It always a hit or miss with this location. Either the wait is long and food is good or the wait is short and the food is not so good.

Wingstop - Nastyyyy don't eat from here - Chicken Wings Near Me - Chicago Heights, Illinois

Last time I ate here I had food poisoning my and all my family! My son vomited and I had diarrhea for two days.

I ordered through door dash. Over $100 worth of food. Which may have been my fault to order such a big order from here. I got 6 different orders of tenders. They all came looking like chicken fingers that just came out of a freezer burned bag made in the microwave. A couple maybe but all of them is crazy. If I would have known they were coming like this I would have canceled or ordered something else. read more

If I could give 0 I would. Waiting 30 minutes for my order. 2 people came behind me and now left before me. Why are most wing stops like this? Not all but I lot I've been to a few. Others behind me complaining about wait for food as well. Skills gap is real. read more

Cashier walking around on her phone, gentlemen in the kitchen were helpful but the ladies in the front were rude

They stop taking orders at 11:45 even though they don't close until 1am apparently "online orders only" sat in my car waiting on my order and watched them turn away at least 10-15 people! If a kitchen closes at 1, chicken should be frying until 12:45 at the least, or maybe a little earlier seeing as you have to clean the grease I get it I do but wow! read more

This wingstop is horrible. I placed an order online 9/10/25. I placed an order online and when it was to be picked up my husband. Whe he arrived he was told that there was no order placeds. He had the email that the order was placed and paid for. The staff was rude and said I'll get my $ back we will never go to a wingstop anytime soon. Chicago Heights wingstop is a bad establishment and should be careful who they hire if they would like to stay open. read more

I was excited about this location opening initially. The service has declined as time has passed. I've made multiple orders for cheese fries in advance (30 minutes) and still had to wait in the store for them to be prepared. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I ordered Garlic Parmesan wings and my chicken was unseasoned. I completed a long day of work and didn't have the energy to go back to the store to get them remade. Unfortunately I'll be purchasing food from another location from now on. read more

I will never come to this WingsStop ever again. I placed a $54 order. Got home 20 minutes away to realize half of my order was missing. I tried calling they out me on hold and never came back to the phone. When I got there they said we forgot to give you your second bag. I told them I wanted cooked fresh because everything is cold now. They told me they were not going to recook it because that was a big order. I said well give me my money back. The cashier had to call the manager at another store to get permission to either recook it or give me refund. I asked the cashier what are yall going to do because now I have been waiting about 10 minutes while they decide what they are going to do. They decided they were going to recook it. After putting me through all of that and having to come back I asked to add a fry to my order and they charged me. No I am sorry for the inconvenience or sorry for not giving you your whole order. Nothing. They never have to worry about me ordering ever again. No customer service at all. read more

Unfortunately, I never got a change to enjoy my order. I placed an order online but made a mistake and called the South Chicago Heights store to make the correction. I have been on hold for more than 20 minutes and have not spoken to a human yet; Not even a "Hello, how can I help you?" Once the phone rings I am immediately put on hold. Since I've been typing this review more than 4 additional minutes have passed for a grand total of 24 mins and still no service. Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and a smudge on the Wingstop brand. Is service this bad at all locations or just the ones that service lower-income areas? read more

Don't eat those steroid wig pieces, fries are over cooked, basket full of the oil they are cooked in and the price is not worth the taste, simply put: HORRIBLE!!! chicken wings don't get that big unless hormones and steroids are involved.smell it and see EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK.. read more

First thing first. I went into the store on 1-8-25 around 530pm. Place my order, 40 piece family pack. 20 traditional, and 20 boneless. The traditional was under cooked, after I requested well done. The skin was like rubber, no seasoning. They were horrible. All this after they told me 25 minute wait, and I waited 50 minutes because they were concerned about door dash and not customers in the lobby. Service sucked. read more

the restaurant was clean and has good service. Inspite of the reviews i got there and surprisingly it is not how they mentioned it. their service is really fast and on point and the food is amazing. I live their fries and boneless wings read more

I've waited for 40 mins for my order of wings and when I inquired about my wait ; I was told by the management, that they didn't have my order due to the paper running out of the receipt machine. I was pissed off.!!!!!! came in at 8:30 which I had a receipt for then leave out to 915 with no chicken read more

My food was very good and the woman working the counter was nice. I hesitated going there for a while because of the bad reviews and I just wanted to give a good one and say I got the boneless Korean q and the lemon pepper and both were good. read more

I was always skeptical of wingstop until this location!! The food is ALWAYS fresh and still hot when I get home. The sauce flavors are all really good bc I love how different they are from each other. But my favorite part is the customer service. I'm not sure if he's the manager or owner, I think he name is Navi? but he's so sweet and genuinely cares about giving you a great experience. This location is my favorite one tbh. read more

My people, my people smh we gotta do better. This Wingstop was HORRIBLE!!! Ordered online, got there and was told 5 people were still ahead of me. Ghetto asl, Wings were disgusting, dry, overcooked and too salty. First time trying this one since it's a bit closer but Never again, I'll stick to the one in matteson IL. read more

I think the reviews are Just personal experiences on here because I order online from this location only when I want wings and have NEVER had a bad experience. Great service and great environment. Naddy was a great help. Food was absolutely amazing and up to par.

Ordered online, real simple right? Nah. Whole order was jacked up. Illiterate staff? Good possibility... boneless wings were covered in grease, couldn't taste any of the sauces on them, dry rubs were also barely sprinkled on them. Fries were cold. Had i known it was going to be this bad i would of went to Burger King across the parking lot. Don't waste your time or money. Or go to a location that knows what they are doing. read more

Wing stop is my favorite and I've never had problems with the Wingstop in Matteson. I was so excited when we finally got one so close. 4 out of the 5 times I've ordered from the one in Chicago Heights my order was messed up my. Back to Matteson I go. read more
