But last night (1/14/17) was an all time low, when I got home with my order 1 box had melted through and began melting the other box. I love Wingstop so I'm giving them 2 starts off that. Unfortunately this is the worst wingstop I've been to and it's the closest one to me. Every time I go to a different wingstop I'm reminded of what this one should be doing. The wings at this one are smaller than others so I don't know where they're getting their wings from. My friends from Sacramento had pointed out this chain to me. They don't seem too popular here in Nashville, but they're a better deal than any other wing places I've seen. Honestly, not a lot places can do better than good ol' Publix. But the price is better and variety is equal to that of Zaxby's or Buffalo Wild Wings. They got all those usual flavors: honey mustard, teriyaki, bbq, several degrees of hot, etc. They're fries have a slightly sweet cajun flavoring that's addicting. I'm a fan of the price. You add 5 wings for $2.99 to any meal, and you add on as many of those as you like. So if you go with a group, one person can order a meal and stack on a bunch of add-ons for everybody else. Only down side is that the service is below average. The cashier had the self-esteem of a cockroach, and wished she was somewhere else. Pre ordered a 10pc lemon pepper classic with ranch. The wings were overcooked, dry and hard and an all out waste of time and money. Because I live a good ways from the location, I just trashed the chicken. The Nolensville location is much farther, but the quality is so much better. I've never had a problem when I come to this location. The wings are always good. I recently went back a few days ago after about 2 years of going to another location and everything was correct and freshly made. Pretty good wings. I am from about an hour outside of Buffalo so I am very picky with my wings, but these satisfied rather nicely. I wish the original hot were just a bit hotter and had more vinegar in their sauce. The fries were some of the best I've had. I recommend wing stop. read more

I have had my fair share of wings BUT I am not a fan of the other flavors of wings anywhere honestly. I just like Cajun wings. I have tried several places and this flavor is the best. They are hit and miss with how spicy they are, like if the atomic sauce got mixed in with the cajun flavor. I like it though. Fries are only ok if you eat them there, or if you put them in the oven when you get home. Unless you like soggy and not crispy fries. They have a unique seasoning on them that is pretty tasty. They are small wings, but the price is just right. Combos are pretty good and you can add on wings for a decent price. Normally I don't write bad reviews, but I felt like I had too. I got to Wingstop and told the employee that I had an online order , to start off the employee didn't even pay attention to me, she gave me my total, I payed her then she gave me my change. I didn't take much interest cause I saw that they were busy. I waited & my estimated wait time was 36-40 minutes as said online and I got to the store at 43 minutes, and my food still wasn't ready. I waited an extra 15 minutes just to get my food. when I went up to the counter to get my food I checked my bag and there was two brownies missing. I told the employee and she said she was going to give me a refund on the brownies but then she told me I had to pay 8 dollars extra when I had already paid for the food. I was confused & it turns out that the first employee took my money but forgot to cash it in the system so it looked like I didn't pay, I told the employee giving me my food what had happened and she told me she couldn't give me my money back, I got a coupon instead. I was upset but I let it slide but then I got home and realized that I had payed for ranch and it wasn't even in the bag :( ! read more

I love wingstop, but this location had continually let me down. They provide time estimates that are never right. I understand how estimates work but they usually go at least 20 minutes over the pick up time provided for one combo. Today I waited an additional 20 minutes for an 8 piece combo. My fries were not seasoned with Cajun seasoning as requested. Whatever seasoning was on them was slightly sweet. I did not order my wings well done but they were. My wings were overcooked and had entirely to much seasoning. They were overcooked to the point where they were brittle. It's just disappointing to pay for something and to wait a long time just to have your order incorrect and practically inedible. This is my 3rd negative experience with this location. Wingstop, no matter which location is disgusting. The fries have some sort of sweet seasoning which is nasty. Who wants sweet French fries? I asked the fries without the seasoning and they still put it on there. I ordered garlic parmesean wing and apparently garlic parmesean means they dump a ton of grated parmesean cheese on the wings. Like seriously? Why would I want chicken completely covered in grated cheese?! They don't fry their chicken long enough. Its soft not crispy. For a wing place, they can't make good wings.
