WOW!! out of this world service from Deja ! She was so helpful with me but above and beyond with these 3 individuals! They came in asking if anyone spoke Spanish and she said no but came up with another option. She used her phone to translate to understand what they wanted. They all were laughing and having fun! If Five Guys and a good wing shop had a baby... that's what I thought when I first walked in. The theming was similar to Five Guys, but in green instead of red. So my initial impression was this would be the same type of experience - and I'm a huge Five Guys fan. Their food is consistent each time I want to stop in for a burger - I'm hoping the second time I stop at Wingstop for wings, It'll be the same experience. We ordered a 15-wing option, and split the flavors in half - one half (their) hot, and a medium heat for the other half. They do have a large list of flavor/heat options so there should be something for every set of tastebuds stopping in for a snack, or meal. They were cooked and flavored as advertised on the menu. They're wings and wings are hard to screw up but they can be. These were pretty stellar for a QSR shop. Restrooms were in good shape, music wasn't too loud, and there was a huge swath of demographics dining there while were were there. Everyone was doing more eating than talking but nobody seemed to be in a huge hurry. The chicken tenders tasted fine, but the chicken sandwich combo was terrible! The bun was burnt, fries were burnt and cold. The service was -0 the manager was rude as well as the only other staff member working. It took 35 minutes to get food. While I had to wait so long I couldn't help but notice how absolutely filthy this store is, the floor was so sticky your feet stuck to it. The walls, the windows, counters , floors, ceiling etc were so dirty they should have it closed down, The health department needs yo make a stop there . There was no washing of hands after handling money then going back to cook. When I received my food afters 35 mins I saw it was burned . At this point I told them they could keep it and asked for my money back, I was told no they can't do that. When I got there, I observed employees napping on the tables and some on their computers. I was advised my order was coming up however I literally stood and watched the cook begin my order. This Wingstop is attached to a Hardees. The Hardees has a drive-thru but not the Wingstop. I stopped in at 12:30. The décor is early American Aviation. It was sorta dark inside. They cook to order so said minimum wait was 15 minutes. Gauging by the others waiting I figured 30 minutes was reality and didn't have that sorta time. Oddly the place had no "smell" of wings or grilling or seasoning....Also there is no ramp to the sidewalk near the door for those who have difficulty with curbs. This was the worst place I have ever been too in my life. Customer service is always bad but the other day when I went in the manager Eugene was soo rude. I ordered food over the phone and when I got there it was the wrong order so I asked if they could remake it and the manager threw the frying pan on and started yelling "I'm over this shit I'm not making a new order i don't care". That is ABSOLUTELY not appropriate. If they didn't make the order right and I am willing to stay an extra 20 mins they should remake it. Then I said I would like my refund because of how rude he was.
