What has happened to this place? Is it under new ownership? | have called multiple times to place orders, was put on hold and the phone was never answered. Figured they were busy so drove down to place my order. They were not busy and the employees were just kind of standing around talking The person at the counter seemed very unengaged and was kind of rude. The cooks in the back were loudly joking around instead of focusing on their work. The food is good and that is why I keep coming back. Owners/management don't seem to be doing a good job with hiring and training. This used to be 5 star operation, not sure what happen! read more

Placed an online order for 4 combos. I got everything the same, 3 piece garlic parm tenders with fries. I got home and opened my food and thought I was given the wrong order. There was a puddle of grease/butter in my container. The fries were so salty and soggy. Employee don't seem happy. The food is always 5/5. Who can messed up the wings?? You have underage kids making your food & angry staff handling the cash registers giving annoying cold customer service. It's a 45 min wait which I'm okay with that , I have time to kill. So it's over 50 mins , got up and asked politely how much longer so I can go the Vallarta to grab some beer. She said it will be right out in another 10 mins... She rolls her eyes at me and turns around then in ( Spanish ) saying " tengo hambre " rubbing her stomach.. while chanting it loud and laughing.... The rest of the kids in the kitchen laughing and repeating after her. I grabbed my order and told her in Spanish " gracias si estoy muerta de hambre por que no trabajen más rápido" . read more

Change out your oil super greasy food will be the last time I go to any wingstop I got bad diarrhea and hart burn all day !

Got my food and it was absolutely freaking disgusting. I ordered through Uber Eats and when I opened the bag, one of the wings had clearly already been bitten into. That's beyond gross -- that's a straight-up health violation. And to make it worse? Uber Eats says I'm "not eligible for a refund." So I paid for food I didn't even get to eat because someone else already did. This is unacceptable, and nobody is doing anything about it. Never ordering from here again. read more

It's been a long time since I have visited this location & things have definitely changed.. Service wise. The girl in the front register needs to be let go for all the attitude she gives customers. I thought she was only rude to us, but I sat at their Wingstop for about 30-40 minutes waiting for my food, and she was rude to every single customer that walked in through the door.. We had barely opened the door when we got there and she was already asking us in a rude tone "are you ready to order or no?" before we said anything else she said "just letting y'all know it's over an hour wait" & rolled her eyes when we said we were fine waiting.. we started ordering & she would cut us off before ending a sentence.. I don't know what she was so upset about. Food was mediocre. Not worth 40min wait, but lesson learned. read more

Wingstop - This girl provides really bad customer service. Very rude. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Bakersfield, California

love getting wings from wingstop but this exact location always has rude associates in the front. (specifically the one with red hair) As someone who's worked in food service, I know there can be stressful shifts and busy times, but being rude as soon as you talk to a customer for literally no reason is a bad look for the whole team and store. You do not need to do much to be courteous and respectful, especially when it is not busy. read more

Why are these workers so mad? Worst attitudes ever I called to make a pick up order and the girl sounded so rushed and mean, after I was done ordering she hung up without asking if I wanted anything else, or do I have your order correct? This isn't the first time, I barley come to this place, and every single time I do I get the worst service. Lighten up wing stop workers read more

Well 1st of all I was tasting wings stop tonight.I told my husband to order while I shop a bit in the market. They told us 30 mins. When my husband got back to pick up the order Maria said it was not ready ok so my husband waited. Then another man came back and said he had the wrong order and he didn't touch anything. thanks Maria she offered to give us the food after another customer took out our food and brought it back WOW during this COVID time I really don't understand that. That makes me think if you are messing up with customers order and other people are being honest about this is what you do.This is sad and I am shock Never again. 1star for the customer who brought our chicken back read more

Absolutely the worst wings I've ever had in my life. The cashier couldn't even count change back. I would give them a 0 stars if I could.

