Went to this place because it is close by the hotel Where we were staying at. We wanted something quick to eat and not so heavy so we decided on Wingstop. We ordered the 40 wing pack with four different flavors (Garlic Parmesan, BBQ, hot, and Cajun) and an order of fries. The wings were alright, they were not anything special. The hot wings were dry; I think actually they may have been over-cooked. I really like there fries .....those were good! The staff was ok, they were not that inviting, but our order was done on time. The order came pack with the ranches cups trown directly on the fries. And it was the saddest order of fries I've ever seen. My first time at this location and any other Wingstop as well and I was impressed. My wife and I thought it was on par with BWW and it was cheaper as well. The service was fast and easy on their mobile App and everything in the order was correct. All of the food lasted flavorful and fresh. We will be going back here soon. read more

I called the store and they told me that if you order mixed wings, it's random and you get what you get. They had the audacity to get smart mouthed and hung up! This location is trash. I ordered takeout every time that I have been there and the experience has been trash. The fries are always soggy even when you ordered them extra well done (that's an option on their online order page) with extra seasoning. Well, they can't even do that shit right. EVERY TIME. My wife went to retrieve the order and she was told 10 more minutes and that they would call her. She went back after 10 minutes and it was obvious that our order was sitting because the chicken was barley warm and the fucking fries were soggy. Don't come here at all. Don't do it, order from the one on Southfield. Yes it's further but this one is overwhelmed with door dash and regular orders. I was told my order would be ready in 28-33 minutes and I'm at 60 mins and still waiting. Staff really doesn't seem too worried about picking up the pace to catch up.
