stood by the front desk waiting for my food to cook and instead of directly giving me my food, the lady put it on the stand and didn't bother to tell me it was my food. Stood there for a whole 20 minutes looking like a baffoon when I could've been eating my meal. I get it's a minimum wage service job, I'm not expecting a Michelin star five star gourmet dish or exceptional customer service as a service worker myself, but the blatant disregard and lack of desire to at least do the bare minimum at this place is beyond me. Trust all of the bad reviews, this place is a hit or miss, but usually a miss. read more

I gotta give 3 stars because I do like the food here but it's a hit and miss. One day u could get the best tasting food but then another u could get dry chicken almost jerky and the fries could be over cooked. But again when they cook it just right this is the best. The staff. There is one girl that has been there awhile she is a hot head she needs anger management classes lol. She loses her temper way to quick and one day she could get slapped with the amount of ghetto people that come to this location. Few streets back ur in a low income area soooooo that's why I say ghetto. Get over it. They have new staff now but I don't understand why 3 of them take a break at the same time. It's annoying when ur waiting 45 min or more for your order then they kick u out but they don't call you if the order is ready u have to keep coming in to find out and there is another girl that seems to get bothered when u ask her she moves slow. And I lost my shit the other day when a guy that works there saw me standing there and I said I'm here to pick up and he looked at me and walked away to continue bagging food. But what pissed me off more was that there were 8 bags ready for pick up. There were people outside waiting and in the lobby So finally I said excuse me and he ignored me then I called the attention of the manager which walked in from break. I said ma'am could u check and see if any of these bags belong to anyone of us. She looked at me with attitude and said ur not next. Then the 2 girls that were ahead of me said no he is not but he is speaking for all of us if u have food that's ready and a lot of people waiting make the effort. Then she thank me for speaking up. But this restaurant really needs new management and a fresh new crew which I think they just did the crew but get red of the bad apples left because u don't want the new apples to get ruined. read more

We asked to speak to a manager and the manager was very rude she said that the girl on the phone was new and that she said 20 not 2!