Worst staff ever they mess up the order all the time corporate needs to come and clean house I don't know how you guys stay open specially with your rude cashiers and you guys are always outta food read more

I will say that this Wingstop was able to get the wings out faster than pretty much any other Wingstop that I've been to normally at 6 PM it takes like an hour to get the food. I had no problem with the time that it took but just when the wings came out, they had barely any sauce on them and they pretty much just tasted like slightly better chicken nuggets. Probably the most bland Wingstop that I've ever been to and I've been to a bunch. Was super busy so props to them for the speed but the quality was not there. read more

Zero stars!!! This place is horrible. Order is always incomplete, staff is so rude. I waited 3 hours for my meal. Like how crazy is that. Placed my order on the app as soon as app told me it was completed I headed over to the store and they told me they are so busy. They forgot my order how ridiculous. It would of been nice if she was nice about it but was a complete asshole. It's always crowed in there with angry customers. Please avoid coming here every time I come it's always the same thing, but it's just closer to home. Food is also always cold. read more

The service is terrible. The food is terrible. The wait time is ridiculous. I was told it was going to be a 45 minute wait and that turned into an almost an hour and a half wait. The staff are rude as well. I ordered some boneless wings and they tasted old and stale. How are you expected to wait almost 1 1/2 hours for the food to be served like that? A dog couldn't even eat this hard chicken. RIDICULOUS!!!!! read more

Worst customers service!! I called to place an order but when i showed up to pick up after they said it was a 20min wait, they said that they never received a call! They wouldn't admit that they just didn't place the order. I even showed them time and location i called. Smh read more

my sister left her wallet on the counter after picking up her order and after 2 minutes of realizing she left it, she walked back in and the staff that day took 30 minutes in the back "looking for it". they stole $650 from her and had the audacity to give it back empty. store manager daisy played a part in it as well stating their camera's do not work when another staff worked stated otherwise. these people ruined christmas for a family with two kids. police report was filed & corporate is involved, however owner has not yet fired the staff who was involved. do not give this location your money. its disgusting to see how they're getting away with this. do not give this location your money. please share and spread the word. read more

First time at this location and I honestly don't feel like coming back. Right from the beginning I was placing my order and the cashier keeps interrupting me before I get to finish my sentences like if she is in a rush. After I am done ordering my food she asks if I want the receipt to what I say no and she turns around before I get to ask her anything else. I kept my conversation very short since I understand they are busy. It seems like I was bother her. When they called my name to pick up my food from the counter I ask what bag was mine and the same cashier in a very rude tone told me what bag belonged to me. I understand they are very busy with multiple orders and have no time to waist but still that is no way to treat customers. A little kindness goes a long way, otherwise I wouldn't be writing this review. read more

this place is trash i was there for 10 minutes. i was told there was an hour wait and saw first hand orders were wrong

Service at this location sucks, employees are rude and unprofessional, I will never go here again

Worst customer service compare to Gosford and Stockdale locations. If you're serious about your food and want to have better customer service while you're spending the same amount of money I recommend Gosford or Stockdale. I visited this location panama one time and I never visited again. They never picked up their phone they always stare people like they want them to be dead. You can't even ask a question to an employee because they straight up give you an attitude that they do not care. read more

I really love the habanero mango wings, those are my favorite hands down!! I recommend the 10 piece combo (trust me that's all you need lol). I would rate it 5 stars but the wait time can be ridiculous! Last 2 times I went I was told 20 minutes which turned into 35 I was pissed!!!! If this establishment can get that together I would love to rate this place 5 stars read more

Wingstop - a plate of food with a fork in it - Chicken Wings Near Me - Bakersfield, California

Was awful. The fries were cold and old. I get the cold part because it was Door Dash. But old? The chicken (mild and garlic parm) had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I'd like to have at least a little seasoning on my food. I trekked to the restaurant after work for a gift card or refund, something. But they gave me such a run-around. I didn't have the door dash confirmation because it was on the receipt that was on the bag that I threw away. Who knew when I threw that bag away that my food would taste as bad as it did? The cashier didn't even look in the box. If she had she would have noticed that I had taken a bite of 2 pieces hoping the second didn't taste as bad as the first. I was so mad, I just walked out. I know its probably not that big of a deal but I hate to spend money on food that is just thrown together. I'm gonna have to take the food home and doctor it up so it won't be a total waste of money. It was my lunch, and I was starving. So instead I ate some cookies. read more

Haven't been to wingstop in about a year so decided I wanted to try today. Went in and my visit was smooth got a 10 piece mango habanero and atomic flavor wings. First off don't get atomic wanted to try because I wanted something hot. It was spicy but disgusting. I ordered all flats and the atomic ones looked like the cook couldn't cut the wing the right was extra bone was sticking out of the wings at least 2 were that way. And 1 out of 5 of the mango habanero wasn't even a wing it was like a burned piece of crust or something. Wingstop used to be good but now I wouldn't feed my dog with their wings sorry guys. Service was great quality was not read more

The fries are delicious, the wings have that explosive flavor from the very first chomp all the way to the last wing. After your done you feel that satisfaction overwhelming feeling.
