Horrible service. Horrible attitude. Horrible customer service. Makes me wonder what their violation is for....?

In all fairness he could very well have been the time we were there that caused a less than expected dining experience. The service was enthusiastic to say the least. Having to flag down a server and request that your server come to the table only to be met by someone with a poor attitude was not conducive to encouraging anyone to return for such inexcusable service. The food was OK but nothing to get too excited about. Service was very slow despite the fact that we were One of about four tables in the whole place. I doubt we will be going back. read more

40 minute wait for wings that were ordered online. Now I'm somehow being skipped by other people who ordered online it's already annoying having to pay a premium for mediocre wings just because they're 1 of 2 places for wings. I'm not gon blame service necessarily cause I've worked customer service and I get it but don't tell me it'll be 5 minutes and that turns into another 15 on top of the wait time already wasted because it was an online order . The real kicker is that even after that whole 40 minute wait the order still wasn't correct and that's when I blame service. The least you can do after acknowledging the issue is to actually follow through to completion but it's consent so you take what you can get. I love this wingstop but sometimes the wait is overly long, I would understand if their was hundreds of people the but most of the time it's at least 8 people in there. They choose DoorDash over customers in the restaurant. Food is great but they are un cooked half of the time. read more

I ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper combo with blue cheese and Dr Pepper. The order was ready for pickup when I arrived, and it was tasty. The Dr Pepper wasn't flat, and no ingredients were missing from my order. Out of all the choices in Crosby to dine at or pickup food, this is near the top of the list. read more

I came here twice and it's below average. I placed an online order. The workers were just standing talking and on there phones the whole time. I got my food I thought it was burnt so I sent it back and they came out the same. It wasn't burnt the issue was the oil in the fryer was old, dark and needed to be changed. Next door is a nail salon and the smell of the Acetone is so overwhelming. I got so lightheaded and felt like passing out. I had left comments about this location to the company page. Left my information for them and in the most unprofessional manner was sent a text message even if an email wasn't left a phone call is more professional. Their communication skills seriously needs work, it's hard enough when there's so much fraud going on right now. read more

horrible service by these workers. went in 9/13 at night with the night mrg on duty. to place a big $425 order for lunch today 9/14. we've order here a few times before. a few $1000s order and multiple few 100s. gave them my # to call if anything comes up, written on my order that i placed with the mrg. came to today 9/14 we go in at the set time it scheduled to be ready. they never placed or even started the order for $425!! because we never paid for it! the night mrg said it was ok, we can pay for it in the upon pick up. which i told her we've done in the past. never a issue until today. they never called me even tho they have my #, even after spending 1000s of $$ at this ws. absolutely the worse customer service ive dealt with in all of crosby, i order food every saturday, from multiple food places in crosby never had a issue until today. shitty ass service. read more

I hate giving Wing Stop a bad review. Years ago... the franchise in general was very good. Maybe still is...but sad to report NOT the case at the Crosby location. We have ordered off the app probably 6 times since they opened and tonight will be the very last time. Quality has never been great here. Much longer wait times than indicated on the app, minimally seasoned chicken, in-store staff who don't seem to have it together, etc. Tonight...family dinner of 30 wings, large fries, veggies and dip. We arrived when order was to be done... waited 20 min only to be handed a bag that had been sitting on the shelf about 10 min. I ordered all garlic parm with extra seasoning on the fries. The chicken and fries were cold with absolutely NO visible garlic Parmesan rub. We basically were given "plain" wings/soggy, cold fries. The dips use to be so good. The blue cheese here is watered down with no actual pieces of blue. To make matters worse...feathers all over some of the wings. Gross. The app once allowed individuals to select all flat/all drums if desired or mixed and gave the option for "extra" time in the fryer. Those options do not exist here. All things considered, the experience has gotten worse each visit. Don't waste your money. There is another Wing establishment just 2 minutes up the road. Trying that next time. We've been going to this location for about 2 yrs , never had any issues until a new young lady started working there. Unfortunately she's the one that takes the orders. No1 in the store and she left my wife standing there for about 3 minutes before she took the order. Ordered wings and tenders . Tenders where soggy and old , wings where miniature which we've always got good sized wings from there. I truly believe she picked out the smallest wings she could find. By the time we got our food other people had came in and I looked at the fryers and they all had big wings.We ordered mild wings for my son and they barely had any sauce , she said that's how they came.We had two large orders of fries and she gave us 4 ketchup packets for 3 people.The 2 employees I saw where just laughing and playing most the time , young lady was rude both the last times we went unfortunately will not be back used to be our favorite location. I didn't get here name she's Hispanic and it's not a race thing cause I'm also Hispanic. Employees like her can cause a business to lose a lot of money . I've been to multiple wing stops and this one is probably the worst one I've been to. They gave us soggy boneless wings, we ordered Combos and they didn't even add the ranch. Plus the bone in wings looked raw. Gross. read more

Good place to go too good is always fresh and hot. The wings are amazing and they made my night. The ranch was cold and absolutely delicious, I'd recommend this to anyone close to me, and is definitely a place to stop by. read more
