Last time I ate here I had food poisoning my and all my family! My son vomited and I had diarrhea for two days.

I ordered through door dash. Over $100 worth of food. Which may have been my fault to order such a big order from here. I got 6 different orders of tenders. They all came looking like chicken fingers that just came out of a freezer burned bag made in the microwave. A couple maybe but all of them is crazy. It always a hit or miss with this location. Either the wait is long and food is good or the wait is short and the food is not so good.

They stop taking orders at 11:45 even though they don't close until 1am apparently "online orders only" sat in my car waiting on my order and watched them turn away at least 10-15 people! If a kitchen closes at 1, chicken should be frying until 12:45 at the least, or maybe a little earlier seeing as you have to clean the grease I get it I do but wow! read more

I will never come to this WingsStop ever again. I placed a $54 order. Got home 20 minutes away to realize half of my order was missing. I tried calling they out me on hold and never came back to the phone. When I got there they said we forgot to give you your second bag. I told them I wanted cooked fresh because everything is cold now. They told me they were not going to recook it because that was a big order. I said well give me my money back. The cashier had to call the manager at another store to get permission to either recook it or give me refund. I asked the cashier what are yall going to do because now I have been waiting about 10 minutes while they decide what they are going to do. They decided they were going to recook it. After putting me through all of that and having to come back I asked to add a fry to my order and they charged me. No I am sorry for the inconvenience or sorry for not giving you your whole order. I was excited about this location opening initially. The service has declined as time has passed. I've made multiple orders for cheese fries in advance (30 minutes) and still had to wait in the store for them to be prepared. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I ordered Garlic Parmesan wings and my chicken was unseasoned. First thing first. I went into the store on 1-8-25 around 530pm. Place my order, 40 piece family pack. 20 traditional, and 20 boneless. The traditional was under cooked, after I requested well done. The skin was like rubber, no seasoning. They were horrible. The sauce flavors are all really good bc I love how different they are from each other. But my favorite part is the customer service.
