It was completely unacceptable how great she made my family laugh. In all seriousness, it was the best customer service I've ever experienced. I wish them only the worst, like an extra day off, or a pay raise, maybe a $500 bonus, it was that horrible. Seriously Management needs to promote or reward her immediately for making the world a bit brighter.

There was a stack of boxes and clutter covering the first booth at the entrance... not a good sign. So, it's a bit dark, weathered, and a little divey... They offer an extensive menu for both take-out and dine in. The dining room opens up as you turn to the right, and they have quite a few booths and tables. The tables were clean - though I didn't see the kitchen nor the restrooms. The service was efficient though lacked professionalism, very casual, almost nonchalant. I found the food to be fair though not nearly as good as where I usually go (which had a panda for a mascot). My soup was not evenly warmed... probably heated up in a microwave, and lukewarm at best. The spring roll was pretty good. The entree (spicy chicken with vegetables) was greasy, though it had a decent flavor. Mediocre at best. I seriously doubt I will return since there are other nearby options which do much better. That's sad, because they have the potential for better.

We asked a visiting family member what they would like and she requested Raising Cane's... So I went to pick it up. We had a full house, so I requested the 50 piece tailgate package, some fries and Texas toast. Since it was an unusually large order I was told it would take just a few minutes. They offered me a free drink while I waited. That was nice. The food was packaged up well. I found the chicken fingers to be delicious, hot, and with a great flavor. There are few places where I feel that "chicken fingers" are really that good. I like these as much or better than any others I have tasted. I also enjoyed the Cane's sauce which accompanied it. We all enjoyed it, and there was enough for leftovers the next day. I was impressed that the manager offered me a drink while I waited. I didn't have to wait that long, but I was thirsty, so that was great. I got some of their fresh brewed iced tea which was awesome. Most places have some horrible made-from-concentrate tea. Theirs was fresh brewed and just the right amount of sugar. I think I have found a new favorite! Kudos to the management and team!
