I usually go there without a problem. I recently went in with a Hispanic family and they made the food wrong. I tried to explain the situation and ask for a refund or an exchange of the original order and this lady maybe a manager was very rude and refused to give a refund. We had to pay full price for the food all over again. They do not have good Customer service here. They were also being racist and trying to take advantage of Hispanic people. read more

I'll have a deep fried hot dog, a deep fried pizza puff, a gyro plate . . . and a Diet Coke. Take out food is something I will not shy away from, but Dean's goes a bit too far. There are two things that I find worth eating, the sub sandwich and the butter garlic fries, although I would only recommend them once in a great while. Your arteries will thank you. Been coming to this place since I was a kid. The main man always recognizes me even outside of the restaurant. Their BG fries are the main attraction especially to the kids but what you need to get is the BG CHEESE fries if you thought you were hooked before. They have the absolute best shakes (strawberry especially) and although I'm now a vegetarian I still drool over their rubens. They have the best rubens on planet earth!! They are also open very very late. The reason for the 4 stars isn't because they only take cash. I can understand why some places do that cuz they charge them so much to use that service but my reason for 4 stars is because the place needs to be a little more presentable and the cooks should wear gloves. I caught them on several occasions without them and that's just gross. But other than that this place blows super star out of the water. read more

2 am and craving BG Fries. Well guess what. 20min before they close and the door is locked. But I peeked in the window and at least the workers are able to be in there making themselves a meal. Why have the OPEN light on during business hours if yer not open. Only go there now because it's the only place open till 2. Um. Maybe 1:30 now. And another night where they shut down early. 1:30 and nothing. Gettin tired of this place. If Super Star stayed open later, this place wouldn't be needed. read more

The hospitality of this specific location is on point, nothing really stands out but the people in there are good working people. The inside isn't dirty or anything it's a regular spot for the most part! The food is exactly what you're paying for and I mean that in the best way possible. My family enjoys the chicken, and me being allergic I'm more of a fish guy so I always go with the Catfish Fillets, heavy lemon pepper, with extra mild sauce on the side. They always have fresh food and I've personally never had a problem with them. Now something that I do have to bring up are the fries. Sometimes the fries aren't really crunchy and that's a let down. The fries could definitely be a bit more well done but that's literally the worst thing I have to say about this place!

I met my son at the restaurant a few minutes later, confirmed that he gave them $80, and they still refused to give me my money back. Any decent restaurant would tell a customer that they overpaid and give them their money back. These are dishonest people and they have no respect for us!!! I will never patronize this place again.

Because it was takeout, I can't provide any feedback on the full dining in experience, but there's a lot of parking available outside. Very nice location. My jambalaya skillet was delicious. It comes with two decent sized pancakes. Between the two pancakes and the skillet, I was able to get three meals out of it. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The pancakes were cooked perfectly. If and when I find myself in Homewood, IL again I'm definitely going back to Grady's

I recently visited Grady's Snack N' Dine for the first time while in the area looking for a quick…read morebreakfast, and I'm glad I decided to give it a try after seeing the Yelp reviews. I ordered the corned beef hash skillet, and it did not disappoint. I always appreciate when a restaurant makes their corned beef hash in-house--it makes a difference--and this one was full of flavor and served piping hot. It also came with a side of pancakes, which were some of the fluffiest I've ever had. One small touch I really appreciated was the variety of flavored coffee creamers available at the table. It's nice to have options beyond the usual half-and-half. A fun surprise: my food was delivered by a robot! I'd heard about this but had never experienced it in person--definitely a cool and memorable touch. Service was fast, friendly, and welcoming. If you're in or near Homewood and looking for a solid breakfast spot, this place is absolutely worth checking out. #ImNotAFoodie #ImJustAGirlWhoLovesFood #YelpEliteSquad
