I received these soggy boneless barbecue wings that look and smell horrible. When I called the store to speak to a manager I was told there was no manager on shift. A third person came on the phone after I said I would come up there and when I asked his name he replied "call me T". I ordered delivery. My wings and honey mustard were missing. I paid for both those items and was so confused they never arrived. I checked my receipt and yes paid for them. I called wingstop to speak to a manager and was on hold for 14 min. I am a mom of twin newborns. My time is very precious so unfortunately i was not able to keep holding. Every time I come to this Wingstop, I always have some type of problem. Today I tried to order on Uber eats but they canceled my order. I decided to walk in and order my food. The cashiers are always slightly rude. In the past, they have taken a very long time to prepare your food. Today, they did fulfill my order in a timely manner but when I came home they only gave me 13 wings when I ordered 15. I feel like this is not the first time this has happened. Store was still open for at least an hour and was sent away. This wing stop is horrible unprofessional and don't know food quality. I ordered my food online and had it set for delivery. I waited 20 mins for a email confirmation and never received so I called the restaurant. Some girl answered the phone and I explained to her that I never received an email confirmation and how long will my food be. She proceed to asking me did I place it for delivery. I said yes, she goes to telling me they don't have delivery service and then ask me if it was ordered through DoorDash. I said no I ordered on the wingstop website. She tells me that they don't have delivery service and that I would have to come get my food. So I go get my food. There's a girl in front of me picking up a delivery order when I go up next I tell the cashier that I'm there to pick up my order and she gives me this oh shit face and gave my order to the girl that was in front of me that happened to be the DoorDash delivery service that she didn't know they had.
