The most horrible food we have ever gotten from Wingstop. Half of our food was missing, they were unedible due to straight salt and they were extremely rude to our driver. Never again!!! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Whoever the lady is at the front tonight at around 6-7:30pm (1/20/25) has 0 customer service skills, & the WORST attitude. First off, we placed an order online at 6pm, said it would be ready in 20min & it was completely wrong, 0/6 shipping sauces. I came in & waited 10 min to even be LOOKED at whilst the phone rang & rang & rang. Granted, it's a busy day & I get the frustration... however, you should still have some form of customer service skill.. here we are at 7pm still waiting, They ran out of boneless wings while I was waiting to get my order redone. So theh sent the manager to get more but we weren't told that until 30 min of waiting around for our order. So we requested a refund because this is to the point where I'm just over the attitudes and the lack of customer service. That whole process was rude too. The cooks were super nice though, they need to throw her a$$ in the back of the house or she needs a job where she doesn't need to interact with people. This isn't even all that happened that we witnessed, this was just what happened to US. RIDICULOUS & they need more staff on these days or turn off their OLO, SOMETHING. Manage the store better. Will not come back to this location, period. read more

The wings at Wingstop are my favorite!! I highly recommend ordering carry out even if you want to dine-in. They are busy and make it fresh so it takes a while. The ranch is the best! I do Keto and can eat my heart out on garlic Parmesan wings, ranch and celery. The restaurant is like fast food dinning but the food is worth it. The bathroom could use a good scrubbing but I still overlook it because the wings and ranch are that good. read more

The good thing about this wing stop is that is always fresh and good. The stuff seem to be friendly always greet you when walking in. Now the bad thing is that if you or ordering in, to go, or even online you will be waiting. If ordering online the time that the app gives you your food will not be ready so if ordering in a time crunch order extra early. I ordered online just before my lunch break it said it would be ready no later than 12:37 it is now 1:00 and my lunch break is over so don't come here for lunch read more

Fries were good and what I asked for but someone clearly can't read or follow directions because I was charged extra for an order I placed for 20 flats and clearly got mixed chicken read more

The food is excellent majority of the times, there's been a few exceptions when the wings were dry, not seasoned enough but not been the norm. The service is good for the most part with again a few exceptions when staff is rude, impatient but again hasn't been the norm. The atmosphere is generally always busy with people always waiting in the restaurant. I started ordering online like 30-45 minutes in advance and most of the time it's generally ready when I arrive with some exceptions.. There has been several times that I might have ordered 30-45 minutes in advance and it's over an hour until I get the order but hasn't been the norm. read more

Always my favorite place to go. Good service and good food. Takes a little time to cook so order ahead of time. But worth it

Terrible!!! Waited a hour and half for food. Asked a hour into it could I get a refund and they said they don't know how to do that. The staff seem like they may be mentally slow and I'm all for hiring handicapped people. Just make sure someone can supervise and them and help everything run smoothly. NEVER COME TO THIS WINGSTOP!!! read more

Took way too long for my food to be ready. 45 minutes past the time is said it was going to be ready for pick up. Employee at the pick up window was rude to everyone. Never going back. read more

Awesome customer service and phone etiquette. Order was correct, food was hot and most importantly fries seasoned just how I like them lol. Jason and Danielle were great! read more

Always here to DoorDash because the money offers are great but the workers are always slow. Went in today for an order and as soon as I come in, multiple customers are complaining. Simply asked the lady in the front if I could sign in myself and she turned around and gave me the most attitude and said, "LET ME GET TO YOU FIRST". Then I asked how long do you think it's gonna be until my orders done, ...keep in mind that the app said 4:02 and it was 4:10 and she said "I'm telling everyone that's it gonna be an extra 30 MINUTES". I said "You can scribble out my name and I'm unasigning from this order." Then I continued to have the most attitude thrown to me. Another dasher left right after me.... read more

Yesterday was my first time trying this place out! Let me just say they were very busy but I take that as a good sign. I did have to wait about 30 minutes for my food but I understood because of how busy they were. The employees gave excellent service and when I got my food everything was correct and delicious! read more

We've tried on three separate occasions to go to the restaurant and place an order in person. All three times the wait 45 minutes or longer. Terrible. read more

Really enjoy coming to this location vs Shreveport as the room is light and service is awesome. Yet, I may have had some bad Karma as we had a server Limón and seemed to not be interested in working as a server. The bartender was also rude and off his game as I died for salt - nope. I do enjoy coming here but this was the first time I would have to say - dame we should have chosen something different. read more

The wings were popping like always but the fries were so disappointing....how am I supposed to eat this when it's not cooked all the way through and almost as long as the damn box it came in. Tripping! read more

Wingstop - Long ass fry - Chicken Wings Near Me - Bossier City, Louisiana

Food is fantastic!! Never disappointed, they did forget my fried one time but they apologized and got me some fresh ones when I went back and told them. They have a flavor for everyone from no spice to melt your face off. The little guy they have working the front counter some days is awesome. He's always so sweet, I think his name is James. I always recommend this place to everyone. Also best way to order is online or walking in and ordering, don't call they are almost always slammed and don't have hands to answer the phone. read more

By far the worst service I have ever received at a wingstop, the guy was slow, rude, and I could tell he didn't give a heck. Also the wings were dry and lacked the shake flavor read more

