I called to place an order while en route to the store. When I arrived (after being on hold for 10 minutes without having my order taken) I was met with an empty lobby and 3 store employees laughing and chatting at the counter. Much to my surprise one of them was named Rachelle Smith and she claims she is the regional manager and owner of this and 3 other wingstops in the area. She made absolutely no effort to apologize for the way I was treated and eventually just told me to leave. I was calm, but disgusted at the way they do business. This place is just awful. I hate Wing Stop and would rather starve to death than eat their sub-par wings, especially when there is a BWW down the street. (People of Brentwood! Give them your business instead! It's worth the couple extra dollars for delicious food and better service!) Anyways, my husband likes their wings, so I agreed to go fetch him some wings since I wanted some soup from across the street. I called to order ahead of time, since I know they take forever. My husband wanted 15 wings - half lemon pepper, half garlic parm, with ranch. I asked the guy who answered the phone for a 15 pack of wings. He told me they have a 2-person combo, it's $18 (or whatever). I told him no, I just want wings. If I can't order 15 wings, can I order two orders of 8? Sure, we have an 8 piece combo, and you can get two. Okay, that's fine, whatever. Told me my total would be $20 something, which I thought was a little much, but I know they're over priced anyways. Whatever. 18 minutes. I get there some 17 minutes later. Nobody in line behind me, but the guy at the counter insists on answering all phone calls before helping the people in the lobby. Gave me a little time to peruse the posted menu. Lo and behold, off to the side, I spot a 15 pack of just wings for $12ish dollars. What the heck am I being charged for, then? So look around, and figure I am most likely being charged for 2-8 count wing combos, with fries and a drink. Almost exactly what I ordered, except not. Told the kid behind the counter (a different one, as the first kid was still on the phone) that my order was placed wrong by whoever took my phone order, and repeated I just want wings. The phone kid (who must have been the one who took my order) came over and voided the transaction and finally charged me for what I wanted - JUST WINGS. $13 dollars, thank you. The cook, however, seemed to have a problem with this, went into the order and took one wing out. At least, I'm guessing that's why I had to wait 5 more minutes for my order, even though it was already ready. When I got home, they had forgotten to give me ranch. The place for starters is a bit too small as sitting down and eating. As far as ordering and getting your food, as a customer you must have patience because the food does take a bit long to come out but that's okay because it is called wingSTOP. Overall wings are good, they add a lot of sauce but if you put the wings on a plate you should be okay. To avoid waiting I recommend calling or ordering your wings online. My cousins got wings to go on a random Tuesday night. The cousin hosting us suggested this place because he had an account and could place orders online. We got an order of original hot and garlic parmesan boneless wings and a double order or fries. The hot wings were hot, but could use a little flavor. The garlic parmesan wing had a tad too much parmesan. Next time to retain flavor I'll get wings with the bone on. Fries were a bit soggy and had a sweet taste to them, which tasted weird because the fries weren't sweet potato fries. I remember asking for 3 ranch and 1 bleu cheese and instead the order had 2 ranch and 2 bleu cheese. The bleu cheese dressing tasted a bit funky. Order didn't take too long, within about 30 minutes from the time of call they were ready for pickup. Went here last week and the staff seemed bothered to help me. I also watched, the entire time I was there, a cook stand in the food prep area and handle food prep items while on his phone non stop texting. Phones are nasty dirty and have no place in a sanitary working environment especially when employees don't wash their hands before handling food. The lack of an visible leadership or management at this location is troubling. I took their survey and requested to be contacted about my experience but no one has reached out. From my estimation the average wait time was about 50 minutes For there's those for hungry souls .
