Every time, all I hear is "We're sorry," but nothing changes. An apology doesn't mean much when the exact same problem keeps happening. I used to recommend this place to everyone because the wings are incredible. Unfortunately, I can't do that anymore. I won't be dining here for the foreseeable future, and I hope the owners see this review because this is a management problem, not a food problem.
