Came to Wingstop for some lemon pepper wings. We placed our order online and also got the hot honey rub wings with carrots/celery, ranch dressing, and cheese sauce with fries as well. We picked up our order and the service and staff were good. The ambiance was casual with tables to eat in if you wanted. The fries were hot, both chicken flavors were well seasoned and cooked well. I was honestly very surprised that this location had such poor reviews. Based on my experience, it was not as bad as others I have been to. My daughter is a big fan of Wingstop and after she finished playing flag football, she wanted to stop here and dine in. This location is rather small like most Wingstop locations are.. We still dined in, but they only had three tables and six chairs inside. We placed our order quickly and it did not take long until it was prepared. The food is the same quality that you would expect from any Wingstop location. Not the greatest wings, but not bad either. I will probably be back again next week after her next flag football game. read more

So let me get right to it. I got an 8 piece lemon pepper bone-in wing entree. I will say that these were better than the boneless wings(which were like nuggets) the wings were really small and were slightly over cooked. They were still good. I like that they have each of the flavors separated to avoid cross contamination l. This is a huge assortment of flavors you can get which is nice. The seating was limited to two tables with two seats. It's a small space to be honest. So I would not eat here myself. But they do have a bathroom you can use which is a nice touch. The service is okay. They never got an order wrong. And they do not take American Express here fyi. I used my card twice. It would have been nice if the cashier would have told me they don't take American Express so I would not waste our time. But they were friendly employees for the most part. It's not fine dining for sure, it's chicken wings with different flavors. They even have chicken sandwiches now. But it's works for a quick snack. read more

This is actually the worst wingstop location to visit. It's the STAFF , they do not care about their job don't care how they make your food as long as they give you SOMETHING in a wingstop bag.. food is always horrible. i recommend the location on patterson, they will get you right! read more

This was our first time trying Wingstop and the food was delicious!!!! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the fries were over cooked and the chicken sandwich was dry and had no condiments on it. I added mayo to my sandwich at home, and it was delicious and a great portion. We ordered 4 different flavor boneless wings and they were all great! We also had the chicken tenders which were excellent as well! The ranch was amazing too. Would recommend, and will definitely try them again! read more

The bone-in wings were not delivered, but rather the chicken lumps with gobs of tasteless sauce covering, the FF were a glob of undercooked, soggy potato "stuff" (that I'm feeding to the birds this morning) and most of the double order were sticks of two inches or less. Don't try to bother ordering at 10:20, they stop taking orders then. Not sure why they're physically open until 11pm. Wingstop: close the restaurant down when customers can no longer order. You can pay your employees to close the restaurant when the doors are closed. Y'all suck and California Wingstops are better. Also the girl who had the attitude on the phone, you can relax. This place just opened and I had my eye on this one for a while. I had tried pervious places before and found them good place for wings. My wife had ordered wings on line, for my son ( who's birthday is today and we were getting his favorite tenders) and her selection. I had to pick up the order I did not have an order. On arrival I saw five workers moving to push out those wings. One person at the register and calling out orders. They all had on mask. The place does have dine in, but the dine in was really small. No social distance here. The bathroom is only a unisex one too. You could be waiting on wings and the bathroom too here people. The food per my wife and son was good and hot. They however, failed to give my son the drink that was part of the combo that was ordered. I did not know it was part of the meal and they should have known that since they did get the order and collected the money. Sorry no points for poor customer service. Overall. the place just opened. I hope this review is seen by the manger or someone of importance. I came to this location tonight (11/12/2021), I walked in at 10:23pm, mind you this location closes at midnight. There were two young men working in this establishment, I asked them if I can place an order, and I was told that they stop taken orders at 10:20pm. Now I am not sure what the protocol is; however, I was able to place an order online. I feel the gentleman were being disingenuous with informing me they could not take my order in person. If this is a true policy I recommend you have this posted. If not, it is poor customer service to be turned away from your establishment and it creates a sense of discomfort knowing your employees have no regards for the customer. read more

Not sure why I go back and give them a chance. Order is always wrong, wings are ridiculously small and fry, and fries are cold and only little tiny pieces. Ordered online and there were items missing and items that were wrong. When brought to the staffs attention they were rude and then provided old cold fries as the replacement and still didn't provide the veggies. Management at the store consists of children that don't care how their staff treat customers or the quality of food provided. I ordered at this location tonight for the first time. We got delivery and the order came much faster than I expected. The order was correct and the food was hot. The flavors were delicious! We got traditional wings in Hawaiian as well as the garlic Parmesan and we devoured them! We also got some tenders and they were juicy and crispy. We'll definitely order again!