Where do I start. Ordered food at 709p online. Said 16-21 minutes. 51 minutes later food (we're picking up) is ready. Fries cold. Food cold. Why did I just pay to wait for cold food. Terrible wing stop. Not an experience I was looking for. I will avoid coming to your bossier location again. Avoid if you can. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED, TOOK 36 MINUTES TO GET MY ORDER!!!! Order placed online at 4:21pm. Said pick up ready by 4:39pm. I waited till 4:44pm before I walked up. One guy on break outside, two people sitting at a table in the corner and only one employee in the back. I asked about my order and the employee asked what type of order, I said online. She looked up at, what I would guess was a screen, and said it wasn't ready yet. Looking over the counter it appeared that no one had started on it yet. Finally got my food at 4:57pm, with the excuse of sorry, we have a new cook, which is no excuse. Doesn't take 36 minutes to fry up 16 wings and some fries when there was only three other people that picked up orders before mine, one of which was already sitting in the counter when i got there. That will be the last time I eat their. Update: they got half my order wrong after I waited all that time to get it!!!!! NOT AGAIN!!!!! read more

I have to give this new location Wingstop, A great shout out. I visited this location on this past Tuesday and to be honest my food was not good at all. So, my first response was to not return and take it as a lose. I happen to be talking to someone. I mention my dissatisfaction, and she stated to let them know, they need feedback. I contact Tina and advise of my experience. She was very understanding and open to my displeasure, Tina offered to replace my meal Today. I took her up on her offer and Wow!!!! what an improvement. My food was excellent and exactly the way I wanted. Tina. I will be returning back. Thank you for correcting my name and making me feel so welcomed at your restaurant. read more

Facility was clean at least but the food was horrid. Never eating here again. Customer service was alright though.

Terrible service, they always get my order wrong. Everyone there looks like they are being forced to be there. It's like they're bothered when you're talking to them. Very low energy and rude. Whoever the owner is needs to show up a little more often. read more

Now I really like wings, so when I drop into a wing place I am really expecting ALLOT from the place. I'm not an ass just know what I like lol. As soon as I walked in a male employ said hi and greeted me cordially. It took me a minute to see all the options that they have (and they have quite a few!) and then proceeded to order. I had a few questions about how spicy the wings actually are. I've learned that some places label the wings spicier then they are too look good, so I ask what they think so I get a real idea of things. He gave me an honest opinion and I went with it. Turns out they really know what they are talking about there. While I waited I looked around and the place looks really nice and clean, it's got a really calm and cool atmosphere. Looks really nice for a date or just to pick up and take home for the family. The wings were simply DELICIOUS and I ate so many I got a belly ache. Lol I ended up having to ask for a doggie bag and again the man was very cordial and polite. I thanked him again for his input and took off. Once I got home my girlfriend couldn't get enough of MY wings and ate them all!! How rude!! Over all this was a great experience and I highly recommend this to everyone looking for phenomenal wings!! read more

The Louisiana Rub is just delicious!!! Everything was fresh and tasty...the fries are homecut read more

Just save yourself the trouble and don't go!! The wings are sub par for sure and food handling practices just don't happen!. Then there's the employees, not a give a crap about doing the job hired to do. If you don't like your job that much find something that makes you happy. Guess a paycheck is a check. read more

Huge Wingstop fan from Dallas and decided to give bossier city location a try after moving here.Tried calling ahead 6 times with nobody answering. Literally walked in with no customers. Not a single one. And the phone flashing with the ringer turned off. I don't know how you would run a business like this if literally half or more of your customer base would like to call your order in ahead of time. Very inconvenient not to mention terrible way to treat your customers. I wasn't surprised to see that there was nobody at this location after that crap was pulled. So here I am waiting for the order I would've called in and had done and left ages ago. Entire staff on their phones, blasting music in the back literally looking like they could care less about their jobs. Would never order from here again. read more

Horrible customer service!!! Repeatedly missing items and/or not preparing food as asked. I'm currently on hold to speak with Manager..it's almost 10 minutes now. Never again will I go back!!! This is ridiculous read more

Very good, hot, fresh wings. Better than I expected. The wait was a little long, not too bad, but worth the wait. Quiet atmosphere.

Requested no seasoning on the fries, so it seems they seasoned the fries then realized there mistake, by putting them back into the grease to try and get rid of the seasoning, don't work, taste bad and can still taste the seasoning, poor taste in service!! This is the third Time this has happened to me at this wing stop, guess it time to find a new wing place, tired of wasting my money!! read more

Their wings are DAMN GOOD!!! Louisiana rub and Hickory BBQ hit the spot! The fries are VERY salty, but I did enjoy them as well. Very friendly staff too! read more

Terrible service, lady had headphones in while taking the order and kept putting her hand on her head. Dirty, slow, poor quality. Wingstop has good flavors but they can't seem to maintain any reasonable level of quality at their restaurants. read more

So I see that no one has left a review in over a year. The reviews a year ago were great! HOWEVER tonight was HORRIBLE! Service was horrible. Seemed like I was more of a nuisance than a customer. Food was DISGUSTING...my chicken was not fully cooked!!!! Beans were AWFUL....they tasted sour. Terrible experience and will NOT be back. Hate that you can't give lower than a one star! Don't waste your time OR your money!!!! read more

Don't go here. They messed my order up by forgetting 20 wings on super bowl Sunday, demanded that I bring my entire order in if I want my money back, then told me I can't have my money back because they could t even process a refund. Then, against my request, they remade the order. I wasn't even going to watch the Super Bowl. I do my online class on Sunday's and only made the order because my dad asked. It was also supposed to be picked up at 4 in which I still have the email showing when I scheduled to pick it up but they insisted that my pickup time wasn't until 5:15 so when I showed up at 4, they didn't have my order and I had to wait. I wasted an hour and a half with pick up, waiting for a botched pickup time, going home to realize I only had 31 of the 50 wings I paid for, and returning the food. Don't go here. Save yourself the trouble and head one street over to BDubs or just 2 minutes down the road to Wings and Rice, two far superior establishments. read more
