I have seen several reviews on rudeness but I honestly have never had any problems at this location. I don't review employee temperament as everyone has a bad day. I review food quality, cleanliness, and atmosphere. I'm primarily carry out, so dining-in isn't something I can reliably review. I was there today and my order was processed quickly and accurately. Staff was friendly and even explained the menus to me when I had questions about their new Cajun Fried Corn and other items. Food was HOT and tasty. Their boneless wings are always so crispy even though they're covered in sauce. Speaking of sauce, they don't skimp on it. If you order Hawaiian, you gonna get hot, crispy chicken smothered in Hawaiian sauce. Good stuff. The food prep area is visible and looks clean as well as the dining area. Drink station, as with almost ALL "fast-food" dining areas could use some attention but was not dirty. That area just always seems to be abused by customers everywhere. I don't know why. The food was cooked EXACTLY how I requested, the staff was friendly and helpful, the establishment was clean, and the wait time was short (which I was surprised about since I asked for my chicken cooked well done). The dining area is very spacious and very clean. The only negatives are nitpicky, but they annoy me. Which is why I took off a star. - No napkins. Only a single roll of paper towels at the front counter that everyone in the place has to use. The fact that I have to get up from my meal every time I get dirty fingers or whatever is unacceptable. - No trash bins. I order veggie sticks, they never bring them. I order xtra sauce, they don't bring them. I ordered tonight for my lunch break and called them and asked them to please not forget the veggie sticks because I never get them and I pay xtra for them. So I get the veggies sticks, with none of my blue cheese, nor my fries. I called to tell them I was once again missing items and they said that I can come get it (when I ordered delivery because I cannot leave my place of work which is across the street from them), or they can add it back on for my next order. I had to sit and take paper towels to clean the dressing and crumbs on the table as well as keep the dirty napkins (because they don't have garbage cans). Why didn't you ask my name when I said hello???? Very slow from all aspects, computers are slow and food is slow(20-25 minutes for order of 20 both times). Staff is extremely unprofessional. Ordered online, waited the 26 minutes and then showed up to pick up my order and gave my name to one of the women running the front. The entire time I was waiting, the women running the front (2 Latina 1 AA) spent over 20 minutes talking and cursing about various subjects. All this time my order was sitting there off to the side. A couple of times they asked me my name and I told them again. None of them thought to look over to the side for my order because they were too busy talking.
